I come coupled with a dog - he's a small Tibetan Spaniel who only stands a foot tall and weighs in at 11kg. I am looking for one, possibly two flat mates to live with. One room has a built-in and the other has a walk-in but both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. You will have your own bathroom (depending of one or two people move it) and toilet which you will be responsible for keeping clean. I have a washing machine and dryer (or outside line if you prefer) and there is driveway parking available. I am after someone who is clean, honest and respectful of my house and its contents. It is expected that you pay rent weekly without me asking for it. I currently do not have the internet connected as it is just myself here so I just use my mobile internet. My house is very close to several shops, Grand Plaza, very easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Logan Motorway, Beaudesert Road.

Off Middle road is 7-11, spar, brumbies, Dr's, bottle shop and even a chemist. All Rooms has a fan and TV antenna outlet. Rent must be paid in advance. There is a choise between 2 bedrooms. Room 1 $150pw for a single person, is unfurnished with built-in waredrobe but i can supply a double bed and chest of Draws. Room 2 has double waredrope. Come furnished with queen bed and large with room for study desk/single sofabed $$200pw for a single person. Singel fathers would be considered with an extra fee for cleaning. Do ask.
