Currently living in a lil small country town, basically I wanna get the hell outta my boring unit and into the big city. I've lived independently for 7 months or so already, therefore know the ropes of ensuring rent/bills are always paid on time, and how important cleaning up after myself is; so I promise that you'll never be caught up doing my dishes. I am outgoing and bubbly, but love to cool down and have some alone time, your personal space will be to the upmost respected. Absolutely adore all things creative and art wise, and have an appreciation for a fun time and some good food (especially when it comes to cocktails, pasta or the worlds best smoothie creations.) Film and reading are my favourite things to do, whenever in need of a movie/show recommendation, or a book to borrow I've got a bunch of options for you there hehe. Look forward to making respectful and interesting new friends with an eye for living life to the best potential.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accomodation however never say never.
This house is in a great location. It is close to public transport with a 3min walk to the nearest train stop and 5min drive to the tram. It is 10min away from the Marion shopping Centre and a 20min drive into the city. The Marion Fitness Leisure Centre is right across from the house and is close to the Marion outside swimming pool. Brighton and Glenelg beach is between a 10-15 min drive away. The house is a two bedroom house and we use the third as an office/dining/spare bedroom. The house has a massive backyard with a three bay shed that is also used a storage. The landlords of the property are family friends of mine and are very good to us. Our neighbours are also very good friends with our landlords and we get along with them really well and their two young childern. We do occasionally baby sit for both of them. I have never had an inspection as of yet and the bills for the house a quite cheap.
I am an international student going to be starting a bachelor of nursing at Flinders University. I have a beautiful pet cat called Amy, who absolutely loves people. My friends tell me that I am a kind and welcoming person. I enjoy reading and listening to music, and don't mind the odd catch-up for a drink. I am however not a party animal. Ideally I am looking for a place where I could have my own bathroom, preferably on-suite so I can put my cat's litter tray in there.
Brand new house built under a year ago located next to Glenelg, only 5 minutes from Marion, the CBD and the Airport. I am a business owner which means I am rarely home, especially before and after business hours as that's when my peak times are for business. You will have your own private bathroom with double shower, double vanity and toilet as well as built in robes in your room and enough space to fit a queen size bed and side tables. Fast W-FI, large kitchen, fully furnished house ready for you to move in hassle free.
Hi all, This property is the perfect size to have your own space while living with another. The lounge room and dinning both close off separately and the toilet, laundry and bathroom are seperate. The room is partly furnished which i am happy to negotiate (as you may not want or need everything in there, have a peak at the photos). The house has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The property is very close to a bus stop and is in a great location. 10mins from Glenelg, 10mins from Westfield Marion and 15mins from CBD. We have a row of shops close by as well as a yoga studio within walking distance The rent is $140.00 plus bills. The backyard has a lovely entertaining area that i hope my future housemate will enjoy with me + wine.
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina
I'm Camille. I am a hydrogeologist and I will be working at Flinders University in Adelaide. I come from France and I am very excited to discover Australia soon. I am easy going, tidy and friendly. I have lived with flatmates for several years and it has been a great experience every time ! I enjoy to share good moments with people, around a glass of wine, a beer or cooking/eating great meals. I love outdoor activities too: hiking or even exploring the australian outback !
Hi I am a 56 year old nurse , I work AM / PM I am quiet most of the time , friendly and young at heart , I mind my own business and respect the privacy of others . I am honest and reliable and looking for 6 to 12 months to rent .
1 bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house. Large separate lounge/living area, amazing outdoor entertaining area with in ground spa. Reverse cycle split air con and gas heating. 3 male tenants ages 23-25 lots of on-street parking. At the end of a cul-de-sac. 5 minutes from Glenelg. Must be okay with pets. 3 year old beagle kept at the house.
My current housemate is moving on (or moving back with his friend who has just bought a house) so this houseshare will become available on the long weekend in March (but the spare room can be used earlier) There are 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, an additional small sleepout and sunroom and Lounge of course. 1 bathroom with separate toilet. There is an undercover courtyard area and small yard. Apart from the sleepout, there are floorboards throughout. It's in a great location only 2.5km from the Beach, equally about 2.5km from No 12 tram stop. Easy access to the city. Parking is available off-street. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. I am looking to share with 1 other person generally but a couple could be considered as well. Unfortunately it is not suitable for anyone with children. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom is partially furnished with a double bed and a chrome wardrobe/clothes rack. There are 2 rooms to choose from, one is a bit smaller at approximately 3.35m x 3m, the other is about 3.20m x 3.60. Plenty of other storage around the house. I also have a dog that is living inside and on the couch, so you must like dogs!! She's shy at first but a good dog, and a very willing running buddy. So about me: I work in the city, mon-fri 8-5 or thereabouts. I do triathlons, so I train a bit but I'm not a health freak. The sleepout is my bike room :) When I'm not out and about I enjoy a bit of socialising in the house, the odd meal together, watching a movie etc. But it certainly won't be a party house. I'm not into sharing food apart from the abovementioned shared meal. I'm not a neat-freak, but I common areas have to be clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There's a good 500gb naked wireless connection. I also have Stan. I'd like a housemate that is respectful and friendly, someone who is tidy at least in the communal areas we share, and treats the house like their home, therefore also does the odd house duties, like taking out the bins or watering the lawn. For the right person (maybe with another dog) and the right house I'd also consider breaking my lease to look for a house (maybe a little bigger) together.
Nice town house. Located close to the beach, minutes from marion shoping centre. Bus stop right outside. Off street parking. Large bedroom. House is furnished except for the room. 2nd toilet downstairs. Nice outside area.

Originally from Darwin so I go home for some holidays if I can! Have been living with housemates for about 2 years now so I have no worries with the usual rules/respect. I am currently in Darwin and will be back in Adelaide Feb 26th, so hope to have some places lined up to look at! My friend (male, studying the same degree at Flinders, also coming back from Holland) and I are both looking to find a place together so listings with two or more rooms available are ideal. I like to think I'm super funny & entertaining, love some brilliant banter but also pretty good to chat to about more serious/personal stuff. Love having some good fun but also appreciate my down time and privacy. Love the footy, so if I'm not over in Melbourne watching the mighty Tiges you bet I'll be watching it at home! I'm tidy and overly organised, easy to get along with. I also have a lot of homewares to contribute!! + I love KFC so I'll shout ya once a week xoxo
I am a very friendly, down to earth & responsible student. I am currently working part time as a nanny for two lovely families who both have young children that I care for. I have proven my mature approach & outlook within this role, as well in my personal life. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy & cooperative. At times when sensitive issues arise that need to be addressed, I can say I am definitely approachable. Apart from all of the serious qualities, my sense of humour, light heartedness & the enjoyment of a good laugh, seem to make a well balanced, 17yr old, partime nanny X full time student. I have references available upon request, work related & personal.
Hi there! I am a Canadian 26yo female. I currently live down south but want to move closer to the city, but still be close to the beach. Looking ideally for a room in an already set up share house as I have just moved here from Canada, and would love to make some friends. Also open to starting a place together. Ideally moving in with my Adelaidian boyfriend but not essential as we also have a place down south which we are keeping. Would be willing to contribute more to Rent or bills if accepted as a (fun!) Couple. I am also considering getting a single room if the right house vibes come up! I work full time at the Royal Adelaide hospital and Sam has a full time plumbing job but we are very social and into fitness while not at work. I am at work quite often and irregular hours. Other things we enjoy are surfing, drinks, cooking, travelling, and adventures. Looking for an easy going but clean house to live in while I'm at work in the city. (I will be spending a bit of time down south and travelling). I am okay with any type of roomate, as long as you are respectful. I am very respectful and have a pristine renting background and plenty of experience with shared houses. Cheers! feel free to message for a meetup to see if we (or I) could fit into your house!
Hi, I am looking to escape from the country to Adelaide! I am relocating due to work, family and ability to shop without driving long distances. I maybe a little older than the usual flat hunters but that makes me someone who is reponsible, independent yet sociable. I am apparently a very good listener too. I have a small female Maltese Shitzu named Daisy who I need to take with me as she's part of the family. I love Netflix so need access to wifi for social and work reasons. I am a keen gardener, can cook really well and renovate furniture if I have space to do so. Did I mention that I'm Irish?
