I'm a 25-year-old PhD student, I'm Belgian, but I've been living in the UK for the last 1,5 year. For my PhD I have to work 2 years at the University of Adelaide, so I'm looking for somewhere to live! I'm looking for a room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, preferably. My hobbies are reading (a lot), everything SFF, sports and blogging.
We are a longer term couple who met in Adelaide but grew our relationship living in Africa as I collected my PhD data. We are clean and enjoy being out and about exploring and being active.
Our home in Fullarton, is close to Waite college, the city, a bus stop nearby, as is a cycle way, and is an easy walk to the cbd. We are in a quiet near cul-der-sac, with quite friendly neighbours . Its an older air-conditioned home, clean, high ceilings, big rooms, freshly redecorated, big established kitchen, living room, functional large bathroom, separate laundry and w/c, big green front and rear garden. Your bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and plenty of light. A 20's girl studying , and cook as I do, which allows us friendly conversation. I'm a Australian older male. We have a spare bicycle to help you get about. Supermarkets are about a km away. Cafe's and bakeries are around the corner. Services and internet included. A smaller room (12m2) is available for $165. Singles and nonsmokers only
House is on a quiet street with a front lawn, big garage, a really nice lounge, big enough kitchen, a bathroom and four bedrooms. About 20 minutes away from the city by bus. We have a room of 12 sqm2, furnished with a double bed, with plenty of sunlight, two doors, one's connected to the laundry. There is also another bedroom available for $180 per week. Bills and internet are included in the rent, there's everything you need. We also have spare bikes if you like to ride or exercise. Shared house chores. Any culture is welcomed.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
Hey, My names Guy and I work full-time in real estate and also run an online business. I am currently living with my brother but looking to re-locate in the next few months. I would prefer to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs close to the city or in the city and also to share with one other person (Preferably female but I'm open to more housemates depending on house size and layout). I have many interests including health and fitness, gym, reading, hiking, cooking, travelling etc. I have lived in Adelaide my whole life and have a small group of good friends. I occasionally like to entertain and like a relaxed, chilled environment. I am very clean, mindful and easy-going. I believe in open and honest communication in a share house. It's always great when you can become friends too. I am looking for someone who likes to be social and also respectful of each others privacy. *The dog in the picture is not mine and I have no pets but I would like to get a dog if possible (although it's not a deal breaker). I do love all animals but am allergic to cats.
Im social but also love my me time. I work full time and study part time. Not a big party animal but do enjoy occasionally going out. I have a fat cat who I adore, shes not very social though lol.
Responsible adult and dog owner. I am quiet...respect privacy and can still share and have a laugh. I am currently in a very expensive rental with my small 9 yr old dog...Clare. Looking to share with same..to reduce costs......even bill split...prefer place with gas.
We are a young couple (23 and 27) seeking a double-room in central Adelaide or a close-by suburb. Walking or cycling distance to rundle mall/CBD etc would be ideal. I am an Adelaide local, full-time uni student in my last semester and part-time hospitality worker. My partner is Chilean and will be arriving to Australia for the first time in early november with a working holiday visa. We are both easy-going and social people who like to travel, enjoy the outdoors and be active.

I'm a second year Law student at the University of Adelaide. I like my own space so I'm generally pretty quiet around the house, but I'm always up for random chats and watching movies. I'm relatively tidy, very respectful of other people's space, and I like to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Im a friendly easy going person. I'm a professional and I work 4 days per week. I like to socialise but also like some quiet time. I can hang out with you but won't be in your way. Happy times! My housemate Georgia and i are looking for a new housemate (or Couple!) to come and live with us. Preferably one who likes to garden :) Would suit one person who likes lots of room or well suited to a couple as there is a lot of space! There is a large main room with an attached walk in robe/storage room and an extended section overlooking the garden that can be used for anything desired - Yoga, library, study etc :) The room is $150 for a single person or $200 for a couple. The house is nice, spacious and a bit quirky, though not overly well insulated - can get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter. We have a lovely big yard, with lots of trees and veggie garden space. I love to garden, but i would welcome some help out there! Outside pets only as per landlords request. Must get along with our 3 lovely chooks Hilda, Lucy and Charlotte who supply us with regular eggs. Currently we are looking for a short term renter as our lease ends on the 31st of December. However there is the potential to renew the lease, and both current housemates are interested in staying on if able.

I am a young professional looking for housemates/to join an existing house. I work long hours in the Adelaide Hills but in my spare time enjoy keeping fit, cooking, travelling and socialising. I have lived in share housing for many years and am a very considerate housemate. Looking for some other people (preferably in their 20s) in a similar situation.
I'm friendly and get along with everyone, I live in mount barker currently and I'm working full time. Looking to live with someone in similar age and interests. I'm neat and tidy and will respect your privacy. Feel free to send me a message!
I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!

Hello! One large bedroom with an ensuite and spacious walk in wardrobe is available in a cool house with two housemates aged 20-30, one male, one female. The housemates are welcoming, relaxed, friendly, pretty tidy and respectful. Start date is flexible - anytime from now until Christmas (pending reference checks). The bedroom is the only room located on the mezzanine level, giving you lots of privacy. An off-street car-parking space is generally shared with one other housemate in addition to plenty of street parking, without time restrictions. A public reserve is located at the end of the quiet street, with a cycling/walking path taking you straight into the city in no time! The open plan living area is generous in size and fully furnished with a large TV, A/C and free Netflix. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, pantry space and all the usual utensils. Washing machine available in the laundry and BBQ in the backyard. Water, gas and electricity bills are split evenly between the three housemates. The friendly landlord is the owner of the property and communicates directly with tenants infrequently, keeping the rent down. Great cafes, supermarkets and public transport within walking distance on Glen Osmond Road and Unley Road. Please feel free to contact me for more info and to view this great room!
48 year old professional guy working in Adelaide city. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son. Currently I share with one other mature guy in a lovely house in Unley however the lease is up and the owner wants to sell. Thanks Andrew
