Stunning panoramic views across Sandy Bay in this gorgeous house with huge living area, modern kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom, study, everything supplied and your bed if you need or not- up to you. Built-ins and tons of storage. Comes with large deck as well and gorgeous furniture in the main part of the house. Walk to UTAS, bus route round the corner and Sandy Bay shops a 3 minute drive.
Our family home is quiet, clean and tidy, with leafy views. Situated at the end of a cul de sac it feels like you’re miles from the city, yet you’re actually very close. Close to the uni and bus stops.
I am a generally clean and tidy person, and I take my fair share of the housekeeping load. At the moment, I'm still a college student, working part-time, and am just fairly quiet in general. I'm very flexible in who and where I would flat with. I do have a dog who is excitable, though, so bear that in mind.
Hi there, recently moved from Adelaide to Hobart for work. Looking to either find a rental with someone or move in to an already established place. A little about me: Work full time, shift work, like to keep fit and healthy, sociable and have a keen interest in sport and like to get outdoors. Message me if you would like to know more about me, have a room available or are also looking for a room and could be open to teaming up to get a new place together. Cheers Joel
I'm a pretty easy-going person who is very clean and tidy. I am a student but I also have two jobs so I'm very busy. I am a non-smoker and do not have pets. I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house or a single granny flat/apartment. I would prefer somewhere in the Battery Point/Sandy Bay/Hobart CBD area as this would be closest to university and work.
Hi, I'm 23 years old originally from Hong Kong, graduated from Deakin Uni 2 years ago, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house for 6 years in Melbourne. I'll be coming to live in Tasmania for 3 years. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. I'm a very outgoing person, I love sports, soccer and futsal are my first sport. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm moving in mid-September for 3 months first because I cant do inspection before leaving from Melbourne, so I’ll see how it goes and decide to leave or stay. I need off-street parking for my car. Please do not call me, shoot me a text/direct message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
Hi, My name is Emily and I am 24 from Melbourne. I am easy going, clean and full time employed. I have lived in two share houses before with up to four housemates, so am an experienced member of a share house. In both cases we enjoyed going out for dinner or having a chat, but also respected others privacy. I'm looking for a similar house to share exploring Tassie with, but also happy to relax in our own space.
I lived in sharehouse for 2 years and I moved out once as the host dont wanna continue the sharehouse. That means I abide by sharehouse rules very properly and the hosts were satisfied with me as a flatmate. Im originally Korean so very neat and as Im a student and going to work part time, it can be a good point.

Hi! Im planning to work in hobart starting early next year so just putting myself out there early, either to live in a share house or team up with people and start one. I'll be a dentist and working full time, but also enjoy most sports, hiking, running, going out or having nights in playing boardgames or watching movies and cooking. Id like to live with fun loving people who are keen to hang out, have quiet drinks or party since ill be new to the city and wont know anyone. I am very respectful of my housemates and have lived on campus or in share houses for 6 years now. I always clean up after myself and ask others before having gatherings etc Added bonus: all the free dental advice you can get! If possible a house that allows dogs would be great as im hoping to adopt. but fine if not possible.

Hi I'm Drew, I'm an easy going 31 year old guy who is moving to Hobart for work in late September. I work full time in HR and I'm a social and active guy. Enjoy a Netflix sesh, going out to local bars and restaurants, or just a BBQ with friends at home. I love the outdoors and looking forward to exploring all that Tassie has to offer! I have house furniture! I've got a fridge, couches, weber q etc. More importantly though I will contribute good times to the house. Plus I'll be working at Cascade Brewery so we get free beer.
Full time student, working casually in town. I'm fun, easy to get on with, clean and considerate of others. I love a good Netflix binge, enjoy surfing, the outdoors and a few beers on the weekend. I'm pretty quite in general and studies keep me pretty busy but I am still fairly sociable and can whip up a mean mac and cheese.
