Big, bright, airy, quiet and a short stroll to the beach or Brighton's cafes, the apartment has a lot to offer someone seeking a convenient base for a busy life. The ground-floor, double-brick apartment is in a secure and quiet block with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen and dining area, internal laundry, 3 large bedrooms and a balcony. The room on offer is an unfurnished master bedroom with it's own ensuite. The room is large and would easily fit a queen bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and an additional chest of drawers/desk. Recently installed venetian blinds and a ceiling fan (not pictured, being installed next week) offer plenty of privacy with a view over of some greenery in the back garden. The ensuite includes a shower, sink and toilet. There is additional storage available in the cupboards in the kitchen, laundry and linen press that you're welcome to use. The apartment is functional and stocked with everything you need including a washing machine, fridge, oven and stove, full set of kitchen implements and crockery etc, tv with Netflix and Stan + Apple TV, unlimited internet and a real espresso machine. At the moment, everything is very functional, but there's a few more finishing touches to come to make it feel like a home (the living room is just crying out for a rug...). These will come over the next few weeks, and if there's any furniture or items you have that would work in with what is current pictured, happy to work it into the rooms. Everything in the apartment has been meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. In terms of parking, there is free, untimed parking on the street immediately in front of the unit or the lane next to the block. It is about a 25 minute walk to Kogarah Station, is walking distance to St George Public and Private hospitals and an easy commute to the airport. There are also regular buses close-by to Kogarah, the CBD or Rockdale close-by. If cycling's your thing, it is a very flat neighborhood, and it's an easy bike ride to Coles or numerous cafes. Bills are additional to rent and to be split 50/50. Bills include Internet $60 a month total ($30 each) to be paid monthly. Netflix and Stan are $14/month per service per month ($14 each/month).
