I currently live in Melbourne with my partner, I am essentially looking for a quiet place to rest my head whilst working away from home during the week. I'm a creative nature lover- I love to paint, go on adventures outdoors and read. I'm neat and tidy.
Please note, photos are taken from old internet pics. I will post updated ones when I move in. This house is peaceful and quiet. Bush setting, big yard, combustion heater, indoor laundry, floorboards, views including water hole, bath. Spacious with separate ding and lounge rooms. Naturally decorated, tasteful and clean. Spacious bedroom.
I’m Jodi, I’m 39 years old, a self employed florist and a horticulture student, and best friend to a tuxedo cat. She’s 15, an adorable layabout, house trained and very affectionate. I live quietly although I am social and like to share a meal and a glass of wine. I’m respectful of personal space and very clean and tidy.
I'm a fun, playful and nature loving individual with a keen interest in all types of arts, including dance, writing and fashion design. I'm clean, respectful and considerate. A Dream Therapist and Counsellor I am looking for a calm and tranquil home, preferably surrounded by nature and close to my Youth Work position. Spirituality, and quiet time is important to me, I love connecting with others too and am often away co-facilitating events and spending time with friends :) I'm keen to either live alone or share a home with others, who are also social, and respect and honour quiet time too. Look forward to meeting with you!
Only 2 minutes from supermarkets and town centre. Big yard with great outdoor entertainment area with a pool. 2 lounge rooms, plenty of space in the house. Backs onto the local footy oval if your looking for a place to go on a Saturday.

My name is Danni and I am about to move to Ballarat from Melbourne for work! I am 23 years old and have lived out of home for nearly five years so I am very used to paying rent and bills (all on time might I add). I have a 2.5 year old golden retriever (Ollie) who comes as a package deal...He is very well behaved and loves cuddles & pats - he also gets along with nearly every other dog he has met. He does usually sleep inside but will is trained to stay in his bed (although he might greet you of a morning at your bedroom door if he hears your alarm go off though haha). As I said I’m relocating from Melbourne where I am currently living by myself. I’m used to keeping myself company but also love hanging out and chatting over wine & cheese and Netflix! I am a newly graduated dietitian and therefore love cooking & trying new recipes - happy to share my creations! I am also a personal trainer so stay pretty active between running & going to the gym :) I’m not looking to move until around August 13th (but flexible if I need to pay prior to this)!

Hi I have a lovely modern open plan home. I have 2 rooms available and prefer females as I have a 6 yr old daughter. We are quite and keep to ourselves mostly, I don’t mind a chat now and then. I work in healthcare and understand how hard it is to get somewhere to live whilst on placement so welcome short termers. If your keen let’s chat.
I have a room for rent in two bedroom, one and a half bath town house in Brown Hill. Right opposite the brown hill reserve, close to shops, public transport, pub, and petrol station. This town house has central heating, has a study area which is not being used and comes with a small back yard.
We are a community of Indian students and full time workers. The house is great. It is safe and secure and clean. The room would suit an Indian student/worker but all are welcome as we are a welcoming and friendly group. We are all busy but have time to chat. It is not a party house. The room is spacious, private and bright and overlooks the garden. It is fully furnished, including bed, wardrobe, desk, hard wired smoke detector, emergency lighting, safety switches, and lockable door. House is two storey, spacious and modern; living area is furnished with lounge suite and 42" LED TV, kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances. House also features laundry with washing machine, pool table, big backyard. Bus stop at corner and we have a short cut to Uni via Yankee Flat road. $145 p/w (includes ALL bills, gas, electricity, water, cleaner, and internet)
Beautiful 2 acre property just 3 km to lake Wendouree or Ballarat train station. Enjoy the willow flanked lake views where ducks, native birds and even sometimes wallabies play. A large stone and cedar building where you can enjoy your own tv/lounge room or share meals with a mature professional couple. Serenity within central Ballarat!
Hi We are one working professional and a student, 27 and 30, looking for a third flatmate. The house is furnished, tidy and has a peaceful environment. The bedroom is unfurnished. Ideally, we are looking for someone who works full time, 9-5 type hours as we do and is respectful of other flatmates. The room available is a decent size with a large wardrobe with shelving. The room will be available from the 22nd of July I look forward to meeting you. =-)

I am an easygoing guy from Sweden who enjoys fitness, photography and travel. Searching for a place in Ballarat where I will work for three months (work holiday). I am a respectul individual who will do my part in the shared accomodation (clean, wash dishes, maintainance, etc). I consider myself a quite positive person who enjoys meeting new people. I will be working at the Sovereign Hill Museum and would prefer to stay somewhere not too far away. Any questions? Ask away! =)
My name is Georgia. I'm 19, and looking to move out. I've deferred studies for this year, and looking to start studies again in 2019. I'm currently working at a local thai restaurant and am currently looking for another job. I'm vegan, I love cooking, and getting out and about (hikes, runs (but not too far aha), random road trips, etc.). I love pets so I don't mind if the house has one. Looking for something central, I do have my license. Looking to spend under $200/week including bills if possible. Aiming on moving out early to mid september .
I will be moving to Ballarat in the coming months due to work relocation. I am employed full time in the public service and have been a renting housemate for 4 years now. I am laid back but I am always on time with bills and rent, and I also like to keep communal areas clean and tidy and always up for socialising. I tend to spend lots of time at the gym and trying to stay outdoors. Please let me know if this sounds appropriate and if you have any questions!
This is a lovely 2 story large modern country house with 2 open fireplaces and split systems, large TV, the house is in the town of Trentham walking distance to the shops, hotels and restaurants. There is a bus service to Kyneton, Woodend and Daylesford to hook up with the train services. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, 1 toilet and shower is downstairs and the other shower, king bath and toilet is upstairs where I sleep. The two bedrooms are downstairs with a queen bed in each. The house is very clean, there is a webber on the back deck and a Japanese pond around the backyard, fruit trees in the front yard in Spring/Summer. It gets cold so be prepared adjust and manage the warmth of the house through feeding the wood on the fires over winter it can hit 1 degree. There isn't any room for you to bring your own furniture as the house is fully furnished. I work 6 days a fortnight in a hospital in Melbourne so I'm not there alot so you need to be independent.
