I am easy going and busy which doesn't leave me with much time at home. I am not a party animal and respectful of people needing a quiet house to sleep- there is nothing worse than noisy housemates keeping you up when you need to get up early the next morning! I do have a dog that needs a large backyard. She is dog and people friendly and would love it if there was another dog for her to play with. Her vaccinations are completely up to date.

Im a bit of a hippie type person (but i dont have dreads n do shower daily lol) enjoy the odd beverage and i do smoke although trying to give up ive had the same job for 7+ years in retail do different shifts and every 2nd weekend love the outdoors ie beach camping fishing etc ideally i will find somewhere with a patio that can house my plants and to chill out on after a day at work i have furniture etc but can put most into storage i also have a cat but if necessary he doesnt have to come too hope to hear something soon

This house is located in a court and all the neighbours surrounding are quiet and don't really hear or see anyone, my neighbours are fantastic, really helpful and nice people to chat to, they are in their early 30's, they mow my front yard without telling me haha very nice people. The Court is surrounding by bushland, with nice walking tracks and scenery, it kind of feels like your in the country, really nice area and I have not seen, heard or been told any stories or anything about any junkies or anyone running around this neighbourhood since i've been here (5 months now) so thats a big plus! :D My house is spacious and semi furnished, so if you have any furniture or anything that won't be a problem to find a spot for it :)

I am a social person, but I also like my space. I am currently unemployed due to moving to the Sunshine Coast to care for a partner who is now my ex (she was involved in a car accident). My likes are computers, movies and music are a passion, wine appreciation, a cold beer on a hot day, cooking when I can, karaoke, fishing and camping (haven't been for a while). People would say I am loyal, respectful and honest. I am an all round good natured guy. I am hoping to find a property where I can store, a rough guess coz I haven't counted them, 20 boxes of varying sizes. I have some musical equipment as well (guitars, pa system, carry case of leads and other stuff. I have my own queen size bed, a small computer desk and a Hisense 42" TV. I do have some other bits and pieces, a car that I can't drive do to loss of licence (Daewoo Matiz), so what I am really saying is, I'd like a large room and a place where I can store some stuff. I have been through quite enough over the last 14 years, loss of a wife to Pancreatic cancer, financially stripped by another woman, so I am looking for somewhere quiet to rebuild.
