We're from Melbourne looking to start fresh in the Byron region. Sam is a nursery hand at a wholesale plant nursery and Adam is a deferred uni student and pick/packer for Aldi. We love the outdoors and wildlife, are very health conscious and clean, practice yoga and love to cook We're moving with my 2 year old beagle x cavalier, he is very well behaved and has a beautiful nature.
We are looking for a couple (or one person) (no kids or pets) to share long term in our beautiful 29 acre property in the Hinterland of Coorabell. It is peaceful, secluded and rich with wildlife, and only 20 mins to Byron, 10 mins to Mullum and 15 mins to Bangalow. The space you can call your own is the entire upstairs part of the main house which includes the main bedroom, an office, a small lounge/yoga area and balcony. The total rent is $392 per week (includes landline phone, electricity, mowing and WiFi). The space is available early August. Payment of 2 weeks rent in advance plus bond of $1570 is required. The downstairs part of the main house is a shared space with the kitchen (gas), dining area, chai lounge with wood fire (perfect on the winter nights) and bathroom. There is big organic veggie gardens, a fruit orchard, forest, creek, dam, tropical gardens galore, outdoor bath and so much more. We have no traffic noise and no visible neighbours. If this sounds like the perfect space for you to call home please contact Craig for further details.
The house is fresh, clean and has a spacious feel. It has a veranda that faces the rural view of hills and the lounge/kitchen space enjoys heaps of abundant light. The place is built for passive solar and is warm but attracts breezes. There is solar power and high speed internet, which is included in the rent. There is a second room with only drapes that can be shared as an office space, guest/yoga space or a treatment room.... open to translation. The house is furnished with a mixture of the owners things and my own with an Asian overtone including Japanese zen pebble garden and soak bath in the main bathroom. The area is quiet and has a tennis court and playing field nearby and is close to the Farmer's Market and town. It's a pet free, smoke and drug free home. The owner's has asked for a shoes off home... (They have had a dojo set up here and taught aikido.)
This 1 bedroom plus study area, has its own bathroom, laundry, kitchen, large living area is all located downstairs with no internal access below the main house but has its own private access, carport and verandah and is set in a fully maintained gardens. Very tranquil location and only a short drive to town. Ideal for a single female or a couple who seeks privacy with a sense of security and peacefulness. An approved pet will be considered as the yard is fenced. Available now.
Large 3 bedroom house on acreage with lovely views of distant hills and lots of green. Feels very rural but only short drive to beach (Brunswick heads < 10 minutes) and Mullumbimby (also < 10 minutes). Living room has cosy fire for winter. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and can be furnished. Large room has plenty of space for creating your own retreat for study, yoga etc.
I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco or good red every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, well 2 of a litter of 5 that were dumped on me and which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape in the hinterland. All of it is very beautiful. I like a clean house, I hate grot, grots and mess. I need a large unfurnished room or two as I have either plenty of furniture or a lot of storage! Cheers!
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.
My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I'm a very quiet and clean girl. I spend most of my time writing novels, but I also paint, sew, garden, ice skate, and other things. I am a non-smoker & non-drinker. I do not party. I am good at: Babysitting pets, cleaning stuff, and fixing things around the house. I'm looking for other creative people, non-smokers, not workaholics or uptight people obsessed with the gym or diets. People who like fun things and aren't boring adults. My preference is for females, but I'm also open to sharing with gay guys and trans/nonbinary folk. But no straight cis guys, sorry.
Honest, open minded, easy going, clean and house proud, quiet nature, considerate. Wanting a peaceful and happy lifestyle with like minded person. I have a 10 year old apricot miniature poodle who is a sweetheart as well!
I am a local to Jiggi that has just come back from overseas, looking to move closer to the coast as I have some casual jobs there and also just love to be near the ocean. I like to hang out with friends and be social but also like my own down time. I love animals, especially dogs, but don't have any of my own. I'm super tidy and respectful and more than happy to do my part around the house. Look forward to hearing from you. :)
I'm relocating from Canberra to the Byron area at at the end of Aug (earlier if possible) I have full time work as a carpenter there. I have a little Aussie bulldog girl and a chocolate amstaff boy as well as two female ferrets, so am looking for people that love animals and laughing. My time outside of work is spent writing/creating music, exercising and training the animals. If you enjoy joking/laughing, connecting, animals and are conscious then get in contact. Would ideally like to find somewhere within 20mins from Byron, on some acreage in the rainforest. 😊
I'm quiet but enjoy good conversation and cooking. Pottering around the house, reading, riding my bike and yoga are some of the activities I fit around my full-time long distance studies (creative writing major). Laidback, friendly and mature company brings out the best in me. I have my own bedroom furniture and am very sharehouse-trained. Looking for a happy house with a balanced lifestyle. I do eat meat but tend toward stocks rather than regular steaks. A gas stove would be great!
Hey there! I'm currently backpacking the world and am excited to be moving to Byron at the end of the year... I pretty laid back, love hiking, yoga, the beach and music. I am a musician but also work with alternate therapies. I'm a vegan and love to cook! I'm tidy and like my quiet time but am also down for sharing meals and hanging out in my free time!
Quiet, mature and chilled.. still love to socialise and mingle, but mostly focused on my own things and having some space. Im very easy going, friendly, positive and flexible around others Ill be your calm and compassionate energy in the house

Have a really friendly 4yo golden retriever x border collie too so looking for a place with fences. I'm quite easy going, like to think i am considerate of others and am a coeliac (allergic to gluten) so i wont steal ya food 😀
Hey, I've recently moved up here from the Mid North Coast for work and love the area. Looking for a share house or willing to team up for a house. Bit of a clean freak but only in the most helpful way :)
Hey guys, I am currently living in Currumbin Valley and rececently have closed a Bed & Breakfast and looking to start a new chapter. In search of a place for myself, and my gorgeous dogs and my sister possibly. They are great dogs and get along with other animals. I am not working at the moment due to circumstances and looking to move south back over the border then find something nearby. I am reliable for rent, bills and always happy to pay my way. We are clean and tidy housemates who are easy going, respectful of others and sure we can bring something. If you want to know more feel free to ask. Cheers,
