Hi my name is Madeleine, I'm a first year student studying commerce at Adelaide Uni. I also have a part-time job at a hair salon in the city . I am neat, friendly, respectful and an easy going person. I enjoy cooking different varieties of food, including sushi, roasted chicken, veggies, and peanut butter soup. I love walking, riding my bike and going to the gym. I'm happy to live with up to three housemates of any gender, preferably less than the age of 30. I want to live in an area that is no further than an hour walk from the city. I'm open to living with outside smokers.
The house is an old brick 1920's bungalow, with large rooms and high ceilings. The house is well insulated against cold winter and hot summer weather. Shared kitchen, pantry, lounge room, bathroom and toilet are all furnished. Large back yard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Solar panels on the roof for electricity and water heating, which reduces the bills. Unlimited wifi, cost split between housemates. There are some chores which are evenly distributed between the housemates.
Quiet and simple suburban home in Keswick. Close to city - 10min drive to CBD, 15min bus. 4 bedrooms, 1 eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry area with toilet, and double carport. New carpet just laid. Has enclosed gate (high fence); home is double-brick. Friendly neighbourhood. Pets and furnishings can be negotiated. Ideal for family or group of friends. $350/wk for whole house -excludes electricity and water. 4wk bond. Please call to find out more.
The area: Our humble little abode is in an absolutely prime location! Just off south road so heading down to Flinders and marion shopping centre is a breeze, just off richmond road so the city is just minutes away and just off anzac highway so there is easy access to glenelg! We live 3 minutes drive from kurralta park shopping too so coles, pharmacy, k-mart, bottle-o and cafes (pretty much everything you'll need) is close :) The house: The house itself is an older, rustic house with lots of character! A mixture or floor boards and dark slates throughout. Tori and I are both fans of DIY projects and plants, so these things feature a lot throughout our house haha. We have a large backyard, however its cement and barkchips.. but we have an undercover area and bbq which we use quite often. The house also has foxtel and unlimited internet :) The house is also fully furnished except for an outdoor setting.. feel free to bring that along with you if you have one! The room: The room you will have is the second largest in the house and comes with an old school build-in cupboard. The room will be unfurnished upon your arrival. The current occupant has a queen bed, and desk in the room and still has some space to move. The room also has floorboards.
We are three. You could make it four. Well we are actually 5, us three and two cats who enjoy this little sanctuary with us. We have a big block on Major Avenue, a curved little street as close to the city as you can get without the noise, main road chaos or commercial feel. The room that is up for rent has a wardrobe and optional bedframe. The house is cozy and has two showers, two toilets, and two communal areas, plus a HUGE shed and a lovely undercover back area. The garden is the selling point, Ellie, Tim and I look after it well with lots of vegetables and established fruit trees to sustain your sunny afternoons in the shade of a big maple tree! So get in touch with us, we'd love to meet you and show you the house, room and block. The rent is $105 a week. Bond is 6 weeks rent ( I know it says 4 weeks, but it didnt have the option for 6 weeks) so it comes in at $630. Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet are extra. We have a rainwater tank so the water bill is fine, and we have new appliances and energy saving lights so we keep our costs as low as possible.
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
I've lived in 4 different countries (few months or a year) with many roomates from various countries. It's always fun to meet new people so I decided to come to Australia for a year to work and travel. As a roomate, I'm pretty easy going and tidy but I also like to be on my own once in a while.
I grew up on a farm in country SA, have been living in Adelaide around 6 years and now work fulltime as a medical receptionist. I am easygoing and neat, love to socialise, drink wine and eat way too much good food, also enjoy quiet nights in and keeping relatively fit.

Hey there ! Me: from France / 24 yo I'll arrive on the 3rd of May for a full-time job in Adelaide. I had flatmates for 3 years in France so I'm used to share a common space and respect others. I'm very social and friendly. I hope to meet easy going people who likes sport and going out as do I. I don't know the city so I don't mind to live in other places nearby Adelaide. Looking forward to meet my future flatmate(s) ! Tanguy
Hi, I am currently a first year student in UniSA. I'm a easy going person who loves to meet new people and learn new things. I'd love some quiet time when I'm at home but I'm more than happy if my housemates want to have a good chit-chat and gathering time together. I listen to musics, paint, write and watch movies during my spare time. I'm respectful and always considerate of others- and I hope to find housemates who's same as me.
Hi there, We are two students from The University of Nottingham that will be studying abroad in Adelaide for 6 months. My name is Carlota and I am a Criminology and Social Policy student from Spain. I play basketball for two leagues, the English University league (BUCS) and the British National League. I consider myself very adventurous and easy-going and I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors. I really like listening to music and dancing, my favourite music genres are Hip Hop, RnB and dancehall. Bea is from Portugal and she is studying English and Philosophy. She is very easy-going as well and loves travelling. She is a fanatic of animals. We are looking for somewhere to live while we are at Adelaide close to the University and with two furnished rooms. Our maximum budget is 150$ per person per week.

Professional guys looking for a suitable place in Adelaide with my dog. Looking at place close to CBD. I am professional and work in the CBD. We are both clean and tidy and like to socialise as well as private time.
Perfectly located between city and West Beach. On a main road and near the airport but double glazed windows keeps things surprisingly quiet. Hilton Plaza (Woolies, Chemist etc) and bus stops very close by. Spacious open kitchen & living, with large covered outdoor entertaining area and impressive mancave, some storage space available, small veggie garden and fully furnished (inc. dishwasher & washing machine). Option to have room furnished (double or queen bed, wardrobe, drawers). Two of the four bedrooms occupied (Bas & Elisabeth are in the main, Tom in another), which leaves you to choose either of the remaining rooms. The spare room will function as a guestroom and a study space. The photos are pre purchase, so are not indicative of current furniture. Far better now! The room has become available because Tom's partner (who owns the house) has been relocated interstate for work. Female preferred just to keep balance but all welcome to apply.
its close to the city, its large, bright, clean, renovated bathroom, separate toilet in the laundry, washing machine - no dryer, renovated large kitchen fully equipped, 2 separate living areas, ceiling fan, reverse air/heat in kitchen/living area.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
hii there! my name is sarah and I am a 20 year old paralegal in a city law firm. I work mon-fri full time and I study law and politics outside of work hours. I am a super social and friendly person, however respect everyone's privacy and quiet time. looking for housemates who bring quality banter :)
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina
