Hi! I have returned to Adelaide after a four year hiatus working in health in the NT. I’m open minded and pretty easy going. Respectful of shared spaces and expect the same. Have been sharehousing for over a decade and have good personal and landlord references. I also have a fancy espresso machine and barista skills, and I’m happy to share and teach! I’m looking for a house with a secure dog-friendly yard in a quiet neighbourhood. Not fussed about sharing a bathroom, but will need a private bedroom with space for a wardrobe etc. If you are keen to team up I can bring a lounge suite and dining table and chairs to the mix! I don’t smoke, and if you do I’d ask that you not smoke indoors. I’ll have the occasional glass of wine but I’m not a big drinker or party animal. I mostly do my own thing, but I’m happy to have family dinners or movie nights etc. I come with a lovely 8ish year old staffy/chocolate lab cross named Stan, who naps most of the day and is happiest when he’s around people. He gets along with fellow desexed doggos of all sizes and he also comes with excellent references and is vaccinated. With other animals, I’m not sure how he’d go with cats? But he loves a good garden chase after lizards/geckos/ snakes and spiders, so if those are in the house it might not be a good fit. Stan is housebroken and has lovely indoor manners, and respects what he’s told about where he is and isn’t allowed inside (ie not allowed in the kitchen, bathroom, on couches, etc). He lets you know if strangers come to the door, but he’s a big sook and he loves people and just wants to be friends with everyone. If you think you have a place that’s suitable for me and Stan please send me a message! Cheers
Hi I’m Jade! I’m a very down to earth, laid back kind of girl who works a high stress job so when I get the chance to have a cheeky wine or two I definitely take up that offer. I’m a very clean and neat person, and although I’m quite social I do also like my own down time too. When I get a free moment I love going out for dinner or watching Netflix. Looking for a place with people who are like minded and wouldn’t mind making some extra friends along the way :)

I work in hospitality, usually Tuesday-Saturday and have fairly long hours. I enjoy catching up with friends/ family or exploring SA on my days off. Love food, coffee, wine, photography and travel. Looking for a tidy, considerate and non smoking housemate, I prefer to go out vs bringing the party home and also look for this in housemates. I like sharing a drink or meal with my housemate from time to time, but it's not essential. If there's a garden at the house, I really enjoy growing my own vegetables/ herbs to share too. I have a fridge, washing machine and other household items if needed to set up. Looking to move in mid September.
I'm a student at the University of Adelaide. I'm friendly, cooperative and clean. Won't make much of a noise other than the occasional singing. Looking to rent a room a shared apartment/house or rent a studio/1 bedroom apartment for at least 6 months.

Hey! My name is Zoë and I'm a professional working in digital marketing. I am looking to move out of my current share house to live with some new people :). I'm always down to hang out with a beer and have a good time on my days off and I can equally enjoy a quiet night in on the couch. I'm looking for house mate/s that are fun and social but can be responsible when it comes to taking care of the place. I'm very responsible when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Though I am a very social person, I respect and value personal space and can live harmoniously with many different types of people as I have in the past. Thanks :) Zoë
The home is less than 5km to Adelaide CBD. Prospect is close to shopping, variety of dining experiences with quirky cafes close by, some even at the end of the street. Great public transport serviced by the G10 along prospect Road and the 22X buses along Main North Road. The home is large and roomy with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout with large undercover entertaining area, large garden for your enjoyment and high speed NBN/Internet included in the rental. During summer there is a pool, which provided you are a capable swimmer, you are welcome to use. Quiet and tidy home and certainly not a party house.
