Hey..... clean & respectful, enjoy great conversation over a home cooked meal with some wine, usually find me working at my laptop or out working in hospitality from 5pm - 2am Wednesday to sunday. Do visit the gym & try playing my acustica guitar when I can.
I am a full time employed primary teacher working in the Mascot area. I am 25 years old and have rented and shared with people in the past and I have really enjoyed it! I enjoy having a chat and drinking a glass of wine after a tough day; In saying this I also enjoy my own time. I love for things to be neat and enjoy good house furnishings. I love to eat healthy and when possible I love going to the gym with my friends. About the place: Would be hopefully looking at getting a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom as I have shared before in a place with this configuration and it worked out perfectly. The maximum rent I would be looking at paying is around the $250 each per week. I would also like to go on the lease so it becomes both our place. I would only be interested in 1 or 2 room mates only.
Beach access across the road! Public transport out the front. Shops and restaurants a short walk. If you exercise the foreshore is great for morning/afternoon runs! Sorry guys no air con! Must be clean and tidy! I'm a bit OCD and will get pissed if I have to clean up after you! Would suit working person. No parties. The room isn't huge, would fit a double bed and has heaps of space within the built-ins. Shared laundry.

I am an easy going, clean and warm and welcoming person. I study at uni full time and work part-time and keep very busy meaning I am barely in the house. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy the company of others.
Hey potential flatmates! A little about me: - I'm 21 years old, work in local government full time and also study full time - so am usually quite busy most days. - My typical day goes like this: work 8-4.30, gym 4.30-6. - Like to stay home most weekends or visit parents place for the weekend, and not really a party animal (been told plenty of times that I'm mature for my age) - Love modern family (so if you like it too then we could be soul mates?)
Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in geography at the university of Sydney. Formally did sub-letting thing but now I only wanna concentrate on my teaching and research so I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 7 months. Long term preferable. Im quiet, non- judgemtental and prefer to keep to myself. I get along with pretty much everyone. I am an optomist with a good sense of humour. I base interactions with housemates on respect and courtesy an and Im not at all interested in getting involved in house politics. I owned my own home for 10years and am house proud and hands- on and love project's. I like to potter in the garden will help with renovations, if there's an opportunity. I keep common areas clean and tidy and am a freak for cleaning my bathroom and the odd friend's bathroom lol. I don't cook a lot and stay elsewhere a couple of nights each week

This unit is in a fantastic position in Beverley park & the bus stop is 100 mts from the front door. The unit is on the 2nd floor of a security complex so safety is paramount. The unit is big & spacious there's no chance of being cramped. Basically 2 lounge areas one for tv & one reading or just watching the 'cinema' that is road out the front - it can be more entertaining than tv :). City views from the balcony. Air con available in lounge room. 24 hr gym directly across the road with rates. Shopping within 3kms. European style laundry inside unit. House rules - respectful quietness from approx 10pm as I'm as early riser. Prefer non or low drinker as I am a non-drinker but understand others can enjoy a drink or 2 without going overboard. Prefer no party animals- as complex doesn't allow parties or any excessive noise levels - very quiet complex. Independent food arrangements. Cleaning provided but you are responsible for cleaning yr own room & ensuite. All furniture provided. The room on offer is the master bedroom which has access directly onto the spacious sunny balcony. Pic's coming soon
We are an easy going couple. We live in a big house in Ramsgate near the beach (3min walk), in a very quiet setting. The house is huge and has a big garden and veranda with pergola. We are good fun and respect others privacy. Public transport is 1 min away so is the beach and shopping. Very easy and comfortable living. The room is big and furnished with queen size bed and has high ceiling with ornament fireplace and chandeliers, a joining to the room is a huge office/sunroom with a study desk and all that with separate/private entrance. An internal laundry with washer and dryer plus a large modern kitchen are available for your use. More about the location: Just a few minutes drive from Sydney International Airport, beachside Ramsgate Beach is an ideal Sydney location. The beach is clean and calm and lacks the crowds and hassle of the other Eastern Suburb beaches with the benefit of sweeping views of the airport. The beachside "Grand Parade" and with Brighton-le-Sands, Bay Street, just around the corner offers an array of fantastic restaurants featuring Thai, Italian, Middle Eastern, South American and Modern Australian cuisine. The area is fast becoming one of Sydney's restaurant hot spots. A public bus service operates from Ramsgate directly to Surry Hills and the CBD for a very low ticket price without the hassle of changing services. So be quick - this is a green Oasis and will not last David and Tina

My wife and I are looking to find a property to move in to with our dog (whippet). We both work full-time, myself as a high school teacher and my wife in retail. In our spare time we like to spend time together at home with our dog, or going to a cafe nearby. We are looking to move soon as long as we find the right property/roommate for us. Feel free to contact me.
I am a full time worker in the health industry working from St Peters. I enjoy eating out at new places and cooking at home. I respect people and there privacy but also happy to be friendly and have a chat. Please contact me if you would like to team up for a rental apartment.
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
