This is a very nice new house with a spectacular view. You can see the whole beauty of Sandy Bay from the balcony. The house has a indoor car park and surrounded by beautiful garden. The bus stop is about 2 minutes walking distance. Inside the house, there is a lift which can take you from the first floor to the second floor which is the living area. And there are two big living rooms. Your room has an ensuite bathroom and toilet. The house is clean and very comfortable to live in. So welcome to join us! Couples are welcome!
My name is Nicole, I am originally from Melbourne. I am 23 and about to start my PhD at UTAS in Hobart town. I am looking for either a room in an established shared house or someone to team up with. I am looking to move in by mid October. I currently may have a potential 2 bedroom apartment in Blackmans bay as a friend is looking to break her lease. I was looking to find someone to rent the place out with. The place is unfurnished but comes with all the essential appliances (washer, fridge, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave). There are two bus stops within 2 minutes walking and it is a $375/week rent (shared equally, so $188/week per person, bills not included). We would have to apply through the agent ourselves. Individuals and Couples welcome (However, if a couple, you would have to be open to splitting the rent three ways). If I am unable to find someone to team up with, I am looking for a room in a shared house. My budget is up to $200 a week but the cheaper the better :) A little bit about me as a housemate/person: I am a very chilled and laid-back person (not interested in meaningless dramas). I am not a super clean freak and my room may get a little messy sometimes, but I always keep my communal areas clean. I like to have a housemate I can be friends with and happy to have people over for cute boardgames/sleepover nights with friends.
The home is located on a bus route and is close to the CBD and the University. It is in a quiet and safe area and is situated among trees and some wildlife. There is some water views although small. Lots of sun and fresh air, close to shops and on a bus stop and main terminal. I have Netflix and reverse cycle air conditioning and am equipped with a good kitchen and all appliances. The home is modern and clean. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Large garden area. This is a non smoking, no drug home.
I am offering a spacious, furnished room in my home which attracts lots of sun as it faces North. It is in a quiet area, leafy and green surroundings with some wildlife. Some view of the city and bridge and Derwent from Patio. The home is air conditioned or reverse cycle and is reasonable to run. I do have small dogs who are friendly so you would need to like dogs to live here. This is a no smoking house and a quiet one.
Quiet and work a lot so I'm not around a whole bunch. I keep to myself a lot at home and appreciate my own space but would also appreciate being able to be mates with the people I live with. I'm into climbing, motorcycles, and surfing. I have a couple of motorcycles so I would need somewhere to keep them like a garage or workshop...
Hi :) I'm a super clean and tidy, generally quiet, green-inclined homely homie seeking a tidy, quiet and green homely home 😁 My lifestyle tends to involve cooking, good local vegetarian/vegan food, markets, dance, dessert (I like to bake!), community connections, drawing, yoga, gardening and other creative dreamings 😊. I desire a *smoke and drug-free* sunny space (not too chic, not too shabby - rustic aok) where I can contribute my energy and create deliciousness in the kitchen, store some stuffs, maybe write and create some stuffs, and grow my own veggies :) I'm also doing my best eco-consciously, aiming for living zero waste. Ideally, a calm space with 1 other, maybe 2, (sans children) would suit me best. I enjoy deep intelligent conversation and equally my own company. 😊 Did I mention I like to cook and feed people? 😉 And did for a couple years at Source Community Wholefoods until recently 😁 I adore animals and if possible, would really like to keep my absolute lovebug of a furry feline friend (rescued from a garbage bin (!)) and his somewhat less social spirit brother (also rescued, after a torturous first few weeks in life), both of whom I am a responsible, wildlife-protecting guardian. I've also raised a couple hens who can supply golden yolks, and their bodyguard (but will rehome if necessary) 💛 For the love of fresh air, stars and energetic solitude, I crave a quiet, green space - preferably less than 30 mins to town - but am certainly open to options and ideas 😀 Please, let's talk 🕉 Smiles, Sufiyo Rubyn

Hi Everyone, My name is Stephanie and come from China. I am an international student in Hobart. Currently, I am looking for a long-term place to stay. I don't have a car at the moment, so I preferably looking for a place where can access a bus to CBD. I am easy going, tidy, clean, talkative person. I have been in Australia for two years, but I am new in Tas. Hopefully, I can meet some nice people to hang out and stayed with. Moreover, I hope we can be friends, rather than only flatmates. For my lifestyle, I am would like to go out for outdoor or indoor activities, such as the museum, galleries, botanical garden, music festival, etc. I do not mind pets and love animals. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have dogs or cats. I used to sleep early and keep a healthy lifestyle as well as would like to go to the gym. Party house is not suited to me. Looking forward to my ideal place in Hobart. ^ .^ Best regards, Stephanie
We have been live in Brisbane for almost one and a half years. My two years of Master's study at UTAS is going to start in OCT. At the same time, my partner just finished her Master's from UQ and started looking for a job opportunity. We are both friendly, also like to cook, go out for brunch, play board games and we are both tidy and reliable housemates.
I’m looking for a place in Hobart. I work in hospitality due to I love talking and interacting with people. I have lived in New Zealand for 7 years before I came to Australia! I’m very friendly and very easy going :) I’m a clean freak just putting it out there haha I just need a furnished room near hobart! I don’t prefer living right in city. I will have my car with me so it would be good if the suburb is about 15-30mins max to Hobart city. :)
Hey, I’m moving to Hobart in September and looking for somewhere to live, preferably with some flatmates! I’m pretty chilled out, tidy and enjoy hiking, climbing, keeping active as well as going for food and drinks. I’m from Ireland and have been living in Brisbane for a year- now looking to explore Tasmania! I work as a doctor in ED so preferably would like somewhere within walking/cycling distance to the hospital. I’m looking for a cosy flat that I can enjoy relaxing in and flatmates with similar interests who are up for hanging out and going for drinks/hikes with! A flat that is furnished would be preferable but would also be open to an unfurnished property in the right circumstances! I would also consider teaming up and renting a flat. Let me know if you’re interested 😊
