I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a genuine, reliable, happy, tidy and warm person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting. I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Looking for a whole house/townhouse/villa uint/apartment with at least 2 toilets and 1 shower, 1 parking or garage for 1 car, and was built after 1985. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. It’s fine whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Rent budget: Up to $700 per week depends on the number of bedrooms and location. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.

Hi! I'm looking to fill a room at my flat in a great location in Richmond located on Waltham Street, just off the corner of Church Street and Bridge Road. The location is great with easy walking access to all the shops, bars, pubs and restaurants around Richmond. The tram stop at the end of the street goes straight into the city, whilst Richmond station is just a short walk down Lennox St. The flat is on the ground floor and one of only two. It has a big lounge room complete with two comfy couches, heater, big TV which is great for a lazy night in or watching the footy on the weekend with a few mates. The kitchen (no dishwasher) is on the older side of things but has been well looked after. Will suit someone who doesn't mind cooking but maybe not for someone who loves it...bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and whilst not modern but does the job! Laundry is has a big trough as well as a brand new washer/dryer combo. There is also a great backyard complete with grass, fruit trees and outdoor table and BBQ.... whilst I'd love to have a dog, it's not an option with the owners unfortunately. Off street parking is available, but if you'd prefer to park on the street there is a permit available! The bedroom available comfortably fits a queen side bed as well as storage for your clothes. It's got a great big window that will let in heaps of good light during the day! The place is basically fully furnished except for the bedroom available to rent. Overall the house is comfortable and homely and in a brilliant location close to all the joys associated with living in Richmond. It's not modern, but in good condition and will suit someone not looking for something too precious!
Message me for photos - Flatmates website is broken :/ The House: Cute little house with heating and air conditioning in Richmond just off Bridge Road. Lots of great options for eating (heaps of different types of food), drinking (some great bars a literal 90 second walk away) and shopping (Bridge Rd outlets, nuff said) with public transport easily accessible - 75 and 48 trams within a 2 minute walk, and Burnley and the various Richmond stations within walking distance. Swan Street, Victoria Street and the MCG and sporting precinct all close by, and a quick and easy (and cheap uber) trip into the city (or you could even walk!) House rocks a sweet 70s vibe with some cool interior decorating and a landlord who doesn't care what we do. If you like gardening, you're in luck, because we've wrecked the garden and need someone to fix it.. The Room: Room is unfurnished but it does feature some rad wallpaper and some sweet shag carpet, and a ceiling fan for those summer nights.
Gorgeous Richmond cottage in prime spot of Richmond. Small courtyard with lovely greenery surrounds. Super location to Bridge Road, Swan Street and the city. In a great pocket of Richmond. Fabulous cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, gyms, shops within a minutes walk. Parks and gyms very close, everything within walking distance on your doorstep. Trams and PT so close, quick access into the city. Very friendly Labrador, Milo very welcoming. Must like animals.
The apartment is a penthouse with a great wide view, spanning from Richmond right across the city and even into Collingwood. Location-wise, it's tough to beat. Situated right on Bridge Road but tucked down a short alley way, we've got the convenience of a Bridge Road address without the street front. Directly downstairs is an organic grocer, with Coles just a short stroll away. Church Street is a hop away, with a tram taking you down to Chapel, and the tram into the city is right on your door step. You can also walk to everything that Victoria, Bridge or Swan has to offer. Doesn't get much better! Every Saturday, the Gleadell St Farmer's Market is also just down the road for cheap groceries. We're the only apartment on the top floor, so have plenty of privacy. Everything is built in to the apartment, from the washing machine to the fridge, gas stove top, and oven. We've got a breakfast bar, shared common area, and a storage cage downstairs if you have some additional goods to put away. There is also a car space that's yours if you have a car. Your room is an individual room with BIR, plus its own balcony shared with the second bedroom. Bathroom is shared with one other person, and you've got your own split system heater/cooler in your room. We also have a large entertainer's balcony, with heaps of room for summer beers or a BBQ.
The apartment is a penthouse with floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen overlooking the city and an amazing wrap-around entertainers balcony viewing 270 degrees from Hawthorn round to Collingwood. We’ve got a table and chairs out there and a bbq, which we fire up at any possibility. The balcony is absolutely stunning in the summer for bbqs/sunbathing, and the view is breathtaking all year round. The apartment itself is recently renovated. We're the only apartment on the top floor, so have plenty of privacy. Everything is built into the apartment, including washing machine, dish washer, fridge, gas stove top, and oven. We've got a lovely breakfast bar island in a newly renovated kitchen, a tv/living area, and a storage cage downstairs if you have some additional stuff to put away. There is also a parking space in the basement, so could work if you have a car; otherwise we are looking to rent it out. Location-wise, it's tough to beat. Situated right on Bridge Road but tucked down a short alley way, we've got the convenience of a Bridge Road address without the street front. Directly downstairs is an organic grocer, with Coles a couple of doors down. Church Street is a hop away, with a tram taking you down to Chapel, and the tram into the city is right on the door step; our commute into the city is near enough 25 minutes door to door. You can also walk to everything that Victoria, Bridge or Swan has to offer. Every Saturday, the Gleadell St Farmer's Market is also just down the road for cheap groceries, and there’s several decent gyms and a pool within 10 minutes walk. Your room is a nice, light-filled, good size unfurnished bedroom with built in robes and patio doors out to a shared balcony with the second bedroom. Bathroom is shared with Matt, which is kept very clean, and you've got your own split system heater/cooler in your room. Living area is furnished, but we want a new sofa and a few other bits (so brownie points if you have any of these). This pad is more of a home than a place to sleep, we want to be friends with our new housemate. I'll make sure the ad is taken down when the room is filled, so message us a bit about yourself rather than asking if it's still available. We will start trawling through the messages and do a few viewings next week probably. The room will be available June 20th-ish, but just sticking it out there for any early birds.

Hi I'm moving to Melbourne from Brisbane in mid May to start a new job and I'm looking to move into a sharehouse or apartment near the city. I'm living with 3 guys and 2 girls at the moment, so I like the idea of moving into another big house but I'm open to smaller groups too. I'm used to music/instruments being played around the clock and having people come through the house a lot so I'm looking for similarly laid back people. Like to spend my spare time hanging out with friends, listening to music, playing sport, reading. Generally neat person but I don’t stress too hard if other people don’t clean their shit. Social smoker. Looking for people of a similar age but no preference about anything like that really- just open, honest people who don’t take life too seriously. Feel free to shoot me a message if you think I fit the bill for your house
Hey i'm Pierre, I'm looking for a house with cool people who you can chill with and have a bit of a sesh every now and again. I work and study part time, i love reading, gaming (i have an alarmingly large collection of boardgames) and i love going to see gigs/live music. I lived in a sharehouse in Brunswick for a year then moved to live on campus at Monash but have realised i much preferred living in a sharehouse, just looking for a nice place to live with fun people. Also i have both Netflix and Stan.
A bit about myself : My name is Anh, mid 20s and working full time for a petroleum organisation. I work from 8-5 and enjoy hiking, a bit of cooking and a glass of wine here and there. I have been living in share house for the last 5 years so I know all the rules and manners. Work is pretty intense as well so I would love to keep it quiet during the week but also want to make the most of every weekend. Dinner here and there with hoousemates is great too. The bonus part is I come with a Roomba Irobot which can be auto set up to clean the house everyday. :) Also, I have a golden retriever that has been in sharehouse her wholelife and been trained very well. So if you are interested, shoot me a message.
