I have a room available for a student or a mature and responsible, employed individual. The house is relatively new and modern and is situated in a quiet court location in an estate with recreational lakes. It is a few minutes away from public transport (bus) and shops (Woolworths, Watervale Shopping Centre, Caroline Springs Shopping Centre). The room can either be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (electricity, water, gas, unlimited internet) . Smoking is not allowed indoors. Parking is on the street. Minimum lease is 3 months. Two weeks bond will be required. I have a small dog who stays outdoors and only comes in when I let him in.
Hi all! Welcome to your new home. The house is both quiet and comfortable, with open living and large spaces. built in robes, and a double bed, Internet is also available upon request. The house is in a central location of Melton, close to bus stops with three buses on route to Melton train station. Wood Grove Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute walk, and ALDI being only a few minutes away, as well as Tasman Meats. Melton is only 35 mins drive from the City and an hour by public transport (bus 15 min + train 45min) I am looking for someone clean and tidy who cleans up after themselves, keeps the kitchen and their rooms clean. Someone who pays rent on time, is reliable and responsible. Rent is $170 bill include 400 bond Smoking is not permitted inside the house and if you smoke outside a container or ashtray will need to be used You must switch off all power when you leave your room, as wasted electricity will incur larger bills amd can be avoided. The house is located in a quiet street with friendly neighbours. I have a male dog who is microchipped and lives in the backyard, he is strictly an outside dog and finds it difficult to get along with other pets, so no other animals will be alllowed. A Police check or Rental References will be required I will only consider applicants that meet the following requirements; Someone who is a full time worker ,do not contact me if you are not serious and if you do not meet these requirements, I have no time for time wasters! Also No partner sleep over please If you feel you may be suitable, don't hesitate to call or leave a message. Looking forward to hearing from you! Kind Regards Melody
Looking for a unit/townhouse or bungalow to rent out with my best friend who has just relocated back from London. I’m 24 working full time and my best friend is 25 starting her full time job mid February. Ideally we are looking for entire property however it is not essential. We are both very clean and whilst majority of our time is taken up by work we try to fit some exercise in there somewhere throughout the week.
I'm Matt - I am building my own PR business which I run from home (online, so there will be no clients knocking on the door) and work casual on the side to supplement my income. Also, in pre-production for my original web-based docu series which I hope to be in production by early to mid March 2018 which will and is keeping me reasonably busy. Not a party animal these days (not that I ever really was). And with the exception of work related events, these days I am more for a peaceful quiet home life, open to the occasional home entertaining party but not a big fan of blaring music or TV on a weekend (within reason) I'm clean ...tidy and respectful of others and their property. I am very domesticated and enjoy the occasional drink and chat. I have two maltese x pups, very friendly, non-destructive, quiet and chilled they don't require much space as they tend to only go outside to go to the toilet then spend the rest of the time sleeping in my room...on my bed etc. I suspect they think they are cats. Hmmm lol
I am a 19 year old male who works full time and plays football, I am very quiet at home and when I am home I am normally in my room resting for work, I am clean and independent, very honest and trustworthy, I am looking to move in somewhere for a long stay, I am not a loud kid who causes trouble, I am simply a young male trying to get the best out of life
I'm 31yrs old, work full time in the transport industry. In my spare time I like to catch up with family & friends, otherwise I'd prob be relaxing at home. I've had house sharing experience before, so know how to adapt & respect other people's needs/privacy. Guess I'm your straight forward, easy going kind of guy that's always up for abit of a laugh.
please contact my phone number directly as it is easier to communicate I'm very active through out most of the afternoon and night so the fact that I am barely home should be a dream for any house mate. I am a very clean person and I always have a presentable appearance to my accommodations. I am always good for a chat and I believe that laughter is an important factor in life. I work part time in sales on a rotating roster which means I will be on and off work through out the week. I tend to associate with only a small circle of people so there isn't much need to worry about my guests being an inconvenience. I was previously living with my father but he has become rather sick lately and due to this he was unable to work and pay his mortgage. The banks took it back and now my partner and I are looking for immediate accommodation. An ensuite or a seperate bathroom is essential, would be amazing to find some where that offers a separate living area to the rest of the house.
My family is moving to the country and I don’t want to leave my old area (Albanvale) as I work in Keilor Village and go uni at Monash. First time moving out so really nervous haha so I’m looking for friendly people and just nice accommodations in general, thanks ! X
I am looking for a private room in St Albans or surrounding suburbs... Move in - February 2018 Preferred length of stay - 1 year Rental - $500 per calendar month (including bills) Feel free to contact me for any further questions..
I am mid 20s, moving to vic from interstate (born/grew up in syd, lived in shared houses in perth for the last 4 years or so while at uni) and will be working full time with kids with disabilities. I like to have good balance where I can hang and chill for a bit with housemates and also retreat and hibernate in room. I enjoy rowing, and kickboxing; and quiet time hobbies are model kit building and crocheting.
My name is Krystal I am 33 years young lol, I work part time as a caregiver for the seniors of our community, I am a kind, friendly and easy to get along with, I am always up for a chat, but I do like my own time as well, I am respectful of others, and their privacy I am a tidy person and am willing to do my share of the housework and cooking
