It is a very quiet, pleasant area with bush walks and sites close to see. Air conditioning available, a view, a chance you may have your own bathroom. NO smoking here. Utilities to be shared

Hey I'm Jared. I am in my final of year of a PhD in environmental science. I spend my free time running, hiking, or reading and drawing. I work a retail job on the side of my studies to keep a little extra coming in each week. My first preference is to find a room in a sharehouse (unfurnished), but if you think we may get along, I'm happy to look for properties with others too. I'm not in an urgent rush just yet, but I need to find a new place by March 2019. I require a medium-large room due to having a large desk. Hoping to find a place under $200 a week, but flexible too. I'm not one to go out partying, so I would prefer a quieter household. I have no problems with a social house though!
I'm a student at UTAS studying final year in zoology next year with the hopes to become a conservationist. I'm a vegan who is tidy, quiet and can be sociable. I love nature, animals, the outdoors and random crafts. Looking for a house that is reasonably tidy and housemates are communicative.
I am an international student from Singapore, currently studying law. I am looking for a place stay, I am looking for a comfortable and quiet environment to study because the previous lodging had problems with noise. I tend to play PC games as a hobby or go out shopping on the weekends.
