Hey there, I'm a full time working professional, possibly looking to move to the Sunshine Coast hinterland for work (in Montville) sometime over the next month or so. I'm pretty chilled, very into sport and the outdoors. I'm social and enjoy the occasional glass of vino, but like my own space & downtime also. I do come with a slightly cheeky, but very adorable 2 & a half year old beagle named Archie. My down time is generally spent running, cycling, beaching, exploring markets & chasing waterfalls. This house is on a Horse Property at the back of Woombye. Beautiful views and very peaceful. But close enough to everything its hard to believe your on a farm. If you have horses we can arrange something with agistment,no worries.

Hi I'm Julian and I own a large modern home in Palmwoods. I am renting out a large clean room that comes with it's own private bathroom and toilet (I have an en suite so I don't use them). I also have two large outdoor entertainment areas that you are welcome to use. Palmwoods is a beautiful spot and is about 15 mins to the coast and about 7 mins from the Hinterland and 10 mins from Nambour.
Older style farmhouse in a lovely country location. No immediate neighbours and nice view of rolling hills in all directions, yet still in a highly convenient location (for someone with own transport) Local shops in Mapleton 2 minute drive away and central location to everywhere on the coast. House is fully furnished, large TV and quality audio system you can use as well as standard white goods. Air conditioning in the lounge room (though its rarely required) Polished wood floors throughout. The yard has room for gardening should you feel so inclined and has a fire pit thats nice for the occasional bonfire. Sorry, no undercover parking available but plenty of open air space. Offering 1 bedroom for rent with queen size bed and x2 wardrobes (not built-ins) so one could be removed if required. I am happy to share my current internet connection if your only a light user otherwise if you want to arrange a faster/unlimited connection i'd be happy to share the monthly costs of this. Electricity is not included in the rent. I have 4 chickens that free range all day. No they don't lay eggs and are my much loved pets. To live here you must like them also as they always want to be involved in EVERYTHING My real estate has approved a cat for the premises (but I don't have one) so I don't mind if you do providing your a responsible owner: ie keep litter tray clean and your pet well looked after. Dogs are absolutely not allowed by my landlord as he is worried about them disturbing his cattle in the adjacent property. This place is amazing. A gorgeous home with multiple living spaces both inside and out. If u need your own space or want to hang out, the house is suitable for either. Only one of these rooms will be rented. First one to go will make us whole. The house is a social house. We live our own day to day lives but still enjoy catching up around the kitchen/living area during the evening (now that the weather has cooled) or during warmer months often out the back. Only now the gas heater (or blankets) come out. That said, we all need our downtime and everyone is respectful of that. Although one of us was once a chef, he, like most of us in the house don't spend much time in the kitchen and prefer the quick reheat button on the microwave. We would not be considered a party house by any means but friends and family are welcomed on weekends to come, kick back and relax.

Room is at the opposite end of the home from me, so the privacy factor is good. There is a 3rd bedroom which I prefer to keep available for visitors. You will have use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. Foxtel and Netflix are available on the main TV. I have one garage space available and also Parking on the street. Also some storage space available if you need it. The People: You would be sharing with a friendly, easy going, professionally employed women. I'm passionate about travel, friends, family and much more. I've been told I am very easy to live with and very hospitable. The Furry Friend I have a beautiful miniature poodle dog who lives outside and inside. He is housetrained and doesn't shed or malt. I'm open to you having a furry friend but preferably an outdoor animal or one that does not shed/malt. About You: I'm open to all ages and cultures and happy to have travellers or locals, singles or couples. You must be friendly and considerate of others and must love dogs. You would also be clean and tidy, financially stable and drug free. The Housework: I have a cleaner once a week and a lawnmower man comes regularly. Hi guys I'm writing around a few places as myself and family are finally looking at the move to sunny coast from Vic .. we are hoping to find a place to buy in woombye but whilst looking and also now selling our home in Melbourne , we need some flexible temp accomodation as we don't know if that process will take a month or four .. it's just myself and our son Dash (8) doing this first leg of the journey as hubby has family biz to wrap up so he will visit every three weeks .. in short I'm wondering if you'd look at a month by month rental idea if not that's ok just writing around a few places now .. oh we do have an indoor cat named Molly so not sure if that's something someone will be ok with 😊.. not keen on sharing same areas really need a private space .. cheers
