Hello! English born and raised hoping to get a job as a chef. Very easy going, hoping to get fit and learn yoga. Quite an introverted person but can hold a conversation want to learn a lot from the world. Clean and tidy, want to live like a proper Aussie and get immersed in the culture. Happily live anywhere in Darwin.
Hi all. I am a happy easy going person. I'm a non smoker and I enjoy a social drink. I have just relocated to Darwin for my new job. I would need a place with a fence as I have a dog. I need a place asap as I start my new job on the 3rd of April.
Hello! I'm a friendly, kind, easy going and tidy housemate. I generally keep to myself and like my down time after work and study. Like to sit down and have a glass of wine with my housies on weekends or sometimes during the week. I'm moving from Maningrida community where I've been working to do more youth work in Darwin. I'm also studying youth work too. I have two amazing dogs! Although only 1 may be coming with me.. the little spoodle who is the cutest thang ever.. wel they both are the cutest and even a non animal lover would fall in love with them! If you have any questions please ask :)
I'm from Sydney and will heading up to darwin for work April-August for a change of scene, however it may be longer. Working up to 80 hours a week isn't unusual for myself. I enjoy my career and get to see some great sights and meet some incredible people. I am neat and tidy with good personal hygiene. Partial to quality beers and scotches. I do not smoke, take short showers and firmly believe the toilet paper goes over, not under. I'll be bring my dog Cookie with me, she's impeccably trained (sit, drop, stay, up, down, get out, on your mat, drop....) and won't touch anything she's not meant to including a perfectly cooked ribeye steak on the coffee table. Her breed is closest to an Australian Shepherd. She is an outdoor dog that will only come inside when invited. I currently own a place in Sydney where I am currently letting out a spare room. My current housemate of 18 months can provide a reference if required.
I'm hardly ever home, I'm clean tidy and easy going. I try to live a healthy and fit lifestyle but definitely enjoy a few nice cold beers on the weekends. I have spent a few years working as a chef so know how to whip up a fairly descent feed. All in all I'm a pretty cool Kiwi chick

So it closer to uni and everything. I am outgoing, very friendly, caring person who likes to make other people happy. I don't really talking much around people but if I get used to you, you'll see my talkative side( don't mind me) am a pretty cool lady, am clean, I respect people's privacy and I would appreciate the same. Room must be furnished...Looking forward to hearing from you.
I have a Jack Russel who is awesome but he doesn't have to be with me ( and isn't always as he hates the heat). I work full time, don't smoke and can cook up a storm. I am quiet and keep to myself but I enjoy a wine and a chat.
Hello all, My name is Claire, I'm a 26 y.o Victorian making the move to Darwin to study teaching. I'm very neat and tidy, respectful of others and their belongings, and as I'll be studying pretty diligently I'll be relatively quiet during uni/work nights, however I'd still be keen to live with people that are social and friendly, who enjoy a drink and catch up over the weekend :) I've lived in share accommodation in Melbourne for 6 years so I know all the ins-and-outs of sharing with others. I'm just looking for a nice, tidy, simple place with housemates similar. I love bike-riding, reading, going for coffee, having a glass of wine at the end of a long day, and visiting the NT National Library is a passion. I'll be studying full time and be working part time, most likely in hospitality.
Greetings people of Darwin :) My name is Uli, I am a 27 year old professional cricket player and coach from South Africa , been living in Victoria for 6 months now , I am heading to Darwin on the 3rd of April to coach and play cricket at University Cricket Club. I have lived all around the world in various places on my own and with other people. I am well traveled and well cultured, respectful, kind, friendly and well mannered. Due to the Nature of my lifestyle meeting and getting on with new people is a constant in my ever changing location of residence. Interacting with people and sports people alike, socializing, training/exercising, coaching, playing cricket and part time work in Networking sidelines is what my daily time mostly consists of. Meaning most of my time is spent away. A number of great attributes make living with me pleasurable and quite easy, my time spent at home finds me mostly keeping to myself and catching up on personal chores, washing, cooking, tidying etc. Personal hygiene and surrounding cleanliness being a part of that. Being handy around the house is to good use too. I do have accommodation as well as friends and mutual contacts in Darwin so finding a place to stay is not a necessity, more of a personal choice in my journey as a travelling cricketer, I feel time spent at home should be enjoyed making great memories with great company, I am hoping to meet like minded people and explore the possibilities of doing so. having something great to come home to, even if its a home cooked meal that I've left over for you, I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as my company:) I am positive and happy by nature and enjoy a good sense of humor as well as rubbing shoulders with the same. Very much an outdoors person makes for spare time enjoying the good things life has to offer, to me that would be camping, fishing, boating, golfing, motorcycling, beaching/swimming(not with crocs), exploring, etc. pretty much open to experiencing new activities and ways of life, hence my good culture. If you haven't fallen asleep or stopped reading my mini biography by now and would like to know more about me feel free to contact me. I will be looking to stay between 3 to 6 months. Open to a new or existing share. Quite excited to the next chapter in my stay in Darwin and look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes and Kind regards:) Uli

Down stairs has the feel of an artist studio with kitchenette, storage and a bathroom that is truly atmospheric. Then nestled at the top of the internal staircase is a quirky loft area for the sleeping quarters. The studio is self-contained and is available unfurnished. You will have your own separate access to the pod. There is plenty of storage for all your belongings, while upstairs has a double size bed which can be left if required. We moved to Darwin in 2011 and enjoy the tropical lifestyle, good food, the outdoors – travelling, bushwalking and gardening. We also have two beautiful dogs (Irish Terriers) but unfortunately can’t have any other pets. Coconut Grove As the name suggests, Coconut Grove was named for the grove of coconuts on the coastal fringe of the suburb. Our location is particularly special for a number of reasons. - Moments walk to the mangroves, sand flats and one of Darwin’s most secluded foreshores - The beginning of Troppo Architects, in which the two streets are affectionately known as ‘Troppo Ville’ because of the eight original Troppo designed houses (ours being one of them) which were all built in the early 80’s. - Central location to all of Darwin’s markets (Nightcliff, Rapid Creek, Parap and Mindil), as well as being conveniently located to Woolworths and other speciality stores, or a 10 minute drive or bus into the CBD. Dusk is a particularly magical time at Martin Crescent with the birds calling to each other from the tree tops & the orange & pink hues of the sunset streaking across the sky in a show of nature at her finest as you relax on the verandah with a quiet drink. If you are interested and think that you would suit the property, please send us an email with a bit about yourself and what you are looking.
