The bathroom is clean and modern (shared between the 2 rooms), large lounge / TV room and large modern country kitchen with open plan dining + TV entertainment area. I am a clean living, non-smoking male (in a relationship). I’m into real-food, meditation, gardening, growing vegetables and fruit, and living naturally. The property may be suitable for pets (individual assessment required). You will need your own transport. (School bus available on school days only – 300 meter walk to bus stop) 30 minutes to cycle to the nearest shopping centre. If you’re a keen gardener (and like to eat home grown veg), you’re welcome to participate in our gardening projects……...we may be able to dedicate a garden space if you want your own. The garden has about 30 fruit trees and vines. A sense of community is encouraged, however if you prefer to keep to yourself this will be respected and welcomed. The rooms are large enough to make a very private abode. The rooms are also very quiet and cool, with a ceiling fan and insulation to walls and ceiling. NBN Wi-Fi available. Respectful, very quiet, tidy, and like to keep to himself. I reckon I will be super busy with studies (PhD commencing Jan 11, 2019) so most likely I will be at home just for rest, or is rarely at home. I plan to be in Lismore on Jan 9.
