Hi there I am looking for a responsible, respectful and friendly housemate to share my recently built, quiet and spacious 3bedroom house in Kingston. I am a female in my late 20's, ok nearly 30 (cough cough) that works full time, mostly nights in the hotel industry. I'd say I'm a pretty easy person to live with (which i'm sure my current roommate could account for) I enjoy a glass of wine and a chat but totally respect privacy and wanting to have your own space. Safe and secure Home and Location. Very quiet, sunny, street. Plus you'll get to say your address is Kitty Way, which most of the time people don't believe is a real address. AVAILABLE EARLY NOVEMBER - Expected Rent: $160 per week (negotiable) - Power and Internet bills split evenly. NBN Internet Access with 300BG data plan. Internet only $30 a month. Perfect for anyone who's studying or like me loves Netflix and streaming. - Bond: $500 - References from previous landlord or roommates required. If you have any questions about me and my little house or are interested please shoot me through an email. Looking forward to hearing from you :-) Emily
It is a large home in the foothills of Mount Wellington. It has its own veggie patch and fruit trees. There is a large open lounge with wood-fire heating, a sunny kitchen with deck, bathroom and laundry. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with only one room rented along with myself in one of the others. Built-ins. It feels like you are in your own private bush retreat but only 10 minutes to town and an awesome view of the mountain
I'm starting post grad study at UTas in Feb 2017, so I'm looking for a place to share which is within biking distance of the uni. I'm quiet, nonjudgemental and easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising on occasion but also very happy to take time alone. I keep communal spaces neat and clean. I've worked as a vet nurse, so if you have any fluffy or feathery friends I would love to help you feed/walk/love them if ever needed.
Retired seafaring engineer, enrolled as a student at Utas, just for me. I own my own unit, so I'm used to living alone, handy, thoughtful, private. I no longer smoke or drink. I need a room (unfurnished O.K.), would prefer own bathroom and use of the kitchen. Off-street parking essential, preferably covered. The more suitable the accommodation, the longer the proposed stay.

Currently I work as a casual salesperson at a local company (full time hours) & am employed in the Australian army reserves as my part time job. I enjoy keeping fit and active, am easy going, clean and tidy yet not over compulsive. Also love a laughXD
I own a photo booth business so what's not to love about that? I also work full time on top of that. I'm into mountain biking and binge watching Netflix series like Archer, Bojack Horseman and Brooklyn Nine Nine. Looking for a place in or around Hobart preferably on the northern side as I work on that side of the city. Needed ASAP!

I am a quiet, friendly, neat and easy going person, who has moved to Hobart from the North West of Tasmania. I enjoy sport (both playing and watching), video games, reading, keeping active.
Hey there! Looking for a nice relaxing space where I can zone out. Whilst I am friendly, honest and responsible and ideally would like to share a meal with future housemates every now and again, I do treasure my own space/time. I love coffee, cats and dogs, traveling to new spaces, photography, getting about outside and keeping myself active. Things I would find hard to work with in a houseshare situation are smoking and really loud personalities.
The property is situated In a quiet leafy area with beautiful views of Mt Wellington. The Townhouse is very bright and sunny. Close to Kingston Shops and short walk to Kingston Beach. 10 minutes Drive to the city and good public transport. I use Mobile Hotspot on my phone instead of connecting to the NBN. NBN has been installed on the property. Open to getting WiFi.

My name is Darryl, I"m a young fifty year old male, who works in emergency and disaster management. I have just returned from a 12 month international AVID/Red Cross posting in Mongolia and am now heading to Hobart for a 12 month project with the SES starting in October. As an experienced sharehousemate I'm clean, mature and comfortable with people and like a balance of me time and "hey lets share dinner". In my spare time I like to get out and walk, mountain bike, hike/camp, but I am also looking to enjoy all the music options that Hobart has to offer, and occasional festivals. I am an average cook, haha, but adapt for all house hold appliances, most garden tools and even plumbing if required. I would also look to bring with me Betty my 12 year old Black Labrador/malamute/kelpie cross. Betty is very happy outside. She is a gentle girl, smart, full of love, but a lot slower than she once was. So if your house is pet friendly, fun and relaxed, has a yard, maybe with a vege garden and looking for a new member send me a message. Kind regards Darryl
