Looking for a place around Penrith, Emu Plains or lower Blue Mtns, ideally Glenbrook / Blaxland. I'm 34, work full time for digital marketing company in a sales role, previously market research and marketing. I'd like to think I get along with all walks of life, I'm a people person and Big Friendly Giant 6' 5. I pull my weight with housework but without being anal / annoying. I can give you space or happy to chat and socialise. I believe in being authentic, honest and dependable, I will respect you and I expect you to respect me. Looking to join a sociable household but would prefer to avoid a complete 'blowout' party house, but the occasional drink / dinner would be great. I'm in to my sports but I don't obsess over it. I'm an amicably seperated dad but kids dont stay with me. The reason I'm looking at Penrith / Emu Plains / lower Blue Mtns is to be near my kids. Cheers
I have a little six year old house and toilet trained make de sexed pug cross. His beautiful. I'm loyal honest trustworthy. I pay rent on time all the time. I'm very clean/tidy. Friendly and not a nuisance at all. I have just moved over from Perth near on three weeks ago so just getting my foot in the door but me and my lil guy need a place to live asap
The home has 2 living spaces, large kitchen, open plan living. There's also a pool with a great outdoor space. Only 3kms to the train station and the bus stop is just around the corner. We also have 2 cats and 2 dogs, all the perks of unconditional love without the responsibility!
Lovely house with bushy outlook. Large living area looking onto bush. Double bedroom with queen bed, bedside tables, built -in wardrobe and desk if required. Whole house furnished, includes all bills, internet, cleaner and gardener. Not suitable for pets, smokers or couples.
I work 3 days a week as a vet nurse, study law but money is not an issue (I'm very economical and have a sound savings account). I can provide references, including work references once I view a potential houseshare. I am searching to share a place with one other person only - I'm looking for accommodation for 6 months and over. I am quiet and tidy - I spend most of my time free studying during uni semesters. My leisure past times include watching movies and reading. I have a small circle of friends but would mostly be spending time at their places. I would also be spending about one night a week at my mum's place. I embrace people from all backgrounds, if you don't and/or are conservative then I'm likely not the housemate for you. I don't smoke, do drugs or have overnight guests. I currently have one foster cat who will be going up for adoption in the near future - he lives in a big collapsible cage.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
We are both quite, tidy and like to keep busy. I am from Forster and am in my third year of Engineering. Tom is from Jindabyne and works part time. We both enjoy the outdoors and love travelling. We are about to come back from our summer road trip and are looking for a friendly place to live.
We're both very tidy, fun, loving, driven peeps :) Both get along very easily with others. Jonny's a mechanic and I'm a Chef so serviced cars and yummy food for our new family! :) Both dreamers and would love to travel to world and become the best people we can possibly be!
I'd prefer to share a house with one other person only, and would prefer a female. I'm a relaxed, friendly person, who is clean, respectful and non-intrusive. I like relaxing in front of the TV, gardening and meditating. I work full time, and I have an indoor/outdoor cat I adore. I enjoy socialising, but I'm fairly quiet. Both my cat and I like dogs and other pets.
I am looking for a clean tidy modern and quite place to stay with my own toilet and x1 car space. I would need also a big kitchen and fridge and I do prep my meals for the week ahead. I work full time from monday-saturday and I am looking for a place with no pets, no smokers, no kids and no party animals. Thank you!
Hi, my name is Jay and I'm looking forward to starting a startup in Australia. I'm looking for flatmates as well to divide expenses. I'm a no-complaints kind of person. I'm respectful and very easy to be with. I'm sufficiently social and good for downtime chat. Only occasionally do I drink and I don't smoke. Feel free to message me, even if you too are looking for a place yourself, I personally read all of them. As a software engineer, I presently create VR games for a living and will definitely miss doing so. I'll have an HTC Vive or a Microsoft Hololens at the place that I'm glad to share with everyone - it's tons of fun (and so I am to be with)!
I'm very very neat, I'm quiet and easy going, friendly. I'm 40 years old, I'm a student and sub- teach when needed. I'm very capable of paying $ 200 a week rent , I have been paying $860 a month over the last 18 months. I really would really like to stay in the Emu plains, Penrith area as I have Lived here most my life. I love music, movies, trivia and dance. Thank You

My name is Laura, I am 27, and I am an outgoing, friendly, and responsible person who is very clean, tidy and respective of others and their space. I work 5/6 days a week for 2 casual jobs between a coffee shop and in mental health policy in the city, which is about to become permanent part-time. While I am outgoing and like to meet new people, I would be a quiet housemate who always tidies up after themselves (I hate mess!). I'm also keen to make new friends and get out of my comfort zone. I am very organised and responsible, so bills would always be paid on time! I also have no outstanding debt (except for HECs, if that counts?! Haha). I have no pets (they'd stay at my parents) but I love animals if you have them (especially cats) and love people any age from all walks of life, other cultures and LGBTI individuals. In my off time I like to write, read like crazy, binge watch television shows, play soccer, and trying new things/going to new places. I am trying to move out of my dads, just because I am trying to be a bit more independent! I also have my own car. Contact via flatmates.com is preferred :)
I now have a free room in my house for rent as the current housemate has given 4 weeks notice. The room is available from short (minimum 3 months) and long term stays. The house is furnished and naturally well lit. We all work full time and different shifts so the house is normally quiet for everyone who's there. The house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Lounge room includes a TV with Nintendo 64, Xbox 360 and Xbox 1. The room is large (4.3m x 4m) and upstairs with a nice view of the bush and flowers (house is very colourful in Spring/Summer.) Upstairs is one other bedroom near the bathroom and kitchen. There's a terrace area and a large stepped grass backyard backing onto bush. Photos are a bit dated we have a more organised lounge room and a nicer dining table. Please note the furnishings of the bedroom photo are very similar but not the same as offered. Offered is a queen bed with matching bedside tables and desk along with an Ergoflex memory foam mattress. Also includes inbuilt wardrobes a 50 Inch TV and bookcase. All furniture is optional. About myself: I'm a 22 year old working full time and studying Law/Business at Uni. I'm very open minded and can get along with anyone. Krystal is 26 and a yoga teacher while also working part time in staircase sales. She's very down to earth and friendly. Harley works in sales and is a pretty laid back person. Andrew works in construction and is very easy going. Feel free to message me with any questions.
Hi! My name's Melinda, I'm a very considerate, friendly and easy-going 36/yo fashion/costume designer & blogger who's just moved back to Sydney after living in Brisbane for 12 years. I've just been accepted into the Bachelor of Fashion Design at Sydney TAFE and I need to find a new place to live before I can move the rest of my stuff down from Brisbane. I ned somewhere quiet and peaceful, especially at night. (If I have to study and work in the city I need a peaceful oasis to retreat to!) And I'd prefer being close to a park/nature or at least having a decent garden. I’m hoping to find somewhere which also has a bit of extra space for my industrial sewing machine (new Juki industrial model so it's quiet) and sewing & craft stuff. I'm a bit quirky, creative, and geeky. I love my pop culture & SciFi and I sometimes work at pop culture expos like Supanova/ComicCon. I love pets (but dont have any) and it would be a dream come true to share with someone who has pets or allows me to have one I used to volunteer at the RSPCA so I'm seriously missing my cat cuddle time! I'm happy to live pet-free for a while longer though (I have allergies anyway 😂), as long as I can find somewhere to volunteer with animals or visit the zoo. I love my yoga, my yoga mat, & Gaia TV subscription. I'm keen to learn more about permaculture and sustainable living so if you have a garden (or at least a balcony suitable for growing things) then even better! I own a Vitamix and am willing to share :) I also love my Netflix, Stan & downloaded SciFi series when I have time to actually watch something. Oh and I need good wireless internet access for my various gadgets :D

Everyone that walks through the door says 'this is a home'. It's a free-standing three-bedroom property that I have fully furnished from bedroom to laundry. It has a backyard, air conditioning, a big TV, BBQ, piano, bathtub, separate toilet, garage, shed, and is in a great neighbourhood with bush surroundings. It's close to Lapstone train station, bus stops, the local sporting ovals/netball courts, and the village of Glenbrook. It's also a short drive into Penrith and Nepean Hospital (for those who may be contracted to work at the hospital and need somewhere nice to stay). There's plenty of places to take a nice stroll, and it's close to the Nepean River (great for a kayak).
This property is located on the Neapen river close to Penrith cbd , big room queen bed , fridge kettle and microwave air conditioning and wifi all included in the rent , you have your own entry too ..
