Hi Guys, Looking for a person to move into a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Canadian (5 mins from Ballarat CBD). The house is fully furnished, you would only need your own bedroom furnishing, and will have your own bathroom and space in the garage! $210 per week including bills and unlimited internet. Let me know if you are interested!
This house is located 1 minute from the Mount Helen campus of Federation Uni, which is very useful if you wake up late! It's only 10 minutes from the centre of Ballarat, so it is suitable for a student or a young professional. We have super fast broadband available (I just did a speed-test at 6pm and got 90 mbps download and 34 mbps upload). The bedroom has a built in robes. The living room is big, and there is also a large double door fridge which is great as it means you will have lots of room for your food. I don't care what you smoke as long as it's outside.
I currently have 1 furnished room available for rent, with a queen sized bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and built in robes. The house is a short walking distance to Federation University, IBM, State Revenue Office, Ballarat Technology Park and public transport. Rent is $150p/w which includes internet. Utilities (e.g. Gas, Electricity and Water) additional. Would suit uni student or professional. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person (Alex). If you are interested please contact me and we can arrange a time for inspection. Maintenance of the Garden will be performed by myself and the room can also be changed to an unfurnished room, if you have your own furniture.
My property is within walking distance to Sebastopol shopping precinct and public transport. It is also close to Yarrowee Creek trail if you like to walk and enjoy nature. The available room is fully furnished and has just been renovated, it looks out over the entertainment/bbq area and back yard. It comes with a double bed and linen, and built in wardrobes.
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
This beautiful home has been recently renovated throughout and is seriously spacious, modern and fresh. Ducted aircon and gas heating keep the place comfortable year-round. With brand new furniture either just delivered or on it's way soon, an open-plan kitchen-meals-living area, and two big paved outdoor entertaining areas provide plenty of space and style to enjoy time spent at home. Brand new kitchen and central bathroom look fantastic and are functional, and kept at their best by a professional cleaner who comes every second week for a general clean and tidy-up. The garden at the back is sunny and north-facing and is a lovely quiet spot to relax. The home is soon to be protected by a security system, and the bedrooms will be lockable for added privacy and security. There is parking off-street for two or three cars, and the street itself is quiet and well positioned to be in Ballarat Central, the Base Hospital, Federation Uni campuses, Ballarat Station, supermarkets, fast-food, whatever you need, in just a short drive.
Nice ,clean house and new kitchen Close to supermarkets and takeways and close to main road of Sebastopol Near next to a soccer field Not far from Mt helen House dose not have heating in bedrooms on gas heater on the wall in the lounge room Have to apply to apply for the lease paying bond Landlords and realstate rules 3 months left till lease finshes
Hey! My name is danni, I’m very tidy and independent, I love to clean when I wake up on a Saturday. I’m bubbly and light hearted, open to talk and hang out or keep to myself. I would prefer to live close to town or at least close to public transport as I don’t drive as of yet, and rely on a certain bus to get to and from work. I love pets so if you have them I’d happily give them my love. I do have some furniture but would love if there was a built-in wardrobe but not a necessity. I don’t throw parties or have a million and one friends over all the time, I’m not a very loud person and I cook and buy all my own groceries :) I don’t own any pets but I would ideally like to move in to somewhere that allows them as I’m hoping to try and adopt a dog when I have the ability to.
Hey there, My name is Callum. I'm an easy going relaxed roomie who likes to live with friendly people. I enjoy binging a good Netflix show but also love to get out and explore national parks and markets nearby. I'm a tidy housemate who likes to keep common spaces open and welcome. I'm originally from NSW and I work full-time (typically 9-5) with the department of environment. When I'm not working I will be relaxing weeknights and exploring all Victoria has to offer on the weekend. I come with a collection of houseplants.
Need to move closer into Ballarat for more work opportunities , I am a neat and tidy person , very easy going ,enjoy going fishing , gardening ,cooking ,and walking my dogs , am an electrician by trade .
We're all easy going with pretty busy jobs. Myself and my partner work in hospitality so arent around most weekends. An my brother works full time just out of town so generally spends most of the day away heading home to rest. We all enjoy site seeing when we get the chance a good brunch or dinner out at nice little local places. Also trying to start the gym but the struggle is real. We have a beautiful little rag doll cat who keeps pretty to himself unless you give him a bit of attention. An is also house trained.
Both bright and bubbly girls, Chloe is currently studying bachelor of beauty therapy and also works part time, I myself am working full time and looking to study nursing in the near future! We are looking for a place that is fun to be around but also calm when suited
Quiet house in Mount Pleasant, 5 minute drive to centre of town approx 15 mins from uni campus at Mount Helen. Close to gym down the road and easy location for supermarkets etc. Fully furnished house, owned by laid back young professional. Gas, electricity and water included. Internet is not, I just use my phone. Seeking quiet housemate who is responsible, considerate and who can adult without issues. There’s two rooms available, a larger room at $150 per week and a smaller room at $140 per week, which includes all bills, even unlimited 50mb NBN to the home connection. You’ll be sharing with me, a guy I’m 30 study at fed and work as well, and a girl, 26 who dies the same. We are both cruisey and up for a chat, but respect the space of others. I own the property and as such do not impose a lease or minimum rent time. Send me a message If this sounds suited to you.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move places, closer to the main street where I have my business. So I am looking to have someone move in onto the lease. Have been living here for just over 2 years now. Current lease is finished, so it's just month by month, or you can sign a new lease agreement. Large master bedroom with en-suite is available, bathroom is a double vanity with large mirror and spa bath. Walk in wardrobe with mirror too. Would suit a couple. Lenient with the bond, I would like to store some things in the garage until I find space to move them. Bond would be 4 weeks rent in cash ($520) and I will sign over the full bond under the new tenants name ($1400). There are a few small things that need to be fixed in the house, but no where near the amount held in bond, only signing across to save the hassle of completely cleaning the house and having other tenants (sub-letting with approval from real estate) move out. Utilities are under my name, so will assist in moving those across and paying what's due so far (1 month into new quarter). Looking to have someone move in asap, there is a spare room to use while we transition and move out of the main bedroom. Weekly rent is $350. With the two others paying $120 each (including bills) and I cover the rest. So you can either keep the same or we can work something else out.
We are a recently retired couple (ex teacher and social worker) offering a Homestay room in a quiet home. Students or others who need a calm environment will be most at home with us. The house is in walking distance to the CBD but is also on two bus routes into the city. It has central heating and air conditioning for comfort year-round. The room is large and comfortable, furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Bathroom shared with one other, currently a year 12 high school student. Included in the rent: ~ Unlimited internet access ~ Meals ~ Utilities ~ Unlimited affection from our old but frisky dog (little poodle)
