Hey! I’m looking for somewhere to live! I’ve been back in Ballarat for almost two years after some extensive travels. I’ve just been in a share house with two lovely girls for over a year but one bought her own place so we all moved out. So I’m staying at my parents until I find somewhere suitable. I’m open to share houses or somewhere by myself depending on the circumstances. Living with new people would be great as I’m happy to chit chat but also do my own thing and live a pretty busy life with full time work and socialising with friends and family. I work in Ballarat Central and go to Fernwood gym so I am flexible with the location. Length of stay is negotiable, but I’d prefer something for at least 6 months. Flexibility is preferred. At this stage I’m not really interested in living in the Sebastopol or Lucas areas. I would also prefer 2 or less housemates.
I’m a 17 year old student working part time at a restaurant, also studying at fed college 3-4 days a week, very friendly and responsible, like keeping to myself mostly but always down for a chat here and there. Looking for a nice quiet room where I can focus on my studies. Very reliable and will always pay bills on time
I am starting an acting course in Ballarat next year, looking to move there from Bendigo. I like reading, old movies, and being around good people. I'm not fussy about my accommodation: I don't need furnishings or anything fancy. Just something inexpensive.
I’m a first year Federation University student studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Performance Practice (Music Theatre). I’ve lived in sharehouses around Melbourne for the last 2 years so I’m good at living with a variety of people. Clean, quiet, non smoker who prefers a quiet night in over a crazy night out on the town.
** Available from 24th March. Art deco style, weatherboard home, large rooms, furnished or unfurnished bedroom available. Lovely rear garden and loads of storage space. Quiet street opposite the Redan Reserve and wetlands (lovely for walks), a 5-minute drive to the CBD and a 2-minute walk to supermarkets (Aldi and Woolworths), shops, bakeries, cafes, bus stop, everything you could need, really! I am self-employed and also a student. I often work from home but also travel to Melbs quite a bit. I am seeking a flatmate who is positive and easygoing! :) I have no age requirement, however, potential housemate must be working and/or a student. Also, no cats allowed, sorry! There is a lot of wildlife in the area. I am also the owner-occupier of the house. Pic of room to come (currently used for storage), but the room is large (3.7m x 3.7m), plenty of light and very clean. :)

Hi there! My name is Josh, and I'm looking to move into a home with my young cat. I'm definitely a homebody so I'm not looking at any parties or crazy late nights, but I enjoy staying in with a few movies and video games. I have started working full time at a new job so looking to move out of home and into a new place soon! I'm just looking for a bedroom to be able to relax in and a good place to have a laugh with my housemates!
Hey there my name is Ned. I am a legal professional who has recently acquired a full-time position in the Ballarat area. I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine. I love hitting the gym when I can, but otherwise I work 8:30-5 everyday and will be spending most weekends with my family back in Melb. I'm currently commuting everyday from Melb, so hoping to find a place asap.
Looking to move to Ballarat from North east Victoria. Working full time aswell as a possible new job still being full time. If that is to happen I’ll be staying part time and working 2 jobs. Easy going, clean, welcoming guy. Normally keep to myself, work orientated, and most days off I’ll be traveling to visit family and friends back in my home town.

I'm a 25yo graduate engineer currently working in Melbourne. I'll be starting my permanent full-time role in Ballarat at the beginning of March, so I'm planning to relocate around that time. I'm tidy and organised. I like my own quiet time but I'm also laid back and easy going; I don't mind having a chat/drink/meal with flatmates from time to time.

People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
