I study at ECU Mt Lawley, have 2 very lovely indoor cats and like my space. I am only interested in renting a house with 1 other person, or a studio apartment/granny flat and such on my own. I am looking for someone to get a central place with, who loves animals, someone who is clean, tidy and will respect my belongings - I have all of the furniture/appliances needed for the shared areas of the house. I am definitely okay with visitors etc. but not looking to live in a party house where I won't be able to get any sleep and deal with loud noise every day. If you're interested, feel free to contact me with a bit about yourself and I will get back to you to meet up before making a decision as I am very picky due to previous experiences.

I have a large house with separate upstairs / downstairs living areas and bedrooms . 2x upstairs bedrooms (for myself and 3yo when/if is stays over) and 3x Bedrooms downstairs at rear with front office. One bedroom has been set up for Gym but yet to get any Gym equipment. I have Internet, Netflix, BBQ, large outdoor entertaining area and the property backs on to a private park. I have two off-street parking bays, which may also include a garage space unless I have a mid-life crisis and somehow end up with a suitably ridiculous sports car.

There is a simple bedroom in our share house in North Perth available on the 12th of October. The room is furnished with a double bed, duvets, bed linen etc. Great for someone who is looking for cheap accommodation, however, the house has everything you will need: A washing mashine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 large TV's, Foxtel (simular to SKY), unlimitted wifi, an Xbox One, an airconditioning/ heating system, an outdoor barbecue area and heaps of free parking space. This is a great area of the city, being only a 5 min walk to the supermarkets (Woolies and Coles)/ 5 min walk to the gym. The bus is located across the street (next to the pub) and being on the main street is only a 5- 10 min bus ride to the city CBD. The rent is $135 per week, including all bills, wifi, Foxtel, etc. Just let me know if you are interested. Cheers, Joel

Hi. I'm from Brasil. I working part time. Im a woman who likes clean and organized places. I like to make friends. Im looking for a quiet place, friendly and not noisy people. Thanks
Hi, my name is Alesha and I'm 25 years old, I'm currently looking for a room in a share house for when I return home in November from living overseas for a year and a bit. I will be studying at UWA doing my PhD, basically like a full time job, so things are fairly quiet during the week. I'm pretty easy going, love to chat and catch up but also can respect my other housemates space :)
Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I like relaxing at home a lot of the time and keeping to myself a bit, but also love being around people and having some fun once in a while! I'm a great, no-fuss roommate. I have two solid jobs (so no cash flow worries), am neat and organised, respect others' space and belongings, and am nice and easy going myself :) Looking for someone fun and easy going to share a home with!
My name is Rachel, I am 27, been in Australia for 5 years now but originally from England. I work full time in child care Monday to Friday at a daycare centre in North Perth. I go to the gym either before or after work depending on my start time. I am into fitness and healthy eating (July just gone I won my first weight lifting competition) Although I love training and being active, I do love to chill out with a movie and see friends at the weekend. Love a good cheat meal and netflix binge too. I like animals, the beach, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, camping, going to festivals and concerts, holidays to Bali, picnics, going to the movies, motorbikes and heaps of other stuff. I would be a good house mate to live with as I am quite busy so I would hardly be in but when I am around I would happily chat and chill with you or keep out your hair if you need some time to your self. I am a qualified chef so I can whip up a decent meal or two. I am clean and tidy and to be honest I like taking care of people so if you need anything just let me know. My friends would describe me as friendly and bubbly and a bit "blonde" I don't smoke but don't have a problem with those who do. I like a drink with friends at a weekend but the crazy partying days are behind me. I am looking for a place for 6 months maybe longer :)
Hi! We are Chris & Robyn, both in our 30s, we are looking for somewhere to call home for the medium term... We are trustworthy, easy-going and reliable, and have a upbeat but relaxed attitude toward most things in life. As a couple we are super chilled and pretty mature in that we quite literally never argue - we just enjoy hanging out and doing new things together. We are definitely clean & tidy and take pride in the place we get to call home. We are both working - I'm a casual primary school teacher and tutor and Chris is a personal trainer (and qualified mechanic - should your car need servicing). The only needs we have are storage - we have a fair number of boxes that we've been lugging around with us, so a spare room or shed space would be fantastic. Plus we already have a bed and bedroom furniture so an unfurnished (& big) room would be ideal. We are typically private people, and respect others and their property and ask that you'd do the same. We are past our partying days but definitely don't mind a good conversation over a good meal and a wine or beer. We need to be out of our current place as soon as possible so somewhere available immediately would be awesome. If you think you have somewhere suitable for us please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks!
Recently graduated, now working in West Perth. I'm looking to move somewhere close to the city, or suitable public transport, for at least six months. I have lived in shared housing since moving to Perth for Uni four years ago, so I'm not new to respectfully living with new people. I'm neat and tidy, I like my space clean and I pick up after myself. I'm generally down for anything in my free time. Often this is playing social sport/catching up over a drink with people, or listening to music/watching a show if I'm by myself. Depending on the flow of your house, I can be a self-contained housemate, although I would be more than happy to integrate with a social household.
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I would need an unfurnished bedroom though. Would also prefer my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. If you think we would be a good match, send me a message! 🏡😊
I like to keep to myself but also enjoy a quiet chat with a few wines, I'm a young gay man work in the technical end of the arts industry, I tend to work odd hours much like a hospitality worker. I'm a clean and tidy housemate who's always ready to have a laugh. I'm looking to live close to the city so I can be close by to work.
I love to be around people, but also enjoy my quiet time. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate, and have no issues with pulling my weight with chores. I also expect the same from the people I live with. I think what makes a great shared house is a culture of privacy, respect and communication. I really enjoy the sense of community that exists within a shared household.
Hey guys 😊 My name is Steffen. I am from Germany and I will start my working holiday year in mid-october. The German company I am working for has an Australian affiliated company that will hire me for six month when I am in Australia. That means I will be employed immediately when I move to WA. I have been in WA three times this year and I am already a bit familiar with the Australian language and culture. Concerning me, I am an easy going and caring person that likes being outdoors and several kinds of sports. I play European football for a local team and I also like/play volleyball, table tennis, fitness/body weight exercises, bouldering, hiking. Of course I like hanging out, chilling, drinking a cold beer and having a nice conversation. I prefer to live in an open flat-sharing-community with nice people. Cats and dogs are absolutely no problem. I also prefer a furnished room. I’ll be in Perth on the 13th or 14th of October.
Hi! My name is Jake, from the UK & I am a dentist (starting work early Oct), just arrived in Perth and due to be in Perth for the next 2 years..... and hopefully longer! I am a sociable and active person who enjoys many sports (both watching and playing) and leading a healthy, active lifestyle. I enjoy cooking and learning new languages (currently gently studying French & Spanish in my free time so if you speak those languages I would be up for chatting away in French and/or Spanish). I am tidy, easy-going and looking for a flatshare with like-minded people.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going...like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while studying in Perth (so irregular hours). I have a social life and I like to go out (when I can find the time). Not looking for a wild party house, but not looking for a house that doesn't like to do anything. Would need unlimited internet and a place to park my car. Air-con is a plus and happy to work an all inclusive rate.
I am currenting seeking; A one bedroom rental apartment/studio for myself, willing to spend up to $220 p/w (not includ. bills) OR Alternatively a two bedroom house/townhouse with a female friend in her late 20's, we'd be willing to spend up to $450 p/w for the entire place (not includ. bills) I work part time in hospitality and childcare, however normally primarily work fulltime in health promotion/public health/Admin/PA roles. I currently reside in mt Lawley and would live to stay close to the area however I'm open to rental offers within 15km of perth city. I am a young single working professional, do not have pets, keep my home extremely clean and keep any household well maintained at all times. I'm not a party animal whatsoever and often work weekend nights. I love cooking, yoga, and pole dancings. I smoke minimally and only ever outside. I would love the opportunity to set up a balcony herb garden or even better, a backyard vege patch :) Please get in contact with me if you have a property I may be a suitable candidate for. Thanks, Madeline
Chilled out tradie looking for friendly folk to hang out and live with. 28 year old kiwi. Always either out in the wops or in the kitchen with my wok.
