The room comes with build in wardrobe, single bed and a large convertible sofa, though you have the choice for any combination of furnitures including your own should you wish. Our house is reasonably close to many basic conveniences, including: * 50m to bus stop serving direct to City, Manly and Chatswood. * 100m to amenities including convenience store, take away restaurants, pizza & kebab, fish & chips, liquor shop, hairdresser and cake shop. * 650m from a kindergarten, primary school, newsagency, post office, grocer, pharmacy and bakery * 22min walking distance to Dee Why, Woolworths, Coles or Warringah Mall. * The ocean is visible from pedestrian footpath right outside the house. * Reasonably close to the beach at 7 minutes drive (or 15 min to Manly Beach), * Ample on street parking is available 50m away around the corner.
