1 large room available for a couple in jazzy open air town house, in the heart of Richmond! Amazing location, hop skip and a jump from trams 48, 75 and 78, walking distance from CBD. We are in the midst of restaurants, bars supermarkets and train stations. The house is a quirky old nun home, high ceilings, large living area and cute court yard with garden. The bathroom is separate from the toilet (handy for a share house) And all communal areas are furnished but could always do with some added spice. House is conveniently located directly in front of Peppercorn park for sunny day needs!
Large double bedroom available with BIR and access to own bathroom in a spacious ground floor apartment in a quiet and secure complex. Nice size patio with a BBQ and plenty of morning sun. The apartment is semi-furnished with room for some additional furniture if required. There is a also a secure garage car parking spot available. All the mod cons - Split system air con/heater, modern appliances, gas stove, granite bench tops etc. Perfect location on top of Richmond Hill, just off Church Street between Swan St and Bridge Rd. Plenty of public transport options with trams to the city from Bridge Rd and Swan St, as well as East Richmond train station being a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk to the MCG and Melbourne park. Lots of great pubs, restaurants and cafe's in the area.
Room available in this amazing and spacious 4 bedroom modern townhouse just off Bridge Road/Church Street. The room is on the lower ground level of the house and is actually considered two rooms which can be a bedroom and separate study/dressing room. Space/storage is not an issue in this house! There is plenty of natural light from the second bedroom and the temperature is always pleasant even in the heat of summer/deathly cold of winter! Up the stairs to the ground floor is 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. On level 1 is a open and spacious kitchen/dining and outdoor terrace. The house itself is walking distance from all amenities including Coles on Bridge Rd, bars and restaurants on Swan St and generally all the good brunch places in the Richmond area! This location is also great for travel to the city - it's either a 35min walk or one short tram ride away. If you're a footy fan, the iconic MCG is also walking distance from the house. Private street parking also available.
Our flat is bright and airy with an open feeling not common in Melbourne apartments. It’s three levels with my room on the ground floor, main living space in the middle and your room is on the top with an awesome balcony with an amazing view of the churches and out over Richmond. Each room has an ensuite and AC and the main living area has a massive courtyard and AC. Your rent includes the car space and is the bedroom shown in the photos. There is a brand new washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Cooking appliances all working, cooktop is gas which is a separate bill from the rent.
Gorgeous 3 bed Victorian cottage. Loads of natural light. High standard finish with wooden floors and freshly painted white walls throughout. Beautiful outdoor area with overhanging vines. Happy house with good vibes! Ideal location between Bridge road, Swan and Church. Cafes, parks and the Richmond trains station on the doorstep. Also plenty of room for bikes etc in the garden shed. Would prefer housemates in their 30s. Looking for peeps who want to share a home not just a house
We’re in the heart of Richmond! Literally a stones throw from all the great cafes, restaurants and bars. We also have public transport right on Church St and we’re not far from East Richmond and Richmond stations (10-15min walk). We are looking for someone who is clean and considerate. The room is light & bright, it fits a queen bed, desk and drawers, and has a two-door built-in wardrobe. The size is about 3.5 x 2.5m. The bathroom is shared with just one person (the other room has an en-suite). We also have an extra toilet downstairs. The bed frame can be bought if you need! Rent per month is $697. Bond is $816. Bills and internet are extra and shared evenly. Our place is super cute to live in with the old pink kitchen and it has a fair bit of space downstairs so we’re not claustrophobic! We’re in a secure complex of maybe 15 units and it’s nice and quiet. We have most of our household furnishings and kitchen goods so we don’t really need anything extra unless you want to bring anything in particular. There is storage both under the stairs and in the garage if needed. Our place would ideally suit someone without a car. However, there is parking available. There are 4 parks available at the front of the complex, otherwise plenty of free all-day parking along with 2P that ends at 5pm on our side of the street. We currently have no more permits. Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) Miriam x

The apartment is in the heart of Richmond right on Bridge Road with great restaurants, cafes and shops at your finger tips. Easy access into the city with trams 48 and 75 and tram 78 to Chapel street right at your door step! You’ll have a great sized bedroom with the option of furnished or not and own main bathroom along with a secure parking space. The bedroom has built in wardrobes and a beautiful uninterrupted view. The building has a full gym and theatre!
Hi I am Jack, I work full-time in investments during the week and am also studying a post-grad which keeps me busy. In my spare time I enjoy watching sport with mates, getting outdoors and trying new things. I use to be a snowboard instructor in a past life so usually escape for a week or two over the summer to catch the snow in the north. I enjoy a beer or glass of wine but am also into keeping healthy (so not drinking every night). I am looking for a room to rent after returning from working over in London, ideally a move in date early Jan (if not sooner) would work best.
I am a prospective PhD student at swinburne University. i will be aways mostly, working full time as well as doing research. I am tidy as well. Looking for a shared accomodation preferably outer suburbs.
Hello! My name is Robert, I am a 19-year old uni student from Canberra. I am currently working part-time in retail and am studying a bachelor's degree in media at RMIT. In my downtime you can find me either asleep, hanging out with friends or at the cinema catching either the latest blockbuster or the new hot indie film. I am looking for a place to live as I finish my degree and start my new life in Melbourne. I find that I get along with people quite easily and I am looking for a home with likeminded people that I can come home to and share memories with.
Originally from Ballarat moving to the cbd to begin the 9-5 at a consulting firm in early Feb. About me: I’ve just recently graduated with a Masters in Energy Systems from unimelb. I’m like to think im a relaxed and easy going guy. Im into health and fitness hitting the gym most days. I Always clean up after myself, pay bills, all the good housemate stuff, I'm not a party type so looking for a house of young professionals not a party house as i will be working long hours. Looking for flatmates who can be friends who lead independent lives and give each other space but enjoy heading to occasional movies and events like the tennis or comedy festiv, chatting after a long day at work about politics or getting the household together for the newest fad on Netflix. Bonus bonus if open to getting a house cat at some point down the track or at the very least a house pet bonsai . Look forward to meeting you ,Cheers

Looking for friendly flatmates in the following suburbs (my recruiter reckons they are the best ones in Melbourne!): - South Yarra - Richmond - Hawthorn - Prahran - Carlton - Abbotsford - Fitzroy Hope to hear from you soon :)

Hey! I'm currently living by myself in South Yarra paying $420 a week, however being hardly home I thought that's a waste and give Flatmates a go and save for a decent overseas trip. I'm looking to move in January or February, however I'm open to whenever if the right places comes along. What you see is what you get with me.. no nasty surprises! I'm a full time train driver, so you can be assured all bills are paid on time or well in advance. Between work, family, friends, footy and athletics you'd find I'm not home a lot, but when I am I'm clean, quiet and respectful of your space! Having said that I'm social and will fit right in and constantly bringing home beer, wine, chocolate or washing powder I'm sure you'll be glad you've chosen me.
I'm a young professional looking for a new share close to my work in Toorak or saint kilda. I'm friendly and tidy but am also happy to keep to myself. I'm hoping to find a place with one or two other females/males that isn't too rowdy :)
