Hi! I'm from Vancouver, Canada in Australia for a year on a working holiday. After a few months of travelling around I'm looking to find some work and live in Brisbane for a while. I am sociable, but need my alone time too. My hobbies tend towards nerdy or outdoorsy. Gaming, d&d, board games, hiking, surfing, etc. I tend to keep my area fairly clean and shared areas very clean.
New estate, lake plus walking/riding trails, house 6yrs old, close to beaches & fishing, close to the New Sandstone point hotel , house is clean & easily maintained. Air con & fans through out, great sea breaze,
The vacant room will start on 11th of March till 12th of April. And another room will be vacant in the middle of April. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please leave me the message. And I will reply you as soon as possible. I still keep looking someone who need an accommodation.
I am a very easy person to live with. I am very prompt in paying my rent and utilities. I am a very clean and tidy person . I can be full of life or quiet to give you your own space when needed. I have been a member of SES for many years and can also produce references.
I am looking to move closer to work. Excellent rental history with references. Much loved and well behaved social dog that is a labrador. Lovely easy going nature. I like to chat and also like my quiet time. Extremely well organised and working towards my future goals. I am single, neat and very independent and respectful person. Have my own vehicle and start work at 5am weekdays. Enjoy a sleep in on weekends!! Like a cold beer and a BBQ when the time is right. Previous home owner and well travelled local Brisbane guy.
From Brisbane but been living in perth and all around for many years, looking to settle back here. Have a contract which is minimum six months in Caboolture but until I know whether it will become longer term I have put my furniture into storage and am looking to share or preferably have a granny flat or studio type of arrangement. Would need to be furnished since I don't want to transport any of my furniture at this point.
I am friendly, reliable and respectful. I have a job and am not a party animal . I enjoy my own privacy but also enjoy the company of others. My job keeps me quite busy so I dont have a lot of spare time on my hands. Have never lived in a share situation but am excited to see how it unfolds. I am from the morayfield area, I am a youth worker and i enjoy any kinds of sport. Thanks for reading
This is beautiful 3 bedroom home a walk away from the water near all amenities. We are two woman and our third flat mate has moved on to greener pastures. We are easy to live with . There is a beautiful garden here everything at your fingertips. If this suits you come and have a look.
I am quiet, private and pay my bills on time. I don't smoke, have my own furniture, am single, and love my pets. I have 2 small dogs ( 21y/o pomeranian & 9 y/o maltese, outside dogs) and a small rag doll cat.
Hello future flat mate! We are looking for another couple to team up with and find a four bedroom house (up to $400 a week). We will have a spare room each. All costs would be shared equally. We are a tidy couple who always cleans up after themselves. Very respectful and quiet. More than happy to occasionally have a drink with you on the weekends, or to keep to ourselves if you prefer. We have a beautiful and quiet, golden retriever who everyone loves (seriously). She is well behaved and doesn't make a mess. We have our own furniture, so unfurnished would be best. We would like our own bathroom or ensuite.
I'm moving up from Adelaide as I have a partner on the sunshine coast. I'm easygoing, openminded and stick to myself mostly but I receive a pension plus I'll be studying p.t. and I'm a facepainter at events and weekend markets. I have 3 children in Adelaide I will fly to spend a week with every 5 weeks, usually home is my eat/shower/sleep zone.. I come from a biggish family, not much fazes me household wise and I'm not easily offended.. I'm ok with housemates having parties, soirees or aussie bbqs! Feel free to interrogate, on any topic, to your hearts content ❤ I just found out I will have our 9 month old pup knuckles for a while, shes had shots, will get walked etc shes a super cool little lady and well socialised.
I'm a full time musician, which means I'm out days, sometimes weeks at a time. not every week, but it does happen. I also play gigs most weekends, which means I get home late some nights. If possible, I will need some storage space, possibly some of the garage, for all my gear. I like to keep to myself, working in my room as a recording/session musician, but I do enjoy a conversation. Pretty easy going as well. I don't smoke, drink, or make much loud noise, and keep everything I do clean and tidy. I'm allergic to cats, and with my recording work there can't be a lot of noise going on all the time, so, will struggle with most dogs around as well. Thanks for taking the time to read!
Im a bit of a hippie type person (but i dont have dreads n do shower daily lol) enjoy the odd beverage and i do smoke although trying to give up ive had the same job for 7+ years in retail do different shifts and every 2nd weekend love the outdoors ie beach camping fishing etc ideally i will find somewhere with a patio that can house my plants and to chill out on after a day at work i have furniture etc but can put most into storage i also have a cat but if necessary he doesnt have to come too hope to hear something soon
Want to move June 2017. I'm looking to live in a share house during my time at uni. By the time I move into a share house, I'll only have a year and a half left of my degree. After that, I'll be earning enough to live on my own. I'm tidy and quiet. I mostly keep to myself but don't mind socialising if the occasion calls for it. I rarely party and I'm only a social drinker. I need a place within walking distance to a bus stop or, ideally, the Caboolture train station. I have a large dog and a cat. It's essential that my dog is allowed inside of a night at the very least (he would sleep in my room), and my cat is strictly an inside cat. Both of them are very mellow and don't cause any problems. They're also very well-trained and friendly with people. Unfortunately, they're if-y around other animals so it'd be ideal if they were the only pets in the house. However, my dog has gotten along with really small friendly dogs in the past, so that's something I will be willing to discuss and work out, but medium/big dogs are a definite no go (he was socialised but he had a bad experience with a big dog when he was a puppy).
