I'm a guy you can kick back and lunch and/or a beer with. Pretty much always approachable and friendly but I like time to myself as well (balance is good). Work in HR in a program management role which I enjoy. I dabble in music production and guitar. Also love gyming but not cardio 😉 As for what I'm like to live with: Clean and tidy - I like a house that's running smoothly. Work full time so no money dramas. Bills get paid when they're due. Respect boundaries but don't want a roommate that is a complete stranger - we don't have to be best friends though.
I live with a lovable goof of a LabradorX named Tycho. He loves people and belly rubs. His favourite thing to do is sleep on the floor or sofa in the company of his people. As for myself I am a quiet, self-professed gamer. Most of my time I spend on my computer streaming or playing games. I'm happy to have a chat but I like my own space as well. I work full time as a receptionist for a law firm in the city. I am looking to share a place with responsible, mature housemates with open communication and cooperation.
Currently living in yass looking to move to Canberra, somewhere north side preferably. I am an electrician and a refrigeration mechanic so i can fix pretty much anything. I play a fair bit of sport, I like a night out as much as I like a night in. Looking for a house mate(s) that I can go for drinks with and hang out with but also like to do my own thing. I'm very easy to get along with and tidy
I've just moved back to Canberra, I work full-time in childcare, I play soccer, enjoy a good night out. Pretty easy going, clean up after myself, would be cool to have house mates keen to hang out occasionally but also respect each others space and privacy!
Hi potential new housemates I am an ex Perth girl and semi nomad who loves to travel. I lived in Canberra in 2017 and loved it and so have been looking to return this year. I just got a 6 month contract working as a children's physio in Holt and so am looking for somewhere in the Belconnen region to live during this time. The position starts in May. I am house trained, come with many travel stories and enjoy hanging out, cooking together, dancing, acroyoga, hiking, picnics and playing outside. Let me know if you think I would be a good fit in your household. Cheers Avila
I'm Ally and I am 26 years old. I am friendly, easy going and love to be around people who enjoy a good time. I can cook, I am tidy and clean and I pay my bills on time. I work full-time in Canberra CBD and have a fun sense of humour! Looking for a new place with housemates who are also easy going, nice, tidy, not narcissistic and have a balance between laying low and kicking on!
I love this city (town), it's where I grew up and it's home. I've moved back from Melbourne and want a place to drink wine, laugh often, do some yoga and have people over for dinner after a long work week. I don't need a TV but if I have one it will be playing Brooklyn 99. I do require much sunlight and frequent soul music but other than that I'm easy care. I think I'm a reasonable mix of liking my own space and wanting to chat about the day's happenings. I teach yoga outside my job which I love. Would love to find a place that feels like home with someone neat and easy going who enjoys good music, good wine, good coffee and good company.

Moved to Canberra this year from rural NSW to start Uni at UC. Working part time also so won't be home throughout the day. Currently living on campus but want to move out to a bigger place in a share house. Looking for somewhere around Belconnen if possible but will look else where for the right place. Clean and tidy however also looking for a place that is nice and chill and happy to catch up in free time, I also respect that people want time to their self. Hoping to find people around similar age for the general atmosphere. Also happy to partner up with someone and find a house to rent.
Hey, I am looking for a place to live that's flexible and overall a nice place to live. I am a student who's a manager at a fast food restaurant, I am quiet and can keep to myself but I'm always up for a good chat. I don't mind pets or children and I pick up after myself . I love cooking and overall having a good time.
Hi, We are looking for a new house to move into as our current landlord is selling their property. We are tidy and respectful tenants. We have a dog (German Shephard) and a cat (Burmese indoor cat).

Ducted cooling & a radiant heater in each room. Basic items for cooking, toilet and washing are provided. Main area of house will be cleanded. Off street parking including lockup garage. Bus behind the house. 3 rooms are one side and other 3 rooms are the other. The middle is a huge kitchen and a living room. 2 shares one bathroom. Each room has a lock for extra security. Only a well trained dog with a responsible owner is welcome.
I recently moved to Canberra in January and have been living on campus at UC. However I am looking to move into a quieter area. I am a clean and tidy person and pretty quiet. I would love to have a friendly household and catch up with housemates when we are all free however I also respect personal space and enjoy spending time alone. I am studying full time and working part time.
The property is spacious, clean and is in a quiet cul de sac! All rooms except the bedrooms are furnished by myself. All you need is to bring a bed with you and maybe a TV if you want one in there. Happy to negotiate if you’d like to bring any furniture yourself. The bedroom is carpeted, has a fan and built-in wardrobes. It is quite spacious for a queen and a study desk. The room is available now as my previous roommate has just finished moving out. You must be willing to sign a 12month lease. You will be sharing your bathroom with only one other person when they move in as well. It has a large vanity and shower as well as a bath! There is also a large linen closet for you to share with the one other person. There is a dish washer, washing machine and dryer available. You will have unlimited VDSL internet, Telstra TV and Netflix available which is included in the rent. Other bills (electricity and water) will be split equally every quarter. It should work out to be no more then $30 a week on top of rent. Off street parking is available and a carport if you have a car. If not the bus line runs very close to the house. If you have your own car, it is a 15-20min drive into the city, a 8min drive to Belconnen mall and about 10mins drive to UC.
Great fully furnished free standing house With massive tv and a fully equipped gym. House is an open floor plan with multiple entertaining areas and 209sqm of living space under the roof. $150 per week rent includes Netflix and internet.

I'm 26 years old, work full time as a car detailer during the week. I'm also a volunteer race official at motorsport events in NSW, which means I'm away most weekends, when home i enjoy relaxing and kicking back but also getting out of the house for a hike, walk somewhere. Moving date is flexible, as i have a place to live but am looking for a change.
I’m a young adult who is working full time in administrative work. I prefer to have my own space but can socialise occasionally. I am looking for a place to live, ideally with only a couple flat mates (but am flexible with this) that are clean, and respectful.
Hey potential housemates My name is Sharne and I am a 28 year old Primary school teacher. I enjoy my personal space but also up for a chat and binging the bachelor, bachelorette or MAFS. Enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going to the movies and Seinfeld and sex and the city aficionado. Hoping to find 1 other person like minded to move in with :) Cheers Sharne
Hi, I am moving back to Canberra and I am looking for somewhere to rent. I am clean and quiet. I do enjoy occasionally chatting to my housemate - possibly bonding over trashy tv, a walk, a cuppa or a wine. I also like to have my own time and space too. I like to cook, but I don't cook every night (joys of cooking for one) and will always clean up after myself. I am easy going, kind and always pay my bills on time. I like rock climbing and scuba diving. Ideally, I would like to move in after the 12th April (moving from out of town back to Canberra), I have 2 - 4 weeks to find a place once I moved back. It would be great to have my own bathroom but I am flexible. Preferably only one other housemate, but again, for the right house, I could be swayed. Looking forward to finding somewhere great to live.
