Seeking a room to rent in the hills as our lease is running out in Feb 2018 :) I’m 28, work full time in the city, study and also work casually in a cafe on weekends. I have two horses in Balhannah which take up most of the rest of my time! I’m easy going, respectful of other people’s belongings, quiet and considerate but do love a good wine and cheese night! I like to be conservative with electricity and water usage and come with bonus access to free fire wood. I like to clean but am a bit of a failure at using lawnmowers and the like.. I also have a male Dalmatian who has just turned 2! He is really good with other dogs but does chase cats. He’s fully house trained, doesnt dig, doesn’t chew on furniture and is really just a (giant) lap dog with huge personality. Max budget is around $120-$140, some/all bills included is a bonus but not totally essential.
Hi my name is Arron, I am 30 y.o. but I look a lot younger than my age. I am currently single & I work full time with no pets. I'm also a non smoker! I am clean, & a hygiene conscious person. I respect others & hope for the same in return, as I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am down to earth & get along with most personalities. I enjoy going out some weekends to visit family or to let off some steam with friends. When I am home I usually like to watch a few movies or play the Xbox online with friends. If I'm living with a housemate I'm usually the type to do my own thing as I'm independent, but enjoy the occasional chat & banter. I respect others privacy & hope for the same. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Hi my name is Kim, and I'm 26, currently looking for something in or around the mount barker area. I work part time and intend to start studying come the new year. I'm quiet and clean, enjoy good company and spending time with family. I'm looking for a 4-6 month stay with the option to extend if need be.

The room offered is very private at the back of the house and it is fully furnished. My room is at the front. Property also has beautiful views of rolling green hills at the front. Lovely old stone settlers cottage which keeps nice and cool in summer. Lease will be up June 2018. You will be able to take it over yourself as I am moving out.
Large 3 bedroom house, in a quiet estate in Nairne. Wifi included in rent, all other bills halved. Private room & bathroom. Air condiotioning, open living and dining area. Netflix. Must love dogs as I have 2 very friendly Rottweilers. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, on the opposite side of the house to the main bedroom
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I come with all my own homey goods. I love terrible comedy movies, and I'm always down for a wine and movie night. I don't drive, but I'm learning. (So would need to be near bus/train) I find my own way everywhere, very independent and self sufficient. Pay my own bills etc etc all that good stuff. I am a dog enthusiast, a Netflix expert and a snack queen. Majority of my time during the week after work is spent sleeping or watching the horrendous part of YouTube. Weekends I spend with my partner (sometimes at their house, most of the time they come to me). I really don't know what to write here...

Unlimited NBN internet available at $30 a month. Spare room available as a study or otherwise. Bedroom comes with a double bed and a bedside cupboard which can be taken out if need be for your own furnishings. Fridge, small washing machine and air-conditioning available. Crockery(cups, bowls, cutlery etc) and cooking utensils free to use. Plenty of space for other furnishings or belongings throughout the house. I am a quiet, easy to get along with guy in his early 30's. Looking for someone who can pay rent and split the bills on a reliable basis and that is easy to get along with. I'll be asking potential tenants to fill out a form for the real estate agent just as a safety precaution to check rental history, but that is after we are both happy to go ahead. In other words feel free to inquire. Potential to stay beyond six months for those interested. I work full-time and I cannot take my phone into work with me so if I don't get back to you straight away don't panic, I will check and get back to you asap.
27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. I'm currently studying art therapy and running a small online business solutions company from home. Due to the nature of the business I don't need to have clients come to me so my office space is contained to my desk. My passion is creating awareness around mental illness and I'm working towards becoming a peer worker in the future. I love to create! Whether it be with food, woodwork, painting/art therapy, quirky gifts or something to personalise my space such as unique decore pieces. But don't let this scare you off, I have respect for others boundaries and I like to keep a tidy household. Finding someone to contribute with housework on a roster would be great. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.
Full-time professional worker. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house with maximum 2 other people or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. Not specific in area. Just looking for the right place and people. Cheers
I'm 28 year old male, easy going and respectful. I work full time and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Looking to rent around the adelaide hills area. Cheers,
Easy going Non-smoker (I would prefer to live with non-smokers) out-going I don’t really drink much alcohol due to the fact I’m a lightweight and I’m not much for clubbing Often out (work full time and tend to keep busy) Due to renting I don’t have any pet HOWEVER i have no issue living with someone who does! I’ld likely offer to walk your dog if you have one (might love animals)
Hello! My name is Hannah and I'm currently 19 years of age! My lease runs out in February and so I would like to move in then. I have just recently completed my SACE and am now focussed on looking for a job - I am on Centrelink and able to pay bills and rent on time. Whilst I do love my odd night outs, I do like being at home either in my room or talking with my roommates. I'm ideally looking for a house where the tennants and I can have dinner together with a movie but will also let me smoke (outside) and let me have my fur baby. 😊 (Yes, I am aware that there is a dog in my picture and not a cat).
I love cleaning and cooking , very sociable and respectful of people. I love people and would do anything to make a individual happy. Best roommate /housemate you will ever have !
Hi my name is Jess and I just graduated high school in Victor Harbor. Due to lack of work in my town I’m looking to move to Adelaide or the surrounding areas for better job opportunities with the possibility of starting university next year or working full time during a gap-year. I am an organised, neat and mature person for my age as I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 and meeting new people and socialising are really important to me, but I also enjoy a little me time. I love to go out and discover new things, or on occasion stay home and read or watch tv shows. I’m looking to move at the end of December 2017 and I am looking for easygoing, fun and bubbly household which will make sharing a house enjoyable and easy.
