Hi I'm Rhonda. I'm looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom preferably for myself so my grandson can visit from Queensland. Starting a new life after raising 5 kids and going through a divorce. Im a contract and hotel cleaner by trade, with certs in business administration. I'm wanting to go back to study in the Health care field. I'm a Sydney girl born and raised. Ive lived for the past 28 years in Queensland Gold Coast. I'm a happy person and have a close friend and family living in Daylesford that I've known for nearly 20 years.
I am a nanny who loves baking, keeps a tidy house, and prefers a good book and early bedtime to anything else. I ride horses, I'm an excellent baker (there will constantly be tasty, healthy baked goods in the house), and I will be studying Nursing/Paramedicine in Ballarat this year, so I'm looking for somewhere to stay while I study.
Hi! I'm Caroline and I have recently moved to Ballarat but looking to find a more convenient location, closer to Uni/Melbs. I'm on the wrong side at the moment! I'm studying Health/PE at Fed and also working as a coach at F45 in town and as a swimming instructor. So i'm very busy with early starts and late nights, i'm not home very often! I think I'm pretty fun, I enjoy wine and cheese and the occasional binge session as you do. I also enjoy sitting in silence. Whatever is going. I love cooking, so sorry if you're on a diet there will probably be many baked goods in the house. I'm also keen on seeing live music as often as possible, so it would be nice to not have to go alone! I'm have no specific dates, but hopefully I can meet some like-minded people and all our stars align.
Hey! I’m looking for somewhere to live! I’ve been back in Ballarat for almost two years after some extensive travels. I’ve just been in a share house with two lovely girls for over a year but one bought her own place so we all moved out. So I’m staying at my parents until I find somewhere suitable. I’m open to share houses or somewhere by myself depending on the circumstances. Living with new people would be great as I’m happy to chit chat but also do my own thing and live a pretty busy life with full time work and socialising with friends and family. I work in Ballarat Central and go to Fernwood gym so I am flexible with the location. Length of stay is negotiable, but I’d prefer something for at least 6 months. Flexibility is preferred. At this stage I’m not really interested in living in the Sebastopol or Lucas areas. I would also prefer 2 or less housemates.
Situated in the quiet location of Brown Hill is this very tidy property, just 10 mins from Federation University Campus and Ballarat Hospital, and 5 mins from Soldiers Hill train station. There is a bus stop right outside the house, and a convenience store, fish and chip shop, post office and liquor store within 100m. Offering 3 good sized bedrooms, one with built in robes, one updated bathroom with bath, shower and vanity and one brand new bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet. House has a large laundry room. The Open plan living area is warmed by a gas heater and cooled with a split system Air-conditioner. The kitchen over looks the separate meals area and offers a dishwasher, gas cook top and plenty of bench and cupboard space. The property is located on approx. 396m2 with its own access off Humffray Street, there is also single carport with direct access into the living room.
I am a busy 28 year old health professional looking to rent out a fully furnished bedroom in Invermay Park. The house is within walking distance of the closest supermarket and 5 minutes drive from Ballarat train station, the CBD, Ballarat Base and St John of God Hospital, Australian Catholic University and Federation University Camp street campus. Public transport options are good, with the route 4 bus line passing the house and travelling to Ballarat train station and the Ballarat CBD area. The room itself is fully contained and the bathroom is shared with one roommate. A garage parking spot may be available by negotiation. The house is fully furnished with all facilities including standard kitchen appliances, fridge, front loading washing machine, NBN internet and a smart television. There are two separate living areas, an open plan kitchen and paved courtyard area perfect for entertaining. The rent payment of $120 excludes utility bills. The house is currently connected to Telstra NBN broadband and use is available and negotiable. My roommate and I are both friendly, easy going people to live with! Our living arrangement would most likely suit a busy and independent young professional but university students are also welcome to apply. Keen gardeners get bonus points as we have just started a vegetable garden and would appreciate all the help we can get! Given our busy schedules and desire to keep the living space clean and functional, we would expect our new housemate to become involved in our cleaning and gardening roster. If my house sounds appealing to you, please send through a brief paragraph about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

I’ve lived in sharehouses around Melbourne for the last 2 years so I’m good at living with a variety of people. We are two young professionals moving to Ballarat after spending the last two years working and travelling in London. I will be looking for work once I arrive and Allan has a full time job lined up. We are looking to meet new people and make friends in Ballarat and would be happy to stay long term in the right house We are pretty chilled out people, like exploring places and getting outdoors. We are not big fans of partying, instead more than happy to chill at home with a beer or two. I am a crafty and musical person and will be bringing a keyboard, and Allan enjoys photography and playing squash. Bonus points for houses with pets.
