Working full time at Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going and very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable.
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :)
Hi, I'm Sam! I'm moving over to Perth to study at WAAPA, so looking for anything within close distance to Mount Lawley. Lived in a lot of sharehouses, very clean and respectful of other people. I'm into music, theatre, art galleries, learning to surf and getting into cycling. I keep fit with jogging, the gym and yoga. I'm a social and outgoing person, though I also like my personal space. Not into the party scene, but do enjoy quiet beers and wine. Looking for a place to make home for the next three years. Thanks!
I'm a positive and motivated person that is moving from Sydney to study at WAAPA in 2018, and looking for somewhere close by to stay. Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. Things I like: reading, ukulele, piano, theatre, netflix, dancing & funky socks.
I'm a chef in training and love practicing and refining my skills, I enjoy drinking wine/cider with some cheese and crackers and I love pets so animals aren't a problem for me.

Quite and cosy just 400m from ECU Mt Lawley. The unit is bright, fully furnished and recently renovated. The bedrooms have modern Ikea furniture (single bed, desk, wardrobe, lots of storage, book shelves) and are spotlessly clean. There is reverse cycle AC and a ceiling fan in the living area (but rarely needs to be used). Each flatmate has a large food pantry and there is a shared linen closet. The unit has a clothes washing machine. All linen and cleaning equipment is supplied. 3min walk to ECU Mt Lawley. Bus stop outside front gate with busses to; city, Dog Swamp Shopping Centre, North Perth Shopping Centre and Dianella Shopping Centre. Express bus stop to CBD (10mins) and Northbridge restaurants (5mins) 400m from unit. The unit is attached to a family home in a quiet suburban street. It has separate access and patio with bbq, halogen oven and outdoor seating. No additional people can stay overnight in the unit and flatmates are expected to be quiet after 10:30pm. There is an additional fridge out the front of the house where flatmates have full access to the freezer and two large shelves. The kitchen/lounge/bathroom areas are professionally cleaned each week, surfaces must be left clear on cleaning day. Flatmates are responsible for cleaning their bedroom. Each bedroom door can be key locked. There is a large organic garden at the house with chickens, a beehive and two cats. Minimal insecticides, pesticides or herbicides are used on the property. The unit’s clothes washing machine waste water is used on the garden. Tenants are expected to use environmentally conscience cleaning and washing products and not use poisons in or around the unit. The house is solar passive and all windows and doors have security screens to catch the sea breeze for cooling in the evening.
Nice, big townhouse in a very central area. Just down the road from The Rosemount and the amazingness of angove street. The place is also 50m from a bus stop that goes into the city. I have one spare room that can come with a bed or without. There is unlimited internet, netflix and foxtel. There is a medium size courtyard / backyard perfect for friday / sat arvo drinks. Will consider small pets (WOULD LOVE A MINIATURE DASHHOUND to be the new house pet).

Hey ya'll. We have a room for rent in our beautiful old house in a prime location. Sharing with two girls & an extremely handsome/friendly dog. The room available is that classic, large type you get in these houses. The rest of the house is spacious, with lots of living areas & a huge back yard. Furnished throughout. Bedroom is unfurnished but we can help you out with things, if needed. Plenty going spare. Walking distance to The Rosemount & North Perth Coles. Heaps of public transport nearby. We have a undercover car space, if required & plenty of parking available on the street/verge.
This flat is on the second floor of a unit complex, entry via stairs and a car space provided (I don't drive so it's free to use). The complex also has a pool that's quite nice in summer. It's small and cosy, everything except the room on offer is furnished, kitchen utensils/cutlery etc is all there. There's a small balcony facing Charles Street, but the view of the road is mostly blocked by trees so it's quite nice in the afternoon just to relax and read a book. Water is included in the rent, just need to pay electricity (usually $20-30 or less per month depending on how often you use it.) I don't have Internet at this stage though I am considering getting an unlimited plan with Belong, which I'd be more than happy to share as long as you're willing to help with costs. The unit is a few metres away from buses that'll take you into the city (10mins), Dogswamp Shopping Centre (5mins) and Mirrabooka Square (25-30 mins). It's a 20 minute walk to the Angove Street cafe strip and North Perth Coles, 20-25 minute walk to ECU Mt Lawley, there's a gym only a 5 minute walk away as well as a dance studio. There's also a 24hr petrol station right next door. The room has a built in wardrobe and a window facing Charles Street. It's unfurnished but would comfortably sit a single bed and a desk. The main fridge is a little small so if you have a mini fridge, you are more than welcome to bring it along. The place will be available to move in on the 5th of February. I'm looking for a housemate that is pretty quiet and respectful, doesn't need to be a clean freak but like to keep common areas tidy. There's plenty of Bathroom space so feel free to take as much as you want. Total rent is $310 paid fortnightly, and bond is $620. The landlord will request 2 rental references (unless you're moving out of home for the first time) and a government issued I.D (Drivers Licence, Passport, Birth Certificate). She's very easy-going and I've never had a problem since I moved in last year. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or want to have a look. Current roommate will be moving out on the 5th so looking for someone to move in from then.
Room's great, super spacious with a heap of wardrobe space. There's a second room that you can spread into as well, which may suit couples or people who want more space (we'd negotiate extra portion of the weekly rent for this). We've got a pool as well. The rest of the house is massive. We've got decent uncapped Internet, heaps of parking space, and a sweet backyard for entertaining. The best thing about the property is the inner-city, super central location. I worked in the city for a while, which meant an easy 15 minute bus down Charles Street, straight into the CBD. There's all the good shit of Mount Hawthorn and Leederville on one side with Mount Lawley and all the Beaufort Street awesomeness on the other side. Freeway entries are painless as well, if you needed to venture beyond the inner-city bubble.

Weekends are usually filled with social commitments but don't mind a chill Friday night in with wine and UberEats I am currently studying while working full time so a place with a little extra space is always preferred. Looking for easy going people who like to keep things generally tidy, 2-3 people max would be preferable. Girls or Guys. My previous housemates have often used me as a live in pet sitter.
