2 lovely, sunny rooms available in a 3 bedroom St Leonards apartment! My place is a 5 minute walk to St Leonards station and the building has a communal pool, spa, sauna and gym. The apartment is in the Oasis complex and has a beautiful North-Easterly aspect. There's an internal laundry, fast internet and an underground car space on offer, plus ample visitor parking. Both rooms are a good size (easily fit a queen bed and a desk with room to spare), and have double built-in mirrored wardrobes and a massive private balcony (every room has its own balcony). The rooms also look out over leafy Naremburn with views towards Chatswood CBD. Coles Express is a 5 min walk and Crowie's many fantastic bars and restaurants are a 15 min walk away. Room 1: The largest bedroom (the one with the window behind the bed) with shared bathroom. This room will be $250 if you don’t want the underground car space and $270 if you do. Young and bubbly couple who are looking for something short term as we are intending to move overseas before the end of the year. I, Nicola, am an Engineer currently working full time in the city and have horses, whom I compete, up at my parents place in the Hills area. Howard is a Marine Engineer and an excellent handyman at making and repairing just about anything who has a boat moored at Sirius Cove. Very easy people to get along with. We tend to spend more nights in watching a movie than anything then out on the boat on weekends or at horses shows. Will need at least one park, house needs to be furnished and was hoping for a balcony.
