I am quite and respectful person that enjoys a glass a wine with dinner. I like my own space and respect others privacy as well. I am looking for a one bedroom with space to be able to do my computer work. I would prefer to have my own bathroom but I am flexible to share. I also would prefer to be able to put my car in a garage as a preference or off street parking if possible. I am a relaxed person with a funny disposition and very easy going and if I can’t hear you please don’t take offence you can make as much noise in the mornings as I wont hear you (lol) as I wear a cochlear implant but I am a great communicator. I can clearly talk there is no need to sign for me as I can hear.

I am a non smoker, non drinker, open minded, easy going, articulate and a well travelled retired single male, with no kids or pets, who enjoys good conversation, mixed with a little 'old school' thinking... don't own or need a TV or stereo, but a reliable internet connection is essential...
