Hi, I am a fulltime working guy who works for Council in the City of Melbourne and I am seeking a place to share in the out skirts of Melbourne. I plan to commute by v/line train to work and back for it is easier for me than dealing with traffic snarls that happen too often for ones liking. It would be good to also travel to country areas in my days off to seek my hobbies of fishing and hiking. All my family are in West Australia and I pretty much here by myself. Its the job that I have that keeps me here and It a great job and I wont be leaving it for sometime I would think. I save up holidays for block trips back home to Geraldton a Couple of times a year and plan a large road trip for one of the family and myself back across to the West later this year. I really would like a safe a secure surroundings that has some parking and storage area for a car and trailer and a not too large shed or storage area for essential tools that I have. I am not a drinker and I dont smoke. I dont care if anyone else does. I am looking forward to finding a nice place to live. I will be returning to study through my job early in the new year. I'm a quite person like to watch movies and respects other people I work in the hospitality industry I work as a kitchen hand I have 2 small dogs they are both inside/outside dogs and a cat so i would need somewhere with a backyard and somewhere close to the train station would be good. I also need storage space as I have a huge side by side fridge/freezer,small glass top round table and chairs, plenty of couches but would only keep the 1 couch which is a 2 seater pull out bed comes in handy for those extra visitors and a small medium sized washing machine. At the moment I am currently renting a 2 bedroom house and unfortunately I'm not having any luck finding any room mates to move into my spare room.

Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you don't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or stand ups like George Carlin or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $180pw including bills and preferably internet connection. I don't spend too much time at home these days with my Mon-Fri work and voluntary commitments on weekends during the winter. 9-5 working hours so I'm very rarely coming home late during the week. I'm funny, easy to get along with, neat enough in my own space and am self-sustaining. I pay my way and am very punctual with my share of bills and housework too.
