The living area has a large 65' 4K UHD TV, and will be able to stream videos from Netflix or YouTube via the unlimited high-speed NBN Wi-Fi. The laundry has a brand new Bosch washing machine - German quality! All of the bills, including cleaning products, laundry powder, toilet paper, etc, as well as the internet, electricity, water, and gas, are bundled up for $30 per week on top of the rent. The property is modern neat and clean. Everyone is friendly and respectful. The home is in a nice area of Gisborne and walking distance to the main street. The house rules are that you keep the communal living rooms tidy and you clean up after yourself. Although your room is your room it should be clean and respectful of the furnishings. The shared bathroom is between you and another and you will need to take turns to keep it clean. We like to listen to music but not into parties.
