I need a fairly large double room with plenty of storage space. Built-in double robes or large free standing robes, chest of drawers, and study desk. I'm happy to purchase these items if there is plenty of space for them. I have camera gear that needs to be stored inside and away from heat and damp, and I would prefer if the bedroom door has a key lock. I have a fair amount of personal possessions. It consists of cases of clothes, boxes of camera accessories and tripod, my personal paperwork, shoe bag, and some linen, plus a toolbox with screwdrivers etc, and car cleaning box (need that for my ute). Plus a bag containing my favourite books that I always wanted to read, but never had time to. I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Procurement Administrator in the resources industry and returned to Perth in February 2018. I have some temporary accommodation at the moment and secured a casual 5-week job in the northern suburbs. I'm on the hunt for a more permanent work contract. I won't be in your face flatmate and respectful of other peoples space. I want to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes, weight training, or taking photographs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes. So if you have a dog, that's fine. I lived with a cat for 5 years and sadly he died when he was 16 years old. Texas the legend lives on. I'm very clean and tidy and in fact, I enjoy cleaning and love sitting back and seeing the difference and enjoy living in a nice clean space. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm not a crazy clean freak, either. I'm quite prepared to do a few hours gardening or cleaning a week in return for cheaper rent. Or do you travel for your job, and need someone responsible and trust-worthy to look after the place. That's me! I can provide a police clearance. I am very quiet and you may not know I even there sometimes. I never play loud music instead use headphones. I want to get fit so will spend a fair amount of time resting to recover from killing myself in the gym. If I find the right place I'm a long termer...
Hi I am 37 years old, engineer, Man/ Persian is looking for a master bed room+ car park (I normally leave house at mornings and come back late just to rest at nights). I Prefer to share with Maximum 2 other professional people in their 20S or 30S . I am clean, tidy, well organised, easy going and friendly. I will bring my personal belongings so I do not need a furnished room. I will rent for 1 months at least and if it is OK for both sides I will be ready to extent the duration of the contract beyond this 1 month’s period. I prefer to share with a non-smoker (it really doesn't matter but not to be a drug user ) , just drink socially and occasionally. The rent preferably be including utilities (gas, electricity and water). Thanks Ramin
I am currently a student at Curtin and also work as a waitress about 3 shifts a week. O am a very chill person who likes to have a chat with who I live with but also need some privacy . Preferably looking to live with people around my age :)
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Will need quite a large room with at the least a double BIR....I have an obscene amount of clothes! Looking at no more than $170 per week incl. all bills! Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :) I've said an April move in date....but not restricted to that! Just waiting for the right place to pop up :)
House located in nice and quiet Coolbinia suburb (one of the safest suburb in Perth), between Yokine and Mount Lawley. Close to CBD, accessible by bus (stop at 100m of the house, 15 minutes to Perth Busport). Also very close to ECU Mount Lawley if you study there. Possibility to park for free in front of the house or in the street (never busy). Dog Swamp shopping center very close to the house (5 minutes drive). Garden with free veggies, lemons and honey if you like + bbq and a covered place to chill (couches and table)
I'm a very easy going person. Clean I like to leave with people the worries about the cleaners of the house. I have a daughter 3yo that stays with me every second weekend. That's why would be better if I have my own bathroom. I'll also be going back to FIFO in May.

Fully furnished, spacious character home located in a very quiet street in North Perth. 5-minute walk to shopping centre. Close to the North Perth, Mt Lawley and Mount Hawthorn cafe' strips and ECU, Mt Lawley. It is a 10-minute bus ride to and from the city, 2-minute walk to bus stop. Close to Beatty Park Recreation Centre and various yoga studios. The bedroom available is large with a high ceiling, bright and airy. It is unfurnished but can be furnished if required. It includes an air conditioning unit and unlimited WiFi. The house has good quality furnishings throughout. There is also lots of storage space. There is a large backyard that includes a patio and a vine covered gazebo. In terms of pets I would consider a social cat. Rent $200 per week not including bills. Please contact me if you have any questions or wish to make a time to view the house.
Nice, big townhouse in a very central area. Just down the road from The Rosemount and the amazingness of angove street. The place is also 50m from a bus stop that goes into the city. I have one spare room that can come with a bed or without. There is unlimited internet, netflix and stan that is optional and not included in the rent. There is a medium size courtyard / backyard perfect for friday / sat arvo drinks. Will consider small pets (WOULD LOVE A MINIATURE DASHHOUND to be the new house pet).
THis is Not to Share, it is all yours. Be completely independent!!!! Two bedrooms: One double and one single bedroom, suit couple or single. View of city upstairs, bus stop outside, cycle anywhere or walk to city in 20 minutes. carport parking. Security gate. air con/central heating. wifi. Inner city living so no big parties.
Great spot in North Perth, nearby bus stop with regular trips into the city centre, taking less than 10 minutes to arrive. Large cemented block out the back with plenty of parking space. Cafes, bars, restaurants nearby. Close to Beatty Park and Yoga studios. Quiet and nice neighbours. Air-conditioning and fan installed. Large kitchen with stove cooktop and oven. Cool basement area with plenty of extra space, an extra lounge room, and rooms that are empty. Three upstairs bedrooms, but also a large area in the basement (as well as other areas) that has been used as a bedroom as well. House is currently furnished with other housemates utilities, including fridge and washing machine, and lounge furniture. The room for rent has three large double-door built in wardrobes, and enough room comfortably for a Queen sized bed and chest of drawers/vanity. I am currently on the lease, alongside the two other tenants, and would require the next tenant to replace me on it. (I am leaving the sharehouse to move in with my partner.) The lease is set to expire in early August 2018, hence why I have placed 4 months in the description, however there is the strong likelihood of renewal by the landlord if you wished! Rent is 480 for the whole home a week. Available any time after the first week of April 2018 :)

I have just started studying graphic design at North Metro Tafe and I work at a game arcade in Westfield Carousel whenever I can. I’m very clean, very low maintenace and reliable.
I'm house proud so like to keep things clean and tidy. Love to share a meal and drink (and occasional outings) with my housemates. I'm easy going and enjoy keeping active/fit. Always up for a laugh and happy to play taxi once in a while - within reason of course! I am after a large unfurnished room, aircon and own bathroom would be fab. Something close to public transport as my work is relocating to the CBD and we won't have parking :( Ground floor room preferred as I may need to have a knee recon at some point haha (thank you dirt bike!). I have a motorbike so somewhere secure (garage) to park it is essential - no on street parking for both my car and bike. Please feel free to ask me any questions :)
Things that make me great...... I’m moving back from a sick 2 Years in Queensland to Perth. Lookin for an awesome house to move into with like minded people. I don’t want a house, a want a home - because A mans home is his castle. I’m very out going and easy to get along with. I’m up for an adventure but also just as keen to eat kfc on the couch. I’m studying marketing and PR at Curtin and working part time. I’m currently looking at moving in as soon as possible .
Feel like I'm filling out a dating profile! I'm a postgraduate student with a massive Facebook addiction. I'm neat, clean and well past the age of partying but enjoy spending the occasional evening having a few drinks with a group of friends over a board game ot 2. I come with an adorable ginger tabby who's a smoochy gentleman and loves anyone who'll give him a chin scratch. I'm vegatarian and love to cook, especially for others! I'm into fantasy, sci-fi and Marvel movies with a shameful obsession for teen drama TV series. I'm hugely sarcastic and love a good laugh.
I am an easy-going, down to earth physiotherapy student, working part time in the retail and fitness industries. I love dogs, going out for coffee and brunch, and getting out of the house and doing activities! My schedule is a little all over the place, but if I’m not working or studying, I’ll be relaxing with my partner and hanging out with my dogs back home. While I’m not the greatest cook, I’ll still give it a go and I’m very clean, tidy and organised.
I'm a clean, courteous 34 year old man who loves a good laugh. I'm reliable, I always pay my bills on time, I'm a non smoker and I have no pets. I have a keen interest in the arts, I produce my own visual art (mostly cartoons) and I love going down to luna and checking out a movie. As I am single I still head out on the odd occasion but I'm not a massive drinker, just a beer or a glass of wine over dinner or if an occasion calls for it, a few more. I enjoy relaxing in the evenings, sitting on a verandah or somewhere with a cool breeze. I welcome all types of people, and always look for the good in a person. I work a retail job in an arts and crafts store which I enjoy.
Having travelled all my life I am organised and adaptive, being a sibling of 10 I have no problem cleaning for busy people, quite a minimalist and definitely not a party goer Please message me a number for ease of contact
