Hi, I am 17 year old student, at Wagga High. I'm mature and independent, thus you won't have to worry about being stuck with a crazy teenager. I do well in school, and I'm aiming to proceed to university and become a doctor. I also work at Subway, so feel free to ask for free food anytime. I have coordinated an amazing team that I spend a lot of time with: the Random Kindness Team. We make cupcakes for homeless refuges, give flowers out in nursing homes, make treats for kids in hospital, and more. I want to do good things in the future. I have always been in Wagga, but my parents and other adults I have looked up to are moving away at the moment. I am hoping to stay in Wagga until I finish school (a year and a half). After that, I want to explore the world while at university, especially Southeastern Asia and the Caribbean. Thank you! 😄
Im moving back to wagga, lived there for 6 years and moved away for about 8 months to realise i actually like Wagga I am a 24 year old social worker, I enjoy socialising and the odd drink but also like to have me time and chill watching movies in my room or the lounge room. I am a tidy person and I'm respectful to my house mates space.
1 room available. House is fully furnished (except for bedroom). Large lounge/dining room. You will be living with 2 full time workers. Gas heating and ducted cooling.Unlimited Wifi available but not included in rent will cost additional $. Live in a quiet street. House has fully enclosed yard with undercover area. 3 car carport plus off street parking. Walking distance to supermarkets, TAFE and bus stops.
Great location for university students as it is a 5-10 minute drive from CSU and 5 minute drive to town. Easy walk home from the pub after a night out and the street is very quiet and laid back. Living areas are air conditioned and as a general rule the house stays reasonably cool due to the brick exterior. Internet is already setup. No smoking inside, but outside is fine. Neither of the rooms are furnished but the living areas and laundry are furnished and shared.
