Uni student, sometimes quiet sometimes fun. The indoor part of me practices calligraphy, reads, bakes, plays ukulele and keyboard (won't disturb flatmates). The outgoing me loves camping, bush walking, backpacking, and trying news things will rush adrenaline. :) Easy-going and tidy person, open-minded, like socialising as well. I care about the feelings of my flatmates, I am all ears for your concerns, fears, troubles, joys etc. Shy to begin with but easy to get along well with. :)
Hi! My name is Georgie. I'm looking for some housemates to move in with me and my current housemate/cousin, Sarah, at the end of January. I'm a barista/deportment teacher coming into my last semester of Uni in 2017. Sarah works in early learning and outside school hours care. Sarah has an outdoor cat named Pepsi. He's small, black and thinks he's a human. Unfortunately though, he doesn't get along well with other animals - so all potential housemates must be pet-free. We're both friendly, easy-going and generally pretty quiet. We enjoy our netflix binges, espresso martinis and food. We'd like housemates who we could be friends with but we also understand the need for personal space. Our budget is $160 or lower per person, per week. If you'd like to have a chat to find out more about us, get in touch! We can't wait to hear from you!
Hello-hello! I really hope someone could help me- I am a future exchange student in UTAS starting from February 2017 and will be staying there just for a semester. I'm adventurous and smiley, tidy and responsible, and I will be coming all the way from England (although I am Estonian so even more exciting!). I am a Zoology/Biology student, love hiking and climbing, but also enjoy relaxed and quiet evenings. If you've got a room to spare, please do let me know! Many thanks! Minna
26, female, originally from Perth. Moved to Hobart to work at UTAS. Love pets, but got none of my own. Want somewhere 20km within UTAS or CBD (preferably 10km). Asides from that just need fast internet (NBN). Lived all over the world - Venezuela, India, Spain, America. Love to meet different people. Trilingual (spanish, english, bengali) + conversational French and Hindi.
The property is a cute 2 bedroom apartment located in Mt. Nelson, a quiet and family friendly suburb. The property is a quick 15 minute walk from the University of Tasmania, Sandy Bay campus. There is off-street parking available, and buses run hourly down the hill past the university, as well as into the CBD. The apartment itself has been furnished and has a well-maintained garden. The bedroom available is furnished with new carpets, antique double bed, as well as a wardrobe, and has a wonderful view of the garden. The apartment has a large living/dining area with a couch, armchair, television and a 6 seater dining table. The apartment also features a breakfast nook and a well-sized kitchen. The bathroom doubles as a laundry with a washing machine, glass shower and separate toilet. It would be prefered that any interested persons be female, non-smokers (or willing to smoke outdoors), attending university and be aged 25 or younger. The photos included are from when it was originally for rent prior to my roommate and I moving in. The place looks a little different but essentially the same. If you are interested please contact me

New apartment close to shop, park, bus stops and university. Top story with a view and large balcony. Available room has an in-built wardrobe (BYO bed). The rest of the house is full furnished so no need to bring anything else. NBN network is being connected on the street as we speak so will be available very shortly.
Quiet, studious and very very clean. I like socialising when I'm not studying, easy to get along with and I love watching movies. I can get myself to cook decent food - only vegetarian though, I don't smoke or drink!
I'm from Malaysia and about to move to Sandy Bay, Hobart for my Master at UTAS. I'm an outgoing and friendly person. I understand that everyone is unique and do respect all kinds of lifestyle. If this is the kind of flatmate you're looking for hop on!
I'm usually up before 6 am for jogging, gym or to bake bread. I'm a full time PhD student studying how climate change effects soil processes. I kayak, hike, rock climb, bake and am pretty chill to get along with. I'm tidy and would prefer all common spaces stay tidy as well.

Flexible in time short or long term, we are very experienced when it comes to share houses, easy going, chilled housemates who know how to clean up after ourselves. Love a good glass of wine over dinner but will generally keep ourselves to ourselves if that's what you prefer.

I'm a UTAS student studying my second year of a Zoology major, looking to live with social friendly people! I study as much as possible, but I also love to have a dance any chance I can get. It would be great to live with other chilled out people and have a nice 'homey' set up. My move in date is flexible and really just depends on when the right place comes along!
Hi there! I am a pretty relaxed, clean and fun housemate. My friend Scott and myself are looking for 1-2 people to join us in looking for a share-house in the Hobart area. I am a psychology graduate from UTAS, and am currently working two part-time jobs. I enjoy being active, playing board games with friends and have recently got into some social sports as well. Always keen to do something social, and include housemates, but also very respectful of peoples personal space.
My name is Pip and I am moving to Hobart for work (I work in the film industry) in early February through til June (may end up being longer). I'm quiet and considerate and always clean up after myself! I love Hobart and am looking forward to coming back and living somewhere great!
Hey! I'm a twenty something vegan, studying honours in zoology. I'm passionate about the environment, conservation, and trying to make a change in the world. I've been living in Hobart for a couple of years now but my current lease is not getting renewed so I'm looking for a room in a place with some like minded, easy going people who like a chat over a cuppa. I don't have any pets of my own but if you do I'm very happy to share a place with some furry little mates (or any sort of animal friend).
I am a 20 year old female looking for a fun and exciting place to stay for the first semester at UTas. I am a Neuroscience undergrad student from the US studying abroad for a semester and would love to get a place with a couple other young people! I have lived in a dorm and suite for the last three years on campus and am well versed in the basics of having roommates. I enjoy the outdoors and plan on using every free moment to explore the country! That said I will be getting a part time job to supplement scholarships and will be studying hard. I would love to get to know someone else interested in exploring and having a great time. Any kind of teamup or house sharing would be ideal!
