I am a fulltime working single Mum who is very easy going and well organised and love cooking. My daughter and I have lived in a rental unit on our own but have the need now to live in a house and found it just a bit difficult to do this on my own.
Generally am clean, with (almost) no bad habits, flexible in many respects. Am a professional scientist, smart, social and easy to chat on general topics. I am now in the process of the family split up. Being the only source of income cannot afford anything more than the shared accommodation for myself. My kids - two girls 9 and 12 yo, well behaving and adequate - will sometimes come for a visit or stay overnight.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
Friendly, reliable, tidy, I work Monday to Friday full time and usually retreat to my room of an evening during the week for peace and quiet after a hectic work day. Usually out with friends or family during the weekend. Ideally looking for a place with my own bathroom. Looking to move out of my family home so flexible with move dates and length of stay.
I work with computers, and in my spare time play games and drink beer. I have a cat and she's alright. Looking for a teamup primarily, due to saving money + I already own pretty much a whole house full of appliances and things. Happy to share with whoever really.
I am an easy, on-going guy. I am clean, reliable. I know how to keep a place tidy. I am respectful of others and other people's spaces. I get along with others easy and I know how to hold a conversation. I'm not one to throw parties, so hey, that's already a plus. By choosing me as your room mate, you won't regret it.
Im a fulltime student studying Visual Arts to get a career either teaching art at a secondary schools and/or mental health art therapy. Although I am unemployed, I always pay my way constantly on time ( usually ;P ) BUT I am looking for part time/ casual cash work otherwise Im on centrelink payments. Im easy going, laid back, alternative and very tidy/clean person with an unfiltered, quirky, blunt and honest personality. I am often up most night's with insomnia but have mastered being as quiet as possible. I am very aware and respectful of the people around me. Also I can help out with errands/ cooking/ cleaning when/if required for a small discount on rent/bills. I mention this optional arrangement to potential housemates because it has worked incredibly well and smoothly for both myself and a few previous housemates. Feel free to msg back with any question s you might have :)
Hey I'm Jess, I'm 19 years old, but I'm an old soul, I'm looking for a room to rent with some wonderful fun people, I work full time but do enjoy a glass of wine. I've lived in my own place for a year but would love to experience the world and meet new people, I understand personal space and will respect all. I enjoy cooking, going to the pub, gym and watching movies.
Hello. A bit about me: *I'm a 24 year old female, I have an indoor trained male cat who is 2 years old. *I have lived in a shared house and therefore am used to how it works, respecting people, their privacy and maintaining a home. *I am looking for a new shared house to join or even just one person to move in with who is animal friendly, clean, respectful, cool to sometimes chill with and has an understanding of internet usage and lag in terms of games. *My hobbies include playing PC games, chilling out, seeing my partner, playing board games, cooking, listening to and making music and just having a good time but am not a party go-er. *I am not a smoker and do not drink. *I don't currently work but receive reliable Centrelink payments so rent and bills will always be paid on time. *I take myself as a clean, quiet, respectful individual who just wants to have a good life wherever that may be. I hope to hear from anyone who thinks I would make a good fit in their shared home. Cheers.
Hey there, Being a people's person, I love making new friends and meeting new people. I generally like a quiet place, love to cook and to be creative. I like to keep clean, fit and am a mad fan of the outdoors. So I'm always on the hunt for places near awesome walks and forests. I occasionally work from home and in the city making digital product videos and short films, so I would be in and out quite often. In my spare time I would either be making music (with a headset :p), drawing, or out shooting film with some friends. Thanks for checking out my profile

Hi there, I'm moving back to Melbourne and want to live near the Dandenong Ranges. I already have a job lined up. My friends would describe me as honest, considerate and easy going. I'm clean/tidy and looking for someone similar. The cheaper the room the better. I've put 6 months but can be longer if the situation is right. Longest I've stayed somewhere is 2 years. Thanks for stopping by :)
