I am a 31 Indonesian student at The University of Adelaide Waite Campus taking Plant Biotechnology course. I will start my study on Feb 2018 until Dec 2019. I'm an easy going and respectful person. I love going to the beach, cycling and goofing around with friends. I'm a clean person, love tidiness and will gladly doing shared-chores. I don't drink and smoke. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly and responsible roommates.
Willing to rent out both rooms so you have your own living space as well for $220 per week. The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large at around 4mx4m and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. There are also great parks and reserves nearby to explore. Depending on which room you take, there is a wall air con in one of the rooms and the other has a ceiling fan. The internet is also super fast at around 50MB/s! Internet will be included for free.
The property is close to everything! Only 10 minutes from the city, with access to public transport (bus) at the end of the street. With a large backyard, great neighbours and access to local parks and dog parks within walking distance. The house has two air conditioners, with the choice of two different rooms.
Room is in a studio in the beautiful garden. It has 2 bedrooms a shared bathroom, laundry and shared room with couch and sink. You would be sharing this studio with an 18 year old female from Vietnam. She speaks fluent English and is very friendly. She is studying at SAIBT. Breakfast and dinner are included in the rent and are provided in the main house. These are healthy meals catering for international students with plenty of rice. There are 2 other students in the house. There is currently another room available in the house as well. All rooms have double beds. In the studio the beds are loft beds. Its very nice and comfortable. Its like having your own flat. The house is very attractive and the bedrooms are spacious. It is close to the city . The closest bus stop is stop 9 on Glen Osmond Rd

Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
I'll start with the difficulties first I need room for a car and 2 motor bikes. I have a digital piano. I'd prefer to find a place with a shed I can use for keeping my vehicles undercover. I have a stable full time job in Urrbrae. So the the plan is to find a place and stay for the foreseeable future. I'm clean and tidy, independant but happy to share the workload of running a place this includes sharing the cooking and shopping. I tend to make lots of meals at once and put them in the freezer. I'm quite social. I spend a lot of time out and about or at work. I love hiking or walks in general. I want to be friends with my housemates and would prefer similar age range; give or take 3 years. I do not have a deadline to move but keen to move asap.
I keep to myself, easy going and very tidy. I am looking to house share with another adult for at least a year (happy to share rent and expenses with the right person) I have one 13 year old teenager (so someone with one or two children ok also), I am in the process of building over this next year so looking for cheap accomodation for a year.
Hi, I'm an educated person who works as a chef. I'm very easy to get along with and enjoy in depth conversation and a good laugh over a beer and nice meal. I love to cook :-) and love the outdoors and keeping active, i would try anything once. I'm clean, quiet and respectful.
Hey there !! Looking for new house mates to join a long term lease for a place that will be a home. Not interested in short stays. I work full time, will be adopting two kittens for the new home :) I'm a dancer and cabaret performer who loves cooking healthy food and one very big music enthusiast. I aim to find one/two people who are sociable yet like there own space, open minded and easy going and are animal lovers and genuinely kind spirited oh and employed or at least regular cashflow/study income. If that's you, contact me ! I've had my fair share of house mates. I always tidy up after myself, maintain a clean home and like a sense of order with bills and any house priorities. I also work for AGL ;) gas electric discount will be quite beneficial. The dream Home must have a bath, 3 bedrooms, a garden, relatively new and natural lit, Natural light running through the house.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
I am studying education, working in a school. I am easy going, like to read, have a good chat, cook, and garden.
I have a super infectiously bright and positive personality and outlook on life, loves a social drink and also a quiet night in with the roomies. Will always do my part in a shared household. Clean, polite, friendly and tidy. I love dogs, the ocean, music and laughter with mates.
I am 19, lived in Adelaide for a year now with a couple friends but I think its time for me to experience something new so I am looking to move at the start of 2018! My room can sometimes get pretty messy but I don't slack off in any shared spaces because I know how annoying it can be when others do it haha At the moment I am studying makeup at TAFE in the city so somewhere close or easy to get public transport would be preferable and housemates that are willing to let me practice my makeup and tanning on them would be a plus! I am not currently working but I'm always applying for new jobs so any day now! In the meantime I am getting help from Centrelink to pay rent and bills and I haven't missed a week yet so don't let the unemployment scare you away haha In my spare time I usually study, or watch tv/netflix, I love a good chat around the house and housemates that could be friends is a big bonus I like to go out every now and then to have a few drinks I also have a small pet snake called Darling who mostly stays in his tank! Although if you are interested he can be handled without a fuss and I hold him all the time So if the snake isn't a deal breaker for you then send me a message! :)
I am a friendly, responsible mature aged female considerate if others. Clean & tidy I am happy to ‘pitch in’ to keep living spaces in order. Returning to Adelaide where I have managed properties and been invited to house/pet sit, gaining referrals along the way. Quite sociable, I enjoy what Adelaide has to offer from festivals, internatinal events to live theatre or a coffee with friends.
I'm very independent. I cook and clean and depend only on myself. I don't have much of a social life. But will occassionally have friends over. Very much a home body but do like to go out when the opportunity arises. Work in hospo so don't really have a regular routine. Gym often and enjoy and healthy lifestyle most of the time aha. Looking for easy going like minded people.
Hey friends! Luke and I are looking for a friendly rental or team up. We’re a down to earth duo with a nice mix of chill, cleanliness and respect. Both of us have a good sense of humour, like to cook, play guitar, game and do artsy stuff at home. Luke is a student and works in hospitality and Jess works in media. We love animals and if you’ve got a garden we’d be delighted to help out. We also have a friendly adult cat. We’re looking at paying around $120-$220 for the both of us. Central ‘burbs would be great but open to suggestions. Thanks for reading! Get in touch if you think we'd vibe well together
Hi I'm a friendly chilled out guy, non-smoker, tidy and pretty much keeps to myself who prefers a non party atmosphere, although the occasional is ok. I'm also Looking to team up with one other person to apply for a 2 bedroom unit, or a room already available. I'm a creative who works freelance so if you are into photography and movies we would have a lot in common. I also love learning about different cultures and trying different foods.
