I am an honest easy going homely guy who like gardening (Veggies) Fishing and cooking. I am a clean tidy person. I like a few beers and am very much in control of myself and not a drunk. I have a new fridge freezer, good quality washing machine modern lawnmower. I shall need some storage space if renting with an owner. I am away with work sometimes through the year. I like to be payed up with my bills a month ahead as I am in control of my budget. I make sure I pay my way. Ideally I would like a place long term, so if you are an owner? I may work out good for you. I am a good handy man as I worked many years in the construction industry and very reasonable in negotiating anything that may need to be done if that works out the best for both parties. I may also consider moving to a more rural area if the circumstances are ok. I do love animals, although I have no pets. If you are an older person who has a room or granny flate? Mutually have a huge love for animals and have two medium size female dogs Prue and Luna. Both girls are very friendly and affectionate, they like to believe they’re people :) Im quite friendly and love a good conversation. I do like having my own space and privacy as most people do so tend to keep to myself. Zac works full time, he’s polite and likes to have a good laugh when he’s not playing Xbox or sleeping. He has two happy go lucky boys aged 4 and 6 who live with their mother, they visit him as often as mum and schedules allow which is roughly 1-3 days and 1-2 nights a week where possible.

Currently sharing with a single Female, I call her the Ex. :D There's no dramas there, we've still got great respect and admiration for each other, but over time we've hit a few impasses and decided to separate. I'm a casual Permaculture, Sustainability, and Aquaponics Consultant, working with schools and community gardens, and currently studying Landscape Design. I'm a volunteer with the SES, Newcastle Christmas Toy Run, and in the process of joining Marine Rescue. I do drink, but usually only Coopers Ultra Light (0.5%), so it can hardly be called drinking. I am a light smoker, but outdoors only, and cutting back with a view to quitting all together. So being in a non-smoking environment, or around non-smokers would be ideal. I ride a motorcycle, so parking isn't an issue. It's only a small Kawasaki, not some thunderous cruiser. So noise isn't an issue. I'm a pay the bills first person, so arrears will never be a problem, and not looking to move into some over priced accommodation I can't afford. I'd rather put that money away for more worthwhile spending. Hoping to meet very relaxed, easy going people I click with, or just chilled, who I can share a flat with. I've got my own life, and they've got theirs. I come and go as I need, and not looking for some regimented flatmate who expects me to be part of their life, be home for dinner every evening, or join them every Sunday afternoon tea.

I live alone in a 3 bedroom house and am looking for a house mate. Close to shops and cafes in Toronto and only 30 mins from Newcastle. 5 mins to Avondale College at Toronto and only 25 mins to Newcastle University. I have a pet dog so my new house mate will need to come without pets. He is an outside dog that is friendly and loves new people. There is a regular sized bedroom with a built in on offer that will fit a queen sized bed and a Tv unit or other small bedroom furniture. The room also has a TV antenna outlet. You will have your own toilet and vanity, but the house only has a single shower. You will also need to sign a formal lease agreement prior to moving in.
I am a health care manager in Sydney. I own a tourist accommodation in Pokolbin Hunter Valley. As this is rented out on weekends, I shall generally be in flatmate accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights. I shall be in Pokolbin on days the place is not rented (usually weekdays).
