Fairly laid back when I'm at home (which is not very often) but tidy and definitely always on time with rent/bills I have a dog who lives with me part time (stays with my mum when I am busy with work/uni) so I would need a dog friendly house for her.
This is a newly renovated two story home! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease as due to work reasons I have to relocate! Benefits include: sleek new kitchen, recently painted house, gorgeous little garden outside (lots of roses), downstairs toilet. Upstairs has three rooms. The one you will be having is the middle room with amazing all year round lighting. Features a built in mirrored wardrobe with drawers etc. Shared bathroom with one housemate; it’s very spacious, with a boat sized bath and a roomy shower. Lots of storage space as well. This house is located in Morphettville, about 5 metres from a bus stop, which will take you directly into the city (30 min bus ride) or directly to Marion (15 min bus ride). Or a 5 min drive to Marion and a 15 min drive to city! There is unfortunately no washing machine but there is a laundromat close by. Rent is $112 a week and unlimited internet is included in this price, and bills are split accordingly; it’s quite a bargain!

This house is really low-maintenance, clean, and modern, with super efficient ducted reverse cycle aircon & heating throughout. We have 3 bedrooms, the available bedroom will share the bathroom with one other. There are 2 living areas, 1 with a lounge & tv, the other has a futon & tv cabinet but we are missing the TV so when we get another housemate, if you have one you’d like to share feel free, or we will most likely get one so there is more space for the three of us to chill. I have a sweet gym setup in the double garage, so feel free to use that when I’m not using it. The backyard is a simple courtyard area, but there’s no shelter or outdoor setting, only a few chairs to hang out in. We have a big BBQ which you can use. You can use my kitchen stuff, or we can clear some room if you have your own. All I’ll ask if you is to get your own Tupperware/containers if you don’t have any. We are both pretty clean and tidy people. We share the load of doing a weekly clean of the house (vacuuming and mopping), and have a clean as you go attitude, because no one likes a messy housemate who leaves their dirty dishes everywhere. We tend not to do communal meals as we are both pretty independent, but we have the odd pizza night in. The bedroom pictured is the bedroom up for grabs, but we will remove the furniture before you move in!
Tyler is a tradie who enjoys his sport and being social, having bbqs and the outdoors. I work in hospitality and tourism and work away a lot. We both love camping and traveling when we can and we really enjoy being social and want to live with people who arnt afraid to have a chat when we are all home as well as know what personal space is. Work as a bartender at the Jetty bar in Glenelg and also as a make up artist in Hyde Park so always working and can make a great cocktail and paint your face ;) Have lived alone before and in share accomodation so I am reliable and clean up after myself. I’m always up to go to the beach and head down to Mosley square for some drinks.catch is I do have a couple of cats who are really well trained and friendly. Looking for somewhere ASAP.
