Hey, I'm 24 work fulltime. I work in the mines so I work shift work which sucks but it also means I'm off alot. I'm extremely respectful of other privacy/sleep as I need sleep especially during the day for work at times. I have a 10 week old border collie pup. She is ridiculously cute but you'd have to be willing to put up with a dog. She'd sleep in my room at night but otherwise outside. Need a large room as I have a king bed and bedroom furniture. I'd like housemates which are clean especially as I can't deal with mess (I currently live with a grub which does my head in 😤). Be nice to find like minded fun people so we could all hangout around the similar age. I'm not worried about how much rent is, as I'd just go and get a place to myself but I would prefer to see who's out there and what there is to offer. Probably prefer teaming up with someone to get a place.

Hey dudes, I’m Kendelle. I just scored a job as a marketing and customer service wiz at a local company and I’m moving from the bush to the Newcastle area and I’m in need of a pal to live with, watch Netflix with, play N64 Mario Kart with and teach me the ways of the coast. I’m a bit of a [girly] dork, I come with a couple of gaming consoles and a stupid amount of Batman coffee cups (plus actual useful things). But I love camping, fishing (even though I suck at it), seeing how deep into Youtube I can get, and pretending I know how to properly apply makeup to my face. That all being said, I think the most unique thing about me is that I do a fair amount of special effects makeup. I’m very useful at Halloween time, haha. I actually like cleaning, experimenting in the kitchen and I’m super chill. As long as the bills are paid and you’re a chill person, we will get along amazingly well. I’d prefer not to have parties or smokers but I’m open if you wanna chat and we can work something out. Guys and gals, if you’re looking for a hilarious potato of a roomie, hit me up!
Currently living near Paterson and wanting to get to Newcastle. Grew up in Muswellbrook so slowly getting where i eventually want to be. Working full time as a manager at Domino's Pizza and zoo keeper volunteer at Hunter Valley Zoo trying to get into the zoo industry. Work some nights and every weekend. Always busy so will never be home very often. Super laid back and easy to get along with. On my days off during the week i try to catch up with friends and family and may have a wine or 2 to relax.
I'm pretty easy going, neat and tidy, and as a student 100% understand the need for a study/social life balance. Hoping to find housemates who have the same balance. Studying full time at uni and work most weekends in a casual job.
I'm not the best a talking myself up but I do think I'm a pretty easy going friendly person. I'm a pretty good cook and would am happy to help with household cleaning, shopping and cooking. I love hanging out with friends for food and a few drinks. Looking for some similar aged, like minded people to live with.
House is fully furnished apart from bedroom. Internet, foxtel and bills included in rent. If bills are over what we have (aka aircon is on heaps :P) we would just add some extra but usually works out :) Room has two door wardrobe. Bathroom is 3 way bathroom, laundry located out backyard. One small dog lives at property. Front room has a pool table/air hockey table. Have a garage with heaps of storage space if needed.
Room available in a Modern 4 bedroom home in new estate. Close to Hunter Expressway for 35 min drive to Newcastle. A bus route is just 5 mins walk with a 10 min bus ride to Maitland Train station or 7 mins to Kurri. This is a fully furnished home with all Modern conveniences. Some furniture is available (2 single beds are available) & all rooms have built in Robes with a shelf above. Rent includes all utilities & wifi internet. A regular house cleaner recently resigned due to study commitments so a postition is available to do 2 hours cleaning per week in return for reduced rent. I also try to keep an even ratio of 2 male & 2 female housemates for personal comfort of each housemate. No dogs or cats are permitted at this time but small confined pets such as a bird or fish will be permitted.
I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I currently live by myself and want to move from my current residence but can't afford to by myself. I currently work as a casual at 2 different jobs and am looking for a 3rd. I love to cook and I am very crafty. Tink is 7-8 years old and a very well behaved and lovable kitty who is desexed and is an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need stuff for your room.
Here is your chance to move into a cheap rent, decked out and extremely clean, quiet and tidy share house. We are close to the uni and the freeway and 20 minutes from town or Maitland. It is a new quiet estate. We have NBN broadband and Foxtel both included in rent. House is air conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. An awesome theatre room is here for your entertainment and a couple of cool cats and fish. Al fresco BBQ area has a nice bushland view. You would need to be a full time worker and a non smoker.
Fantastic location a block from Lake Macquarie. Brand new 3 bed, 2 bath home at Booragul. Cycle tracks, sailing club, restaurant and art gallery near by. Relaxed environment. Medium sized bedroom with built in available and own full bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher and living area with r/c air con. Lock up garage to store stuff.
I am an easy going, 30 yr old male. I work 9-5, and am studying a masters of business a couple nights per week. I thoroughly enjoy getting out on the water either in my kayaks or on my sailing boat (hence I am trying to find somewhere near-ish the lake), but also enjoy watching the footy or Game of Thrones (who doesn't!). I am honest, nice and respectful of boundaries.
25 mins from Newcastle by car. One room approximately 3m x 3m. Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Looking for an employed person or student, not unemployed or on Centrelink. The land is waterfront to Lake Macquarie, great view. You would be sharing the 3 bedroom house with one quiet, male who stays only 2 nights per week. Also myself (30 yr old Aussie male). We are quiet and non-smokers. It's an old house (1940's). Quiet, dead end street. Bus at end of the street to Fassifern train station (train station 3 minute drive away) Close to main street of Toronto where Coles and Woolworths are. Off street parking. Large backyard backing directly onto the lake, great view. I am a quiet person so if you make a lot of noise at night time or play music late at night then this house isn't for you. (bedrooms are located side by side so TV/music noise travels very easily, ear phones are a great invention.) Electricity, water and wireless internet (total rent: $110 week). Based on minimal electricity use, if you want to use a heater in your room this can be negotiated for a higher rent. Unlimited wifi internet included in price. Bond is $300 CASH. If you can't afford a bond, don't bother asking can you not have to pay one. 1 cat already, no additional pets. No Smoking Anywhere. I mostly occupy my lounge room TV as I use it as my computer monitor when I'm at home after work. So you may want to have your own Near train and bus. Rent is for the room only, do not ask to store a trailer, boat or anything else on the property. Not good for people allergic to bees as I have bee hive in the back yard as my hobby. Not suitable for people with children as I don't want kids here.
Bolton Point is 20-25min from Newcastle CBD. It's an lovely, quiet location on Lake Macquarie. Bolton Point is a stone throw away from its own jetty, Toronto Baths, local pubs & cafes. The house has been recently renovated, all new paint, carpet, kitchen, bathroom. The house is spacious with lots of room, massive backyard and off street secure parking. Friendly neighbourhood, lovely neighbours and a quiet street. Laker Macquarie views from the kitchen and a nice open feel overlooking the area. I have 4 bedrooms, but will only rent out 2 as I don't want to over crowd. I want the flat mates to enjoy themselves and feel like they have a quiet space to escape too.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Wollongong x 3 *Cessnock x 1 Couple *Gregory Hills x 2 *Cronulla x 2 *Manly x 2 *Kirrawee x 4 *Gymea x 3 *Swansea x 1 *Coffs Harbour x 2 *North Melbourne x 1 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: Mona Vale - looking for twin share room for 2 females - arriving Saturday 14th October Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. Updated 26/09/17
I'm quiet, keep to myself, clean and tidy, more than happy to do chores. I work full-time and also study at UoN. Love animals, so pets don't bother me (quite the opposite, actually). I have a very satirical sense of humour, but am capable of keeping it to myself.
