Professional woman in mid-20s seeking self- contained private accommodation Hi, I am a 25yo university educated female. I'm seeking a long-term housing situation for myself and two well behaved female dogs. We're looking for somewhere peaceful in semi-rural or acreage living in the S. Gold Coast, hinterland or N. New South Wales. I am willing to help with fencing if needed to make the yard safe and secure for the dogs (I have landscape and fencing skills and knowledge!) Ideally I would prefer a granny flat or self-contained unit, but would consider a private room & ensuite in the right house. Gardening, hiking, camping, and painting are some of my interests. I lead a clean healthy lifestyle and do not smoke. I am happy to bring my own furnishings and internet. Personal and rental references available on request. I am flexible with the move date. Any questions please feel free to ask. I am open to negotiations on rent for help with property maintenance or possibly childcare.
This house is in the heart of beechmont, a walk away from the local sports ground and tennis courts, a short hop skip and a jump to the Headmasters Cafe and the community markets on the weekend. It is a 10min drive up to the Lamington National park Binna Burra section. And max 35-40min drive into Nerang and onto the coast. Has heaps of space, aircon and insulation, solar panels, possibly space for a pet but there is no fencing on the yard.
Do you like veggie gardens, bookcases, chicken coops, wild possums and parrots and outdoor fires? Then this could be the place for you. We are 25 minutes to Burleigh Beach, 15 minutes to Robina Town Centre. This is a sharehouse with internet and water included. The room available has a shared bathroom with one other person. Currently, two out of three rooms are occupied, we are chilled out environmentally friendly people (one boy, one girl) who want to live in a wholesome and creative peaceful environment. The dog in the photo isn't mine, unfortunately, yet if you have a dog that could work out well
Private, quiet couple looking for a whole property, granny flat, studio or any 1 bedroom apartment. We don't drink, nor smoke, we are a little grandpa/grandma-ish haha. My husband works full-time and I work part-time whilst studying full-time. We are easy to get along with, happy and genuine people. In our spare time we got to the beach, bush land or simply have a coffee and enjoy each other's company :-)
I love quiet and space, I am also friendly and considerate. I know how to look after the house and shared space in order to be considerate of whom ever I share with. I like to live cleanly and peacefully. I am respectful of the needs of others and love to care for my home. I am very reliable and responsible with paying rent and bills.
I am looking to share with one other and have my own bathroom. I am very down to earth easy to get along with. Full time uni keeps me busy, 2 units from home and 2 at uni. I also work two jobs. I like the occasional glass of red and try to eat organic when i can. I am an early riser and love to play music, but also like a quiet home. I am very respectful of shared living spaces and also very clean and reliable. I am looking for close to the beach or out a little with land and no close neighbours , somewhere I can plant a vegie garden :) Bron x
Hello! I am currently studying naturopathy full time and am often out of the house unless I am home studying. I love cooking, animals and being outside amongst nature. I am a pretty chilled person and like to keep to myself at times. I am also a very clean, tidy and respectful room mate :)
Hi there! My pooch Evie and I have just relocated to the Gold Coast from adelaide! I've moved in with friends and their dog, who sadly just doesn't like other dogs and unfortunately isn't warming up to the idea. I only arrived a few days ago, and have an interview for a full time position on Friday! I will be finding full time work as soon as possible. I'm currently just seeing what's available and exploring my options. Evie is an incredibly well behaved, sweet gentle girl. She is a 2 year old Shar pei (medium sized/knee height) who gets along well with every one and every other pooch, cats too! She doesn't chew or lick or destroy things, never goes to the bathroom inside and is the most loving creature you'll ever meet! Due to her breed she does need to be inside or under cool shelter most of the time as she doesn't handle the heat really well. I (try to) play a little guitar and love music endlessly! And musicians / music lovers would be a dream. I'm by no means a party animal, but occasionally I do enjoy a quiet smoke and a red wine. I like to get out and about and go to a lot of gigs and take Evie on adventures. If you have something available and think we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
Expression of Interest: Looking for a friendly positive environment for me & my 12mth staffy x cattle pup. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I am taking a break from full time work at the moment, working only part-time/casual, and I am searching for a peaceful sanctuary where I can chill. Somewhere near the beach would be preferable but willing to consider other places. A place where we can feel at home.
Clean, respectful & easy going. Full-time athlete and student. I love the beach and anything outdoors. I have a small chocolate toy poodle named Stanley. He is house trained and doesn't shed any hair. Looking to share with easy going, funny people who respect communal space and bring good vibes!
Easy going couple, very flexible. Both contribute equally with household chores and expenses etc. Will be mature aged students at uni so will be busy a lot of the time but understand what its like to working full time as we have done so in the past. Sociable people and very friendly. Would love to eventually get a dog if allowed to do so but only if the house is set up with a nice big back yard. Our maximum weekly rent would be $140 each, so $280 would be contributed from us to the household rent. If utilities and internet are included we are willing to spend more per week. Preferably house or duplex, not looking for an apartment. We do not start university until February 2018, so will be hopefully working full time until then.
Just a young couple running a gardening business on the Gold Coast, looking for accomodation. Both very polite but quiet, always working (about 6-7 days a week) easy going cruisey couple.

Parking directly in front of the house. $250 p/wk rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, internet). Bond $500 plus Rent $500 (2 weeks) to be paid prior to or on move-in date. 6 month + lease preferred The property is situated on a ridge between Bonogin & Tallebudgera Valleys, backing onto conservation land with an abundance of forest friends. The house is situated on a acreage property on the mountain to the north of the Currumbin Valley rock pools. The surroundings are park like and in complete harmony with nature. It is peaceful and tranquil environment. The views are toward the Tomawin Ranges to the south. Relative to the beach is 12km and the nearest shopping centre is the IGA in Currumbin Waters or the Pines in Elanora, around the 10km. Murwillumbah is only 18km away which is a quick way to go if you are venturing south. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and BBQ area. The area for rent is downstairs from my bedroom, with totally separate bedroom, lounge, toilet and shower, so total privacy is not an issue. For mobile reception, you need Telstra, because their signal is the strongest. I do have ADSL2 cable connection with 100GB per month which I am prepared to share pending on usage. I am a clean and tidy person who is very considerate of always leaving the kitchen neat and tidy. I expect the same and the person I want to share with not to shy away from doing a little housework in the common areas to help out. If you have the dreaded smokers habit, then never inside and don't leave your buts around. If you enjoy growing vegetables .. I have garden beds already prepared and would enjoy the company.
Attention nature and the quite life lovers The reason I like living in this home nestled within the rainforest , its quite , peaceful but close to everything the coast has to offer. The beach , Burleigh Heads 13 mins drive , Robina town Center 6 mins drive. With mudgeerabar even closer if you can't be bothered to facing Robina for those bits of shopping.. we have a great little coffee shop in Bonogin itself. Here at home we have heaps of living space inside and out with a pool to chill by. To make this work you will need your own car. We have a cleaner that comes once a week also the pool cleaner monthly.. Foxtel included-if you want your own box in the room there will be an additional fee for the difference. A/C we also have, Also log burner for the few cold weeks we do get here. The Internet I run through a pocket wifi which works for me.. The quality of reception does depend on your phone carrier. If you do Smoke , outside please. The cleaner , and pool bills that come we spilt 50% me and the rest spilt evenly between you and other flat mates. Look forward to seeing you.
Lovely home, backing into Springbrook National Park, 6 minutes fro Robina, 3 minutes from Mudgeeruba. Has a swimming pool for the hot summer's days and a fire place for the cold winter's nights. Off street parking, foxtel and outdoors intretanment area.
My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.
Hi, I'm a friendly, very quiet, and clean girl. I spend most of my time writing novels, but I also paint, sew, garden, ice skate, and other things. I am a non-smoker and not into parties. I am fantastic at: babysitting pets, cleaning stuff, and fixing things around the house. I'm looking for other creative people, non-smokers, and those who like fun activities. My preference is for females, but I'm also happy to share with gay guys and trans/non-binary folk.
LOOKING FOR - GRANNY FLAT/STUDIO $180 - $250 pw NORTHERN RIVERS AREA – PET FRIENDLY Hi, I’m Jane, I’m a young at heart, easy going 55 yo. I’m a self-employed graphic designer, writer and sometimes pet sitter/walker. I have two beautiful, well trained, 10 yo border collie siblings, Meg & Gryf. A year ago, Meg and Gryf were reunited when I became guardian of Gryf after his parents sadly passed away. Since moving to NSW three years ago I have happily shared at the large (Opal) farmhouse half way between Tumbulgum and Mur’bah. We endured but survived the March flood, however our tenancy has not due to owners who now see fit to take advantage of the post flood rebuild and want to sell. I have until the end of November to find a new home. I love the Caldera and Mur’bah township and hope to be able to stay in the area. I am ideally looking for a granny flat/studio - or something similar with ideally more than just a bedroom for privacy, and happy for anywhere in the Northern Rivers area. We all love the beach so I’m hoping for something near the coast or a pool. (Fence enclosure not required for the dogs). Meg and Gryf are partial indoor dogs mainly at night due to their arthritis – they are both very chilled older pooches who spend most of their time with me and come with their own superb references. If you have something to offer and/or would just like to meet us I would love to hear from you. Thanks in advance!
