I am a quiet person who will always help when possible. I find it hard to talk myself up but have written references from Ray White Realty (Janelle Butcher) whom I rented from for 15 yrs until the house was sold.
Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
Best of both worlds. Feels like you live in the country but only 5 minutes from town. Lots of space. Wake up to bird song and a view of the countryside. The rooms are large with built in wardrobes. We are easy going people and respect each others space. We share responsibilities for cleaning and keep shared spaces tidy. The bathroom is a three way bathroom which makes it easier to share. You must understand the principles of recycling as we recycle and compost everything that we can.
This is a beautiful old home with floorboards and new kitchen, has a big back yard with great garden and lots of birdlife. If you are a student who is looking for cheap rent to stay somewhere during the week because you travel from out of town to study or work in Lismore then this is perfect. On weekends I have my son stay. Rent is negotiable depending on how many days you want to stay during the week. The room is available Mon to Thurs nights. This is a comfortable, respectful and warm house, great for students or workers that have another home out of town so they don't have to commute to work or study in Lismore.
quiet area and not far to shops and hospital approx. 20 min walk, House as timber floors and fans in bedrooms, room for rent is a large room with a built in ok to have a cat , but no dogs as yard is unfenced , lots of fruit trees, ad a couple of chooks . will have to have a check done by real estate before moving in . 1 Bedroom for rent in Goonellabah off Trinity Driver with amazing views of the valley. It is a modern home with airconditioning within a quiet col-de-sac. The house is a short drive to the shops, Southern Cross University and Lismore Square. It is within a nice area with friendly neighbours. The room is decent in size with a built in wardrobe, unfortunately we don't really have any spare furniture to furnish a bedroom. The house has a fairly big backyard and a decent sized deck with amazing views of the valley.
I'm an easy going person who lives a quite lifestyle. I practice and teach yoga and live a yogic lifestyle, vegetarian, I don't smoke or drink or do drugs. I am working 3 days a week in Lismore but that may increase soon. I also go away fairly regular to stay with my daughter and partner (at different times) and to undertake further training and study in yoga (currently studying yoga therapy). I like to spend time in the garden, growing food is my passion and I have a small orchid collection. I also have a couple of chickens that I hope to bring with me to my new home. I play guitar (a little) and have a collection of drums, darrabukkas, frame drums and djembes mainly but I recetly won a set of congas in a raffle! I have a background in middle eastern drumming (and bellydance for about 18 years).
Hey I'm james. I'm a pretty chill laid back dude. Currently a carpenters apprentice. Moving down nsw for it (sick of the drive). Looking for a place for a few months till early/late September. Love hanging out and sports. any questions just ask
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, moving to the area from far South Coast NSW and intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be out of town or at least have a private leafy outlook with access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking. I am also interested in teaming up with others to find a nice house together.
