we are in a 2 story house in Yamba, we have 2 spare rooms but ideally only want 1 flat mate. Our room and bathroom is upstairs so you will basically have the run of downstairs, with a bathroom and a seperate lounge room down there too. We have Foxtel in both our upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms and that will be included of course, we also have unlimited wifi and all bills will be included in the rent. Our whole house is fully furnished but if you would rather bring your own furniture we can arrange the room to be cleared. We have a cool outdoor entertainment area and a pool as well :)

The property itself is good sized three bedroom house with only myself living in it, with the third room remaining free for any visitors. I am a clean living, non-smoking male (in a relationship). I’m into real-food, meditation, gardening, growing vegetables and fruit, and living naturally. The property may be suitable for pets (individual assessment required). You will need your own transport. (School bus available on school days only – 300 meter walk to bus stop) 30 minutes to cycle to the nearest shopping centre. If you’re a keen gardener (and like to eat home grown veg), you’re welcome to participate in our gardening projects……...we may be able to dedicate a garden space if you want your own. The garden has about 30 fruit trees and vines. A sense of community is encouraged, however if you prefer to keep to yourself this will be respected and welcomed. The rooms are large enough to make a very private abode. The rooms are also very quiet and cool, with a ceiling fan and insulation to walls and ceiling. NBN Wi-Fi available. This may also suit persons wanting to keep a horse; we have yards, secure fencing and good pasture – this will be by individual negotiation. Domestic animals on the property include cattle and free-range chickens. Our nearest neighbour is 300 meters away, and only 2 neighbouring houses can be seen from our home. It's a freshly renovated three bedroom house, located on the top of a hill above the Golfe Course with nice walks around. The house is surrounded by gardens and a Koala Reserve at the back. The gardening is included in the rent. It is in a quiet environment with nice neighbors. It has air conditioning but the rooms are fresh in summer.
