Hi, I'm Andy, I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into a 2 bedroom place next year from February. I am pretty laid back, am a writer and have had on/off jobs, but am hoping to get more stable work before 2019. I am very respectful of others, I clean up after myself and am tidy. I don't smoke and enjoy red wine but don't drink heavily, I don't have any pets but don't have a problem with them. When I'm not working I spend most of my time writing, reading, video gaming, bushwalking oh and one of my favourite activities, sleeping XD. If you're interested in sharing with a chill awesome elf dude feel free to drop me a line :)
Just finish my engineering studies in Victoria. Moving down to Hobart for work. Starting in late September or early October. Looking for a medium term room, no need for it to be furnished. I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing cricket and having a few beers/wines.

Just up the road from the iconic North Hobart restaurant strip and public transport, a short bicycle ride away from the CBD, nestled close to Knocklofty and within walking distances to Hill St grocer and the West Hobart butcher... Unmetered street parking is available, and there is dual access from Cato Avenue and Valley St. Bills (internet, gas, electricity, water) will be shared amongst housemates. The rooms are spacious and cosy. One room is smaller at 185/week and the other is much larger at 205/week. * Only the large upstairs room is available now.
Meiry and I have just taken a lovely house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It just takes 10 minutes walk to bus station and 25min to city. We are looking for a neat and tidy female roommate. Single room is for $200/week. Sorry no pets or smoking. We are girls in 20s，both easy-going and always busy with work/study in the daytime. No inspection coz the we could not obtain the key until 12/8，and unfortunately the owner is not in hobart after 20th of July. But we can provide you some short vedio about the house，it is really lovely！Sorry for the inconvenience.
We currently have a huge, bright bedroom available for rent in a fully furnished house. We are located just off Augusta road on a quiet little street behind Calvary hospital. Unlimited WIFI is included - all other bills are split evenly. Bedroom has a huge amount of space and has a wall heater and Queen bed (can remove furniture if you have your own). The house has a well equipped kitchen, sun room, separate lounge and bathroom with bath/shower. It has been newly painted with new kitchen fittings and new floor boards throughout. Ou laundry is downstairs and we have a washing machine and dryer. We also have a large fenced backyard with fruit trees. We are a short 10 minute walk to North Hobart shops, restaurant and bars and a 5 minute walk to Lenah valley cafes and shops and main bus stops. Current lease is until march 2019 with the option to renew. Dog lover is a MUST.
Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Sunny living area. Very quiet block of units in a great location a block from the North Hobart restaurant strip. Bus route is a few hundred meters away. 30 minute walk to the CBD. House is fully equipped and bathroom has bath + shower and washer + dryer. The room has king single bed, built in robe, plus Tv.
The room is medium in size. There are no furnishings in the room, but this could be a possibility if need. Available would be queen bed and dressing table and desk. The house is fully furnished. Shared spaces include a dining room and sunroom. There is also a lovely garden to enjoy as well. The house has heating - heat pump. Location: Close to Augusta Road which has public transport. You will also be a couple minutes walk from Salamanca Fresh (supermarket) and cafes. Happy to consider short or long-term renter. Rent does not include bills such as internet and electricity - which is split equally. Water is paid for by the landlord.
Hey! I’m re-locating to Hobart for work in August and looking for a place for 6-12 months at first. During the week, I am mostly working, dodging gym or watching a TV show after work. I like to get up early, do my meal prep on the weekends, and be a slob on Sundays. Pretty considerate about others’ privacy and hope my future housemate/s are the same. Pretty easy going otherwise, so I’d be more than happy to chill on the weekends, have the occasional beer after work. Feel free to shoot me a message if you’d like to look at places together or have a room in your place you’d like to rent out.
We're 2 uni students in our early 20s looking for one or two like-minded housemates for starting a new share house. We're both bright, bubbly and friendly people, who are clean and considerate and would love to find someone alike to us to move in with. Looking at suburbs around the city and close to the uni. We both look forward to hearing from you guys :)
I'm student who study IT in UTAS, and i just move to Hobart for couple days. Hi! My name is Lykke (sort of pronounced Lugga), and I am looking for a room in a share-house. I have been living in a share-house in Sandy Bay for a year and a half now, but as the owner of my current house is moving back in I am on the hunt for a new home. I can't imagine not living in a share-house as I love the company and having people around, but I am also respectful of others' need for privacy as I also enjoy down-time by myself. I finished my journalism degree at UTAS in December and am currently freelancing as a videographer and I also have a casual travel advisor job in an information centre. I am hoping to start my master's degree beginning early next year. I love hanging out with my friends, I bushwalk a fair bit, and I am always keen to chat over a beer/wine/drink or go to concerts/other events. I really just try to take advantage as much as I can of our amazing surroundings. I always clean up after myself so the kitchen is ready for the next person and I like a clean home, so I do my part to keep it that way! Cheers, Lykke

Hey, My name is Stephen a 26 year old full time employed marine biologist. I'm originally from Melbourne, but moved to Hobart in August of last year. With the recent storm event, my room in a share house in Taroona was flooded, and requires too much repair for me to stay. I've lived in share houses in Melbourne, Hobart and overseas. I am clean, respectful, easy going and have made many good friends from my previous share houses. I enjoy anything involving the water, getting outside, music and relaxing with a movie. Also, I wasn't really sure how long to list the stay so just did 9 months. I hope to hear from you, Stephen

We are friendly, clean individuals and happy to share a house with others. Please send me a message if you have anything available for next year, thank you!
Raised and studied engineering in Hobart, before moving up north for work. Now back in Hobart I’ve got a permanent job with a consulting firm in Hobart. I like to get out and about of a weekend as well as travel, love watching and playing sport when I’ve got some spare time. Pretty clean/tidy and considerate of others, and I’ve never had issues with housemates in the past. Keen to move in for the remainder of 2018, but am flexible on what works with others.
From what my previous roomies and friends say, I am a funny guy who is friendly and clean. I've been in Melbourne since 2013 and moving to Hobart to pursue a Diploma in Leadership.
