The Purple Guest House is a managed share house with NBN wi-fi, linen, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, power, gas and water all included in your rent. There is plenty of fridge space and food storage, and a great kitchen to cook in. We have one single room and one couples room available. Desks, lamps and student chairs provided for students. We are situated in the country village of Coramba, just 12 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour, with the beautiful Orara River to swim in, service station, post office, café and pub all just across the road. You will need a car, or come with friends and share your transport. Rent is $170 for a single room, $260 for couples. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance will be required. This is long term accommodation from the end of January 2018 for up to 12 months or longer and a Share House Tenancy Agreement must be signed.

Well, I'm 19 and currently looking for a new place, i have a 2 year old Kelpie named Bear and shes been with me since a pup , we make our own small family :) I work here and there but no set work, i volunteer wherever i can, as its one thing i'm passionate about, helping. Bear and i are also very skilled at being apart of a share house, very conscious about what i leave around, always cleaning up both shared spaces and my own space. Bear is a fully house trained and just trained in general pup, she prefers to be inside at night but during the day will roam around happily, But she can also be one or the other as it suits others in the house. I'm looking for a place that will accommodate my needs, i haven't yet achieved my P's and will need to be closer to a town then further inland, hopefully 2 months and that will all change. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. There are 3 bedrooms available due to our long term residents being promoted to Sydney job positions, another getting married and a short term resident moving in with his partner. The $225 room is 3.5 M X 3.5 M with BIR, tall timber and mountain views and almost exclusive use of a bathroom. It can be rented for a couple at $275. There is a large 5.2M X 3.5M room becoming available now. It has 2 windows, it's own entry and already hard wired for television and internet. There is a large 4M X 3M room with great views over Coffs Harbour and out to sea available as of Jan 1st. It rents out at $190 per week. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. Every bedroom has a large built in robe for clothing, and there is a ceiling fan in each room. We have solar hot water and in the new year, will be having 32 solar electricity panels installed on the roof. We also have our own water tanks, so a very sustainable house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in, is an all weather 800M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses on this road.
