I am a non smoker and only drink socially. I mostly keep to myself but will also chat around the kitchen bench while preparing meals. I am very security conscious which is just habit from owning my own security company for 30 years. I am also a volunteer with Neighbourhood Watch locally, regionally and state wide. I have an unusual sense of humour and like a good joke but also respect other peoples need for time to themselves and value my me time as well. I have 4 adult children and 2 grand children but I visit them because of my retirement they won't be coming to stay with me in share accommodation. While I am officially retired I do still do casual work as well.
21 years old, I have recently become straight edge (no smoking or drugs, occasional drinker since the 1st of Nov) for my own health and fitness goals, I love the gym and play multiple instruments with my main being guitar. Looking to move asap as I am sick of living with too many people at any given time in a halfway home setup, where people do not know how to clean up after themselves or manage their finances effectively (I am a tenant here with 4 other housemates and 2 couch surfers). I am a cleaner at Coles so you can expect me to leave no mess and have the place spotless. You can also expect that I will keep to myself mostly, like I'm not even there, unless you're after more of a social household, I'm flexible on that front. That said, I have strong communication skills and am a very upfront person, so I talk about things that are on my mind so that everyone understands how I feel about stuff, good or bad. I'm happy to make friends if there are common interests, have no problem if there aren't. End of the day I'm just after a quieter household with more responsible people. Cheers!
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
I'm a full-time master student at the University of Newcastle. Social and friendly. Most importantly respectful. I'm looking for a tidy and friendly house to feel like a home. I do care about cleaning, so I'm looking for a clean place.
Hi guys, my name is Tom and i am currently a full time uni student looking for somewhere to live for the next year or so while i finish the last year of my degree. I also pretty much work full time with two jobs on the side which keeps me pretty busy. I'm a laid back and easy going person who is clean, tidy and social. I get along well with others and am always down for a catch up. In my downtime i enjoy spending time outdoors and am generally out of the house hanging out with friends or my girlfriend Alex. Alex is easy to get along with like me and generally sleeps over a couple of nights each week. If you want to know anything else send me a message and i'll be happy to help.
Quiet art and craft type. Looking for a new career in Newcastle area. (Studying and volunteering in the area already.. need to be closer) Would like housemates that like to socialize. (I'm a bit isolated at the moment) I come with a pure white furball. He is desexed, house trained and walks on the lead. Sleeps a lot. Will try and say hello occasionally. Even without the lead, in the backyard, he never strays too far from me. (Would you believe it.., Casper's a cat!)
Im pat, 29, working full time in the Hunter Valley. Im looking for a share house preferably with a mixture of guys and girls who all hang out and are social together, but im open to all options. Im tidy, and am more than happy to get on the lawn mower, or help out around the place with general duties. Ill cook a BBQ any chance i can get. This is my 1st time in a share house situation, and im looking to make the most of it and make some new friends along the way. I do have a dog that id love to bring along, but i understand due to the nature of a share house, he might not be suitable, and he does have another place he can go.
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
The room has a ceiling fan and built in wardobe. Enough room for a queen size bed. The room is at the opposite end of the house to the master which gives as much privacy as possible. You can use one of the other rooms as a study or for storage (it has a built in too). Main bathroom of the house will mainly be used by you, as master has ensuite. Two separate living areas, a dining room and a big kitchen. The house also has a large backyard and is across the road from a bus stop. Coles and Aldi just down the road in Fletcher and also 15 min drive from Newcastle University. We also have fast NBN internet so this place would suit a student.
Am currently working as a tradesperson in orange nsw, looking to move to the area preferreblay before Xmas to be closer to my two young children, one which will be starting school. I have found work which will be starting roughly around the 10th of dec. I am very easy going, not much phases me apart from a having a clean house and tidy lawns. I do like to have a few beers on a free weekend or couple after work. Happy to cook you up a mad feed if you return the favour.
Hi, I’m Kaitlan and I’m currently looking for a place to rent for next year. I am a 22 year old female and have just completed my last year of a pharmacy degree and am just about to start an internship in a Pharmacy. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I’m also very easy going, have a good sense of humour and am very adventurous. I love to get out and about and stay active through social netball and the gym. I will be continuing study into my internship and I’m therefore often happy to do my own thing, although I am always up for some good times with friends over a few beverages or a good old cup of tea every now and then.
Hey i'm Erin! I'm a Psychology student and I work casually at the movies. I'm tidy and respectful to live with. I like a chat and a coffee or wine but also like my quiet time. In my spare time I like seeing friends, going to the beach, exercising or reading a book. I plan on staying at least 6 months and am flexible with move in dates :)
I am down to earth, friendly and approachable. I run my own business. I am a clairvoyant medium and also have my own skin care line. I am all about living your best life. I embrace positive mindset! I am looking to team up with someone. I am wanting to set up a 3 bedroom house. Looking for a housemate who would like to rent out a bedroom and be able to furnish your own room. I will be using the 3rd bedroom as an office space and have clients coming to the home throughout the day, but this would not disrupt you if you are home. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, loves to have a chat and dinner from time to time but also respectful of having their own space. I am very clean, tidy and not a party goer. I am not looking for a party animal, sorry! I am looking for someone who is also clean and respectful. In saying that I am fun, love to have a laugh and netflix binge. I love going to the gym and getting outdoors too, so I am in no way a home body. I also travel to Sydney a lot for work and appointments. I am open to areas in Newcastle. I would like to rent somewhere that is relatively new-ish and not run down. Hence why I am looking around the Maryland/Fletcher area as it seems you get more bang for your buck! But I am open to wherever really :)
