I've got solar, and haven't paid any bills, which is a big plus! You'll have your own bathroom and a car space in the garage. It's very close to several shops, Grand Plaza, very easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Logan Motorway, Beaudesert Road - with all the upgades happening it will be a lot smoother getting to and from the city. Plenty of public transport as well if that's preferred.
