We offer great rooms in a professional run Shared accommodation house, best in the Bundamba area. Master En suite Room $200 per week + $25 for utilities. (currently available) Normal Room $150 per week + $25 for utilities. (currently unavailable but can be put on a list to be contacted when one does become available) (utilities include, electricity, water, Speed boosted NBN internet, lawn mowing service.) Rooms are unfurnished but i do have beds, chairs, desks available for additional cost to rent or buy. So the standard is high for good tenants, and maintaining good peace, quiet and happy environment in the home for everyone. A few great features about renting though my shared houses. - house rules. I am always working or spending time with my family. I will only be at home during work weeks and spending most weekends with family in the gold coast. I am easy going and get along well with others.
