Seeking a mature aged Professional. Great location with a park opposite. Situated on a main road with a bus that would take you into Ballarat, Station & Federation University. My unit is private & secure, has central heating, air conditioning, nbn internet. Your room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe but I can help you locate furniture if needed. There is also a separate bathroom & toilet. I have a small friendly dog & cat so you would have to be animal friendly. Lastly I would obviously respect your space & privacy as I would expect of you. I'm easy going and friendly with a GSOH.
I am currently studying Primary Education at Federation University, I am looking for somewhere to live for at least three months, preferably longer if possible. Is always neat and tidy and is very handy with a vacuum cleaner and a mop. 4. Is a quiet and non-argumentative person, always eager to please and keep the peace. 5. All round, a very NICE and pleasant person, who would be an asset to any household !!!

Hey, we are Dan and Lucia, and we're seeking a room to rent preferably from December. We're a laid back couple moving to Ballarat from Adelaide. I'm an Australian, and my girlfriend is from Slovakia. We're both friendly and well-kept. I'll be working full time for Mars next year, and my girlfriend will also be working. In our spare time we enjoy travel and making the most of the city we're living in. We're open to people from all backgrounds, and we're excited to move in with some cool people. We're both non-smokers.

Hi everyone! I have 1 bedroom available for rent to suit a student or working professional, as I am moving. You would be sharing with one male and one female who are uni students. It is a brand new unit in Bridge St, Sebastopol. It is only a few months old. Still covered by builders warranty. Walking distance to Coles, Butchers, Pharmacy, Pizza, Fish n Chips and Pubs. Mount Helen campus is 6km, SMB & Camp St only 4km. Bus stops are a short walk if you need to catch one. Available Room is the second bedroom. It is the smaller one, however fits a large bed and drawers easily. It will be left for you to furnish, the rest of the house will be furnished. Rent would be $110 a week and bills (including Internet) will be divided equally between you. Bills have been super cheap thus far. There is parking available for your car if you have one. No pets as per the lease requirements, sorry! If you have anymore questions, feel free to contact me. Looking forward to hear from you :)
Hi Michaella and I are currently renting a nice brand new, 2 bedroom unit in Sebastopol; and were looking for a third housemate to rent the empty bedroom. As mentioned the house is brand new with brand new dishwasher, central heating and oven set installed, still under manufacturers warranty. The house is mostly furnished apart from the room. The place is less than 10 minutes away from Federation university Mt Helen and about 10 minutes away from town centre and only 2 minutes away from Coles supermarket (Sebastopol). Unlimited internet available. All bills are shared 3 ways.
Hi Huge apartment in Ballarat's cbd, in fact it would be hard to be more central! You really can walk outside to all that Ballarat has to offer! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double draw dishwasher and large washing machine. There's even linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. The apartment is so large that there is space for each tenant to have their own separate office at no extra charge! Nbn, gas and power bills are an extra $25 per week unless the bills are higher than budgeted.
Less than 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk (on my short legs) from Central Ballarat. Close to numerous bus stops. Gorgeous Homely 3 bedroom house in a very quiet neighbourhood. Decent sized backyard and air conditioner. Room has a small built in wardrobe.
