Hi clan!I'm a regional NSW boy, who previously studied four years of Fine Arts in Sydney and for the last four years have lived in Central and Northern Europe. I will begin a two year stint as an associate of glass design and production at the Jam Factory in rAdelaide. Looking forward to rub shoulders with the city and a different part of Australia to what I've previously known. Generally you will find me salting in the ocean, but love to explore urban sprawl as well. I am real keen on a place with a backyard for gardening. Definitely do not mind occupying a church, since I hear its the city of. Would love to hear from you even if its to fill me a little more in on the city ;)
I am a clean and friendly female in latter 20s. I am looking for a room where I can concentrate to study.I am respectful of others and always clean up after myself. I am studying English now. After that course, will study design at TAFE. Besides my study, I also going to have a few part time jobs so I always pay my rent on time.
Very close to city with a 3 minute drive! Close to shops and 10 minutes to airport! There is one off street park so whoever Is home first everyday can take it! There is a generous sized pool (which not many people use)! Bins are taken out every week by a paid worker (included in rent). Great air conditioning which often works almost too well.. we pay $60 per month for unlimited internet ( so will be $30 each). Don't pay for water: only water connection every 1/4 as well as gas, and electricity every 1/4
Close to the city, parks, gym. Outdoor area. Quiet street, close to bus stop going to city. Would suit student, professional or blue collar. We share water power and gas bills so am looking for someone that is respectful and will not drive costs of living through the roof. Some visitors are ok but no partys pre drinks or partners staying every night of the week.
This is an excellent location just 3kms from the city with public transport every 15 mins. There's Kurralta Park Shopping centre at a distance around 1km away. Also close to convenience stories like On the Run and Caltex.

Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
Hi! I'm a graduated BA student, going into Masters of Teaching next year. I work in a bookshop. I like reading, watching documentaries, cooking and exercising. I have a small, old dog. He is toilet trained, doesn't shed hair, and doesn't bark or bite. He's fine with other dogs. I'm not a big partier. Looking for a friendly house that also respects needs to study. Also, I'm both gluten and dairy intolerant, so prefer to do my own cooking :S
Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.
I am a 24 year old Primary School Teacher. I grew up in Adelaide and I love everything it has to offer. I love drinking wine, sharing travel stories and socialising in the backyard. I have a very friendly dog, Kody. She is a tiny maltese x poodle and is 7 years old. She is house trained, does not shed fur and loves all people. I spend a lot of time outdoors in the warmer months going bike riding, longboarding, camping and walking. I play netball and like to stay moderately fit by running, walking and occasionally going to the gym. I am clean, neat and love to cook!
I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health & fitness and the outdoors. Love great coffee. Old fashioned. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. I'd like to share with people with similar values of respect, while I work as much as possible to save for my own place. Thanks for looking, any questions please ask 🌞
Due to a falling through of a place I am on the hunt still for a decent house with some good housemates! 32yo professional guy, work for the govt full time. Easy going, easy to live with. Likes a tidy house and people who contribute to that. I am fit, active, sociable and would like to live with similar people. I enjoy both hanging with housemates as well as my own time. Enjoy cooking and music (gigs and festival buds a bonus) and don't mind a beer or wine come the weekend. Animal lover but bring no pets (if you have a cat, dog or other amusing pet I'm totally ok with that!). I'm usually pretty busy so generally in and out of the house. Weekends I like to do activities such as big bike rides, swim, beach etc Please message me if you have a suitable place (with the link to your listing please!) or are looking to team up for a place. Cheers- Ben

We're very good company. If I were to describe ourselves as a group it would come down to friendly, fun loving, light-hearted, always down for a good laugh. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies or just having a casual chit chat. We're respectful of other housemates and the property we inhabit. I've known Calum and Amy for a few months since they came here on exchange. They're good company and would easily increase your life experience. Hi there! We are two Belgian guys searching for a cosy stay in Adelaide for a long term. Personal information: My name is Mateusz Kuzmicki, I am 23 years old and I am currently playing soccer for the Adelaide Comets. I'm going to stay 1 season (9 months) in Adelaide. I'm an easy going person who ejoys a good glass of wine in the evening :) My name is Joey Lagast, I am 24 years old and recently graduated as a Bachelor Sports and Movement coach in Belgium. I can describe myself as a flexible, down to earth and studious individual who wants to develop himself during his stay in Australia. At this moment I am looking for a full time job where I can be an added value for an organization. Thank you in advance! And we hope to hear from you soon :) Kind regards Matt & Joey
I work in full time in the media. Really easy going, social, love sports and everything else in between I pay bills on time and absolutely no hassle. Hit me up.
Hey I am after a reasonably sized room. I am a full time student at Adelaide Uni and I work a lot. When I am not working or studying I am either at the gym, playing guitar, reading, socialising or sleeping. I am very busy, friendly, driven and easy to get along with. I am not looking for a party house and I value my peace and quiet. That being said I don't mind a few frothies every now and then and I bust out the electric guitar fairly loudly. If you are pretty easy going, independent and clean I think we'll get a long fine! I love all pets excepts cats as I am allergic to them. Would be keen to rent with other students, musos or failing that anyone pretty chilled with a good sense of humour. Cheers :D
Hey! I am looking to split a two bedroom unit with someone who is also vegan (or at least vegetarian) and environmentally-conscious (and queer friendly). I will more than likely find the place then find the housemate. The home would be made to be peacefully clutter-free, nice and pleasant, with plants in every nook and cranny. Ideally at Henley Beach or West Beach, close to the beach. If someone is similarly inclined with these ideas of pleasant easy living, get in touch! I study a BA part-time and work as a barista part-time, take photos, and play guitar, and love cooking good food (usually rescued!). I am great to live with I am super respectful of space and down time but love chats when mutually up for it (I care about my housemate so I like to hear about their day!).
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I am into gaming, watching English/European football and play some bit of chess. Occasionally, I enjoy going out, travelling and exploring new places around me!
I'm clean, down to earth, friendly, respectful of privacy and have had experience renting my own place so know how to be mindful of a property and the people who I share with. I am also very reliable and always pay rent on time as I spend most of my time working.
I'm Spanish and I'm going to study English in Adelaide at language school and also will try to find a job with my student visa. I'm a quiet, tidy and cheerful person. Now I smoke, but always outside, about to quit we'll see though ;) Please furnished private room with bills and internet included. I forgot ...love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, I'll be the happiest woman :)

hi folks, we're two young professional guys (one working full-time and the other is a full-time MBA student) living in a 3-bedroom house in kurralta park, 12 mins drive/or bus to city. You would be sharing a bathroom / toilet, and have your own furnished bedroom. The house has a spacious tiled open-plan living / study / dining area. Decent back-yard with great olive tree and extra courtyard area. Fully-stocked / equipped kitchen, laundry (w/ washing machine) and pantry. House split-system a/c and heater in living area (you'd need your own fan / portable AC/heater for your room). 1 room is available now for rent. Rent is $130/week + bills (approximately $30-50 extra per month, so roughly $160-180/week incl. rent + bills) There is a double-bed in the room available. House is fully-furnished, with sofas, rugs, dishes, dining table, kitchen-ware, fridge, washing machine, etc, so pretty much ready to move in and enjoy. Excellent location / nearby everywhere. House is very close to city (12 mins by bus or 10 mins by drive), close to flinders university (via south road bus), close to aiport & ikea (15 mins), walking distance to coles / kmart / nandos / cibo (10 mins). There is a gymn (walking distance) and nearby parks. House is close to henley beach too (15 mins) Neighbours are all friendly and helpful and street is fairly quiet. Housemate has already moved out, so we're ready for new housemate to move in asap. please call or sms me to come check out the place and chat further.
