Lovely old Queenslander house located on 10 acres just outside of Pittsworth. Only 25 minutes to Toowoomba and 2 minutes to Pittsworth main street. The house has large bedrooms with high ceilings and ceiling fans in each room. The living room is spacious and has air conditioning and a wood fire. The kitchen is very large with a gas stove and electric oven. The house is feed off 4 large water tanks and electricity and gas bills will be split equally. Internet will be connected within the next week and again split equally. There is a large 2 door lock up garage on the property. Pets and horses will be consider upon application.

My girlfriend and I are on a year working visa, we're both from the UK. We are currently staying outside of Brisbane but would like to live closer to the city in a suburb of Brisbane. We are both hoping to get jobs soon, as we have to be out of where we are staying by early April. I am 27 and my girlfriend 24, we are both outgoing and get on well with new people. Once we start working we will be doing plenty of hours so maybe won't be in all the time but we will still be up for socialising as much as we can as we are keen to make some new friends and get to know the city! Qualities we think that makes a good housemate are to be considerate and understanding. We both like to be organised, so someone with the same manner is important to us. Someone with a good sense of humour and ability to enjoy themselves, even when just lounging around on a day off. We are both pretty chilled out so people like that would be good!

I have a very cute Maltese x Bichon Frise dog called Molly who is coming to live with me also, so allowing pets is a must. I love hanging out with friends, and shopping, eating out at cafes etc but I also love to relax and watch movies, or read a nice book. Hi, my housemate is moving out so I am looking for someone to replace her. The property is a modern 3-bedroom unit. You will have the choice of two bedrooms, and the main bathroom to yourself. The living areas of the house are fairly well furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. If you have other furniture we can always try to fit it in - a new lounge wouldn't go astray! Other features of the house include titled floors, a north-facing balcony, a dishwasher, a garage, and nbn internet. Bills are separate to rent, and will be paid half each when they arrive. Internet is monthly, and electricity and gas are quarterly. The new housemate will have to be added to the lease, and so will need to be approved by the real estate agent.
