Happy, friendly outgoing person. I work full time and I attend uni part time so I’m a busy girl! I’ve shared in several houses so I’m respectful, reliable and an easy going person. Happy to share a laugh, some wine and chill out with Netflix or a movie.
One fully furnished room is available for rent. The room also has a BIR. There are 2 separate living areas inside the house and an outdoor undercover entertaining area with a BBQ is also available. Air-con (heating and cooling) is available in the main living areas. Plenty of on street parking is available to housemates in a very safe and quiet court in Leopold. Housemates will share the house, kitchen and dining/living areas but will have their own living room. The bathroom and toilet is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms. The second room for the time being will be unoccupied except for when we have the occasional airBNB guests, so you’ll pretty much have your own bathroom for most of the time. The house is located less than 100m to closest bus stop (buses frequently go into Geelong, and to towns on the Bellarine Peninsula) and is central to Geelong CBD, restaurants, waterfront, beaches, wineries, towns on the Bellarine and Great Ocean Road. It is walking distance to the Bellarine Rail trail and the Gateway Plaza shopping centre.
Close to all amenities and beaches, large backyard, Netflix in main area of house, 10min drive to Geelong CBD, quiet location, central heating/cooling dishwasher, OPL, bedroom available is not furnished, all other areas of the house are furnished, must like dogs and be neat and tidy.
Best House around as it is a 2 storey split level house. You will have your own private level with loungeroom and deck that has the best views of Geelong. The room that is being rented out has its own walk in closet, own en-suite and own toilet. You will have your own living room with TV supplied and house has built in sound system through out the house. You can feel safe with a full alarm system including CCTV system even thou the house is in a new estate that is safe. You will have unlimited movies and tv shows to watch anywhere in the house. Other things about the house - Its less than 3 years old - Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating - Laundry chute - Washer and dryer -Park behind locked gates -2 car garage - Gas hotplate, extra large fridge, microwave oven, filtered tap water - Pool table -2 min walk to bus station -15 min walk to major shopping centre - 15 min drive to Geelong CBD
Hi I'm 23 years old that works two part time jobs one in Geelong and one in Hamilton. I'm a qualified make up artist with my own mobile business that also works around Ballarat, Geelong and Hamilton. I'm looking for a shared accommodation as my current lease in Geelong ends soon. Due to my work travel I'm often away during the week and on the weekend I work at bar in Geelong. I'm easy going, enjoy the odd movie and dinner out with friends but also do like my down time when I can get it. If i sound like someone you would like to live with please send me a message. Look forward to hearing from you Savanna
My name is Calum, Im 21 years old and looking for a new place to live. Love surfing and chilling out with mates. I like socializing but also respect peoples space and privacy. Pretty chill and easy to get along with. Also I am tidy :) Currently looking for a new job, so I'm hoping that doesn't affect my chances as I've always paid rent on time and I'm a pretty reliable guy. Cheers Calum
Heyyyaaaa! I'm moving to the dark side at the start of Jul - End of August and couldn't be more excited. I'm an easy going girl that gets along with anyone. I work fairly long hours but can't wait to come home to a house full of love each evening. I have a little bun called blue, she's an inside rabbit and is toilet trained but this must be okay with our future housefam. We both enjoy an ice cold froff when the occasion calls for it (more often than not) but we are also respectful and tidy. Please hit me up if you think you tolerate me and my bun or if you have any other questions at all! 😍😍😍
We are looking for some people to share our house with. Situated in a friendly neighbourhood, the house has ample space and we have 2 bedrooms available. The house features open plan living with a deck just off of the lounge, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is parking available on the street in front and to the side of the house. It is a 5 minute drive to Woolworths, 10 minutes into Geelong city and 15 minutes to Waurn Ponds. Otherwise there is a bus that runs into the city with a stop at the end of our street. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. Bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, etc) will be split between all residents. Not a party house but we don't mind the occasional drink. We are looking for tidy, hygenic and easy going people. We take pride in the appearance of our home and would love for you to also.
I’m moving to Geelong to progress my career in Mechanical Engineering, having studied in Sydney for the past 4 years. I’m a relaxed, social 24-year-old from Wagga Wagga, NSW. Hoping to meet some like-minded, friendly people whose home environment I can add to! I like keeping a very tidy and organised home space. I enjoy the outdoors and social nights as much as I doing quiet dinners at home with my housemates! Looking for a minimum 3 months but would prefer longer. Let me know if I sound like a good fit for you and your housemates! Ben :)

I'm also very respectful and value everyone's privacy. I've currently deferred my studies in Beauty Therapy but will continuing with it soon. Even though I do not have a dog myself, I absolutely adore doggos and would love to be in a house with one. If not, this also is ok :)

Looking for a vegetarian or vegan housemate, 24-50, that doesnt drink alcohol or use drugs (more than three times a year), and gets home before 11:00pm most nights. Have to say this first to avoid wasting peoples time. Obviously this is not a loud party house. But its a more fun environment than I've made it sound. If you like gardening there is plenty of growing space. The house was renovated not long ago. Floorboards throughout. Two toilets. Washing machine and dishwasher. Air con in lounge. The room is 3m x 3.4m. It is a month by month lease, short term ok.
I am 24 years old and currently working full time. I try to live an active lifestyle - I work a desk job so I love going to the gym and exploring the city/hiking tracks when I get the chance. I'm pretty easy going, Netflix is my go to for a relaxing weekend. I appreciate company but I also appreciate my own private time. I basically like to workout, cook and chill out with a good tv show.
Hey I'm moving down to Geelong to start work with Little Creatures and I need a relaxed place to land and live for a while before I find a place for myself. I'm flexible with staying longer than 3 months though. I'm from Sydney, and have lived and worked in Pennsylvania, London, and Canberra. I'm into beer (funnily enough this is required for my work!), food & cooking, cycling and hiking. I'm pretty keen on a balance between housemate sociability, and doing my own thing/letting you do yours. Let's have a chat and see if we get along.
