Hey there potential flatmates! 👋 I’m a full time 9 - 5 professional worker and like to have a nice relaxed home life as my work life is quite crazy. I mostly go out to socialise. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful and don’t mind a good banter but can also enjoy my own space and I’m quiet independent. I have a beautiful husky dog, Kirra. Who yusss is my fur child and I take care of her very well. I walk her everyday and clean up after her. In saying that she is 9yrs old and quiet relaxed pup now and isn’t destructive or smelly and doesn’t bark. Will talk to you in her howling language once in a while when she really likes you. Kirra is an inside and outside dog, however she is also respectful of your space. Really need a place with a bit of a decent backyard and secure fencing is a must. Aircon would be preferable for summer. Preferably a quiet area and household for both of us. We are both friendly, trustworthy and laid back! 🤗🐺
Very easy going and chilled.Keep to myself most times but will have a drink and a chat if you feel like it.Im not into parties and a pretty quiet person.I do love my Netflix and prefer to have house tidy and clean.
The house I am currently renting will be put on the market in Spring 2019, so I am placing a post with future vision as I am looking for a long term rental. I am an active, healthy person with a positive outlook. Quiet, clean, non smoker, non drinker looking for a room in a non smoking property. Rent is always on time and I understand the dynamics of responsibility within a sharehouse regarding cleanliness. I have a motorbike and a 13yr old border collie x kelpie- she’s the sweetest ol girl and sleeps beside my bed of a night. I work full time and my favourite things to do outside of the clinic are freediving, scuba, yoga, riding my bike, and walking my dog Minkah. Being respectful of housemates, their space and belongings is very important. Please shortlist this listing ( especially property owners ) if I’ve ticked a few boxes.
Hey flatmates! How y’all doing?! I’m a 21 year old female, looking for a place to move into....originally from the beautiful islands of Fiji and I’m also an Australian citizen. I work (5 days a week), study (part-time) and volunteer (every Saturday). I’m quite busy...but when I’m not, I like to sleep and eat till my hearts content LOL. But for real, I like to go out with my loved ones (family or friends) and just catch up about life. The only reason I want to move into a shared accommodation is because I’m paying $350 in the current house I’m living in now and it’s just too much for me! I want to save up and travel. I would also be a great person to live with because I always pay my rent on time (every week). I’m also very clean, tidy and respectful of others. I also don’t mind living with a person who has animals (dogs preferably but cats are not too bad😅). Thanks, Hope to hear from y’all soon!
This property is just newly built and it's only one month old its that new that Google maps doesn't have the street name on there yet. The street name is Irma circuit in the newly developed Solander estate in Park Ridge , it has air conditioning in the main area ,luxurious kitchen with stone Benchtops, a big bath in the bathroom, fully tiled throughout, carpet in the bedrooms. Internet and Foxtel are included in the rent as well as electricity to a degree. Get the best of both worlds, you're far enough from the hustle and bustle but not too far away either. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood with the main shops located six minute drive away in Park Ridge or eight minutes to Browns Plains or Marsden
Beautiful rural property within an hour of the Brisbane CBD and Gold Coast. The house is on a 5 acre property. Perfect for horses. There is already one horse on the property and he would love a friend or 2! There are also 2 dogs on the property that are super human friendly and love attention. There is a salt water pool and spring-filled dam. Its 5 mins from a small shopping centre with Woolworths, a pub, butchers, pharmacy, seafood place and bakery. About the room: It's downstairs (while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs). Its a large and spacious room - plenty of space to make it a bedroom and office. You'll also have you're own bathroom. All of this means you'll easily be able to keep to yourself and seperate from the other housemates if you wish to. However, there is plenty of space in the kitchen and dining room to have a housemate gathering and chat if you wish to as well.
