The second bedroom is occupied by a lovely couple. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views.
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm a 28-year-old male journalist working in Melbourne, but moving to Ballarat at the end of July/early August. I'm open to living either near the CBD (as that's where I'll be working), in the surrounding suburbs, or out of town if there's a good fit. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! So overall I like to adapt to things. I have a lot of existing items including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self suffiicient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have. Thank you.
My name is Lauren and I am looking for a room to rent by myself. I am a friendly yet private person whom is hygienic, respectful and reliable. Currently unemployed as of recent as I am still going through hand therapy from surgery yet I receive fortnightly payments and will be looking for a part-time job as soon as I have stability to do so. I have a quiet, litter-trained male cat who will be accompanying myself. I have just moved out from my parents house yet have experienced renting independently previously, so I am prepared and excited to find a positive person who is willing to help me out for 6-12 months + depending on my work/ study situation. I am a very bubbly and open-minded person who is a pleasure to live with as I keep to myself most of the time.
Hi I'm Daniel, a 17 year old 1st year apprentice Boilermaker. I'm pretty easy going and like to always have some organisation in my life. I'm currently looking for a place in Kyneton or Castlemaine (close to the station in Castlemaine as I work in Kyneton) If you think I'd be a good housemate for you please don't hesitate to get in touch
