I am looking for friendly, easy going people like myself to move in with somewhere south of Adelaide closer to my work. I am 20 years old and currently have a full-time job as front of house manager at a cafe in Normanville so would rarely be home. I am clean, easy to get along with and enjoy cooking whenever i get the chance :)
Hi :) Come check out our 10 acre horse property down the road from Silver Beach! Bask in our beautiful views of the horses in their paddocks and hang out with Spud and Romeo's our dogs. The property is spacious with a large living / dining and kitchen area. 40minutes to Adelaide, bus stop on the road; 15 minutes to train station and 5 minutes to shops. Fans in each room, air con and heaters. All lovely people welcome :)
I'm an easy going, mature person looking for something temporary for 6 months. I'm quiet & independent, so would prefer a quieter environment. Don't drink or smoke & im tidy & clean
I'm really easy going, approachable and friendly. My mindset is very positive, I'm cheerful and encouraging to everyone. I'm also a very social person, I really enjoy getting to know others but I equally love some good alone time to myself to meditate or work on my arts. I dislike mess, so I keep neat and tidy always and clean up after myself - I like to live in a clean and positive environment. I am currently a student but I do my studies at home and only have to attend once a week in the city, I'm always keeping myself busy with my arts, (poetry, painting, writing, etc.) In my spare time I enjoy going out with good company and being social, or going on little adventures to beaches or 'touristy' places.
Get on well with others.clean and tidy.respect others and keep to myself.I have a very cute and friendly little dog.I have been in Adelaide for the last 10 years.would like to find a nice place away from the city.my little dog loves the beach.I love cleaning and cooking, and taking my dog for walks.I am a light smoker,I only smoke outside.

I have a room available which is mainly targeted at someone or a couple that will be working down this way for vintage. The room is furnished. Not suited for anyone looking for long term accomodation sorry. All bills included except internet is $10 if you want it. I have 2 dogs and a cat, can't have any extra pets.
Community minded. Passionate about the land. Meditator. I'm from Melbourne. I've just bought a block of land and will be researching to build an Eco dwelling so need a place for myself and my cat while that's happening. We're both easy to live with.

This location is central and within easy walking distance to all lifestyle enhancements and events the township has to offer. This property is a relaxed, old, mid-century home with a big treed yard. The interior is quirky and informal.
BEACHFRONT LIVING RIGHT ON THE ESPY WITH PLENTY OF AREAS TO HANG OUT INDOORS AND OUT INCLUDING A HUGE RUMPUS ROOM WITH BUILT IN BAR I'm looking for a few awesome housemates to move in, or would consider renting just one of the rooms and keeping the other spare if someone is willing to pay extra (around $250 negotiable). The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. Another fridge and a few appliances would be more than welcome.
I am 20 years old, have a full time job + a casual weekend job. I am highly organised, and flexible/reliable!
Hi! My name is Emily and I am relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide to complete my Masters at Flinders Uni. I'm studying archaeology, something I have always wanted to do and I love it. Might not be exactly like Indiana Jones' life but it's still pretty awesome! I'm neat and tidy, love hanging out with friends, going to yoga and watching TV. I enjoy sharing good food and a glass of wine (especially after a long day!), but I am also respectful of personal space when needed. I am keen to find roommates I can get along with. Would love to hear from anyone who is interested, thanks!!!
My name is Peter 61 yrs none smoker/drinker. on a pension renting in Plymton at the moment. am looking for nice quiet place a bit farther out of the suburbs, prefer somewhere south to live. your house sounds good. do i ? hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Peter
I'm happy to help with house chores. I pay my rent on time. I like to think I'm fairly non- judgemental and hygienic. I like to cook, especially chicken stir-fry or butter chicken. I also like baking, playing rpg type games, watching netflicks or reading one of my many books.
Looking for shared accommodation for my son and I. We are currently renting ourselves a big house, which we do not need, and therefore the rent is high. I am currently saving to build a tiny house on wheels and so would like to find somewhere cheaper to live in the interim. My son and I are great people, very friendly, chilled out, kind, fun, respectful, clean and tidy, helpful and considerate.
The place is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, shops or the train station. It's less than an hour away from the city by the train. The rooms have built -in wardrobes, ceiling fans, remote control lighting and the whole place has security shutters on all the windows. We have an air-conditioner in the living room and an outdoor sitting area.
