Hey guys! I'm 28, work full time as a sales professional for Optus for 5 years now. I've got two beautiful boys who don't live with me but may visit and will absolutely win anyone they meet over (well behaved little gentleman and gorgeous funny lads!). I love animals, fitness, sports (footy mainly) and love business/run an Activewear company on top of my day job. I'm recently separated and looking for someone cool to either share a home with, rent with or team up for our own place together! Love to chat and socialise, to cook and keep things very clean and organised! Let me know if you're keen to chat! :)
I am a student from Perth looking for a place to stay in Adelaide while I am doing an internship. Respectful, tidy and quiet.
Beautiful very large living areas. plenty of space. state of the art kitchen with granite benchtops. Large laundry. plenty of off street parking. BBQ, air conditioning. Close to TTP and buses and OBahn. Built in wardrobes to bedrooms
we both work full time, I am also studying part time to become a PT, we both are into our health and fitness, we go to the gym most nights and meal prep on the weekends. we are reliable, clean and tidy. we are looking for some where to live until about May 2019 as we are relocating to Brisbane. so saving money is our priority, however we wouldn't say no to mingle over dinner and wine :)
Hey, I'm Josh, I am from the south of Adelaide but I'll be starting full time at one of the defence companies in Edinburgh at the start of next year so I'm looking for somewhere close by. I'm a very organised and clean person and I'm happy to keep to myself or hang out. I enjoy the outdoors and have recently been getting into flying quadcopters but I also can't go past a book and a good cup of tea (T-bars 'high tea' is amazing 👌). I get on really well with my family so I'll probably be heading back a lot of weekends to visit them so if having the house to yourself sounds good then that's a plus! Love pets, especially dogs so more than happy for you to bring along your friends. I'd love to have a chat to get to know you (or even to hear any advice you might have about the northern suburbs) so chuck me a message! :)
I'm a 20 year old male, working full time and looking to move closer to work. I love footy, cricket, football and music. I'm reasonably quiet but would love a social group of people to have a beer with and become good friends. I would not be home much during the week and usually play sport on the weekends.
Im a Clean respectful person who likes to try and live harmoniously with whoever i live with. I like a couple of drinks every now and then, while watching some sports or just socialising. like going to pubs ,having barbecues, camping, hiking are just some of the things i do.

Short version: Right next to the Village shops, easy housemate, fully furnished house including all white goods, only one neighbour, 2 loveable cats 😸 More info: There are two bedrooms and a third room which opens on to the lounge - this has a spare bed and office equipment in it, so you’re welcome to have friends or family stay. The room available for rent has a built in robe and currently has a bed with a barely used mattress, happy to negotiate on furnishings if you want to use what’s here or bring your own. Rent is negotiable if you’d prefer to include some of your bills within. The current housemate pays for rent + water and the rest of the bills separate. I’m flexible and happy to negotiate. There is heaps of outdoor space which I don’t use much so you are welcome to use it / transform it to a gym, work on the garden or whatever else. The bathroom is shared, but I’m a pretty tidy person so you shouldn’t notice too much. I work full time, study online, hang out with my family a lot, and spend time with friends. My pretty chilled - looking for someone similar who will be easy to live with :)

Hi there! My girlfriend and I are currently looking for someone to move into one of our spare rooms. Perfect for a student studying at Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus or working around the Northern Suburbs. Bus stop right on the door stop, going in one direction to the city (approx 45 mins) and to Tea Tree Plaza (15-30 mins) in the other direction. We have air conditioning, great fireplace, large lounge room and dining room. Whilst there's currently a study, this could be used as a third bedroom in future if we all agree on a fourth housemate. We are happy to consider some pets, but we must mention that we currently have two dogs therefore cannot accept any more cats or dogs. Our dogs are very friendly though, and will get along with rabbits, rats, birds etc. Caitlin and I have been renting here for a few years now, and are happy with the house and it's condition. Hi! my name is Luke. I am friendly, positive and passionate about life. I am responsible, take good care of my living space, and am mindful of my housemates' well-being and personal needs. I am currently studying Nutrition at The University of Adelaide and work part-time at a pharmacy. I like to play musical instruments such as guitar, bass and piano and enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. My ideal housemate is somebody who is self-driven, responsible, and polite. I do not have any preferences pertaining to gender, sexuality, race, religion or personal beliefs. I do not personally have any pets, but am willing to make way for them provided they are low-maintenance, make no mess and do not disturb the household environment. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Luke

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I’m just looking for a room with some other easy going housemates whilst I study and work for the next year. I’m currently studying Psychology at UniSA Magill, hoping to eventually get into honours, and I also currently work part time at Kmart where I’ve been working either full or part time for the last 7 years. I love music and art but I’m also a pretty quiet, passive and independent person. I’d prefer a place not too far from Prospect and Magill for work/uni purposes, and have found that around $150 per week is affordable, and similar to what I’ve been paying for rent for the past 3 years. Any questions you’d like to ask- I’d be more than happy to answer and I hope to hear from you soon! :)
