We are on 5 acres, living communally however everyone has their own space and bathroom, so don' t have to socialise if you don't feel like it. Beautiful property, with access to spa most weekends. Close to Amy Gillet bike track. Garden area available if wanted. We have a room in main house available with ensuite, for short or long term $200 and we also have a self contained 1 bedroom cottage area available for 6 months (rent neg) whilst my daughter is travelling overseas. Probable will help if you like dogs as they live at back of cottage. :)

Final semester of studying environmental science, working 4 days a week doing bush regeneration in morialta/black hill conservation parks. Looking for a hills change to share with a lovely group who are interested in gardens, growing things, cooking things, making things, personal reading/thinking times, wine and beverage times, and don't mind a gorgeous border collie X blue heeler that fell into my lap (that is very housetrained but just needs a bit of love)

Hi future roomies, I am currently a studying Teaching at Mawson Lakes (3rd Year) and my partner works full time (fully qualified mechanic). We are both easy going, clean and are just wanting somewhere affordable to live. We do have a dog. His name is Max and we absolutely adore him. He is currently both an indoor and outdoor dog but if needed he could just be an outside dog (although he does really love a cuddle!). We hope that we can find some great housemates really soon! Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi all!! I'm new to looking at living with someone who I don't know personally but looking forward to it!! I work full time with odd and flexible hours at times. I have lived in many share houses with friends before so understand and respect personal space but if you want to chat over a glass or 2 of wine after work I can definitely do that too!! Looking to live with someone/people around the same age who I can hopefully live easily with. I like cooking, shopping and socialising. I'm not a neat freak but very clean and tidy
I'm after respectful housemates to fill 2 spare bedrooms. One is a rather large room and the other is just a normal size double room. Couples are welcome, cost per week will be more. The house is in a quiet dead end street with plenty of nature around, has reverse cycle air cond. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 6 minute walk to the nearest pub and Anstey hill hiking area. I'm after just respectful people, that's the only thing I ask for.
I have rented properties for the last 6 and a half years, I have a perfect rental history. Great rental reference and personal references. I am down to earth, friendly and keep to myself, although always happy to chat and join in and have a movie night etc.
I am a happy, outgoing entrepreneur who loves playing guitar, dancing, playing tennis, meditating, healthy eating and living, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
I am a 63 year old widow of 18 months who has retired. Currently staying with a friend but looking to move on to accommodation that is safe and quiet. I am a quiet person who is clean, tidy and responsible. I pay my bills on time and respect other peoples property.
Hi, I'm Saritha. I am 22 and from Germany where I just finished my studies. I would like to attend a one-year-course at TAFE SA so I need to find a suitable stay for me for the beginning of may. I've already been to Adelaide for six months and I really enjoyed it. I'm a quiet and tidy person. Feel free to message me if you want to know more :)
Hi Everyone, I'm Molly! I am 19 and currently undertaking a certificate in bar tending to gain employment in hospitality. Although i am not currently working i am very keen, motivated (have a history of work in hospitality) and am confident i will have a job in no time. Don't worry about the rent as i am on Centrelink and also awesome at budgeting :) I am living with my sister at the moment and would like to move out to gain some independence (normal sibling rivalry!) Looking for a house with friendly, upbeat and bubbly tenant(s) (as that is how i would describe myself). I respect others privacy and like my own sometimes too, however happy to share a beer/wine/fancy cocktail when the occasion calls for it. I like to be clean and tidy and am known for my skills in the kitchen, (specifically my legendary spag bol recipe - sorry but i cannot reveal the secret ingredient!) I am available to move in whenever and furnished or unfurnished works for me. If you are wanting to find out more about your potentially new and awesome housemate, please feel free to contact me Cheers Molly :D
