I am very clean, pretty chill but respectable and reliable. I work Full Time 6am-5pm. I do not smoke or drink. On weekends I am either relaxing from a busy week at work. I tend to eat out alot and I am hardly ever home. Very easy to get along with :)
Hi, I am Cicie, female, 31 yo, from Indonesia (still in Indonesia at the moment because of prior work commitment, won't be in Adelaide until end of Jan or early Feb 2018). Going to start my Master Degree Course in UniSA Magill campus on Feb 2018. Looking for a place to call home away from home while I am there. Probably will move in mid February 2018. I am easy going, friendly and love to laugh. Not over-the-top, military-style tidy, but I am most definitely not a slob either. I am respectful of others time, space and privacy, and though I expect housemates to share the same values, I am not a recluse, so always up for impromptu anything together. My hobbies including (but not limited to) video games, reading, travelling (road trips!), thinking about exercising and socializing with friends. Oh, also, I love cats! If you think you have a place that would suit me, please hit me up. Cheers :)
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, mature, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there during the week. Thanks!
I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I also own a very fancy washing machine.... I have noticed washing machines are a selling point! 😉
I'm Lisa, 27, easy going and tidy. Love a chat and a catch up but also like my own space. I'm respectful of other peoples space but would love to share with someone I get along with. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
Hi, I have a room available at Coulls RD Athelstone, it's on the 178 bus route, it's a soulful house only 35 min bus ride to the city and walking distance to shops. The rent amount is negotiable for the right person. If you are interested let me know :) Thanks
Large Executive residence, with all the very best furniture and fittings Backing directly onto Morialta Reserve and bus stop 5 minutes to to Uni SA Magill I do have a small dog, so you would need to love dogs to apply
This property is brand new with a magnificent kitchen, built in robes and all bedrooms will comfortably fit double beds. Work is still being done to the Garden and driveway which should be finished by the end of February or early March. Ducted air conditioning through can also isolate specific rooms. There is a huge pantry, dishwasher and microwave over and gas stove and huge oven suitable for the master chef. There is also a gas BBQ outside. Athelstone has a lot of great features for nature lovers with walks up to Black hill and Morialta Conservation Park close by. There is a convenient IGA, bakery, chemist, and 24 hr gym and service station at the Athelstone shopping centre just an 800 m walk up the road from home. Continental Deli, Chinese, fish and chip takeaway also just up the street. Public transport within 30 m of front door goes to Paradise Interchange and the trip to the City is 35 min or 20-25 min by car. There are two living areas and a large open space family room and dinning area off the kitchen. Happy to rearrange space to suit prospective housemates that have furniture. Internet included in rent. Utilities costs shared with others. Outside smoking only. One room will be kept vacant for visitors and could be used as another office. There is one spare single bed but furniture can be arranged if needed. Sorry no dogs or cats allowed. Fish, turtles or birds are fine.
A modern unit in a quiet location. There are 4 units on the property and this unit is located at the very back. The unit is close to bus stops, UniSA Magill Campus and shopping centres. Walking distance to Morialta Conservation park so thats a bonus if you enjoy hiking. The bedroom is unfurnished and the rest of the house is partly furnished. I have a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa. The only thing thats really missing is a TV, which I will eventually purchase. In saying that, I am happy for my potential housemate to furnish the unit with their items, as I will happily get rid of the current furniture in the house (except the sofa). There is only one carport but I am happy to park behind each other. Rent is $150/week per person with a 2 week bond. Ideally I am looking for someone who is willing to stay for 1 year but I am flexible with anything 6+ months. The water bill is included in the rent however gas and electricity bills are not included. I am happy to show you past bills but it generally works out to be $10/week per person. I currently don't have internet but I am happy to look into this with my potential housemate. If I've missed anything, please let me know!

Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are friendly and outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
