Looking to start a fresh new rental with 1 or 2 people towards the end on March. Hoping to find a nice place surrounded with trees up in the hills somewhere to turn into a bit of a sanctuary. I'm real laid back and get along with all kinds. Would be stoked to live with a good couple.Bust me a msg if this sounds like you! Oh and i have a ute and will help you move your stuff :)
Exclusive use of your own wing of our large home, with private entry, and includes two large bedrooms, furnished with queen sized beds, your own lounge room and no sharing the modern bathroom! Was a DA approved Bed and Breakfast. Super private. Parking space well off the road. Orchard, vegetable gardens and courtyard surround the space. Large secluded landscaped dam for swimming & canoeing with pontoon and a gazebo. (Great spot for yoga, reading or escaping reality) Toilet and shower facilities also by the water. Was used as a site for our successful camping business. Property still able to be viewed on YouCamp website. We're after a permanent tenant to enjoy this quiet, beautiful space we have to share. *Kitchenette pending
I am looking for a quiet place to live as i am quite shy. i have just finished my personal trainer certificate in NSW and would love to move back to QLD as i lived there for almost a year and loved it. I'm wanting to find work there. . i am very into health and fitness. i am vegetarian and love to eat as organic as i can, (little bit of a health freak) so i do like to cook and prepare my own foods. i am quite conscious of using excessive chemicals or anything like that in the home. i am very kind and helpful and friendly. i am very clean and tidy and keep to myself. I would love to find a place with like minded gentle people. I would ideally be after a furnished room, but if not, i can arrange something.
Our property is situated on 7.5 acre of sub tropical rainforest, just 9 minutes to Robina Town Centre, fresh rain water/ no town water, large home, fully furnished, 3 fire places, 2 lounge areas, dedicated cinema room with 110" screen, Netflix, Stan + 900 DVD collection. Foxtel connected to TV, Huge outside deck surrounded by forest. If you like nature walks, the area is surrounded by National Park. The local coffee shop is 1k from property, however, our espresso machine makes a better coffee.. all amenities, built in robes in bedrooms, desk in bedrooms. Bonogin Valley is one of the Gold Coast's most pristine Hinterland suburbs. You will need a car, plenty of off street parking.
I work part time as a relief teacher and am quietly super interesting. I'm pretty independent and mostly keep to myself, but don't mind sharing a drink or a meal with housemates sometimes. I'm well house trained, I've lived in many share houses in 3 different states. . Also well housetrained is my very relaxed cat named Felix. He is very lazy and sleeps all day, he gets along with other animals and doesn't kill birds. Our house of over a year is getting sold so we're looking for our new chill home. . I have a few months to find somewhere so I hope I can find somewhere perfect. Ideally I'm after a place with broadband and a dishwasher, and an unfurnished room big enough for my king bed with AC. Either a granny flat or a super chill share house..
I currently own my own home on acreage in Tallebudgera for last 11 yrs. I’m going to rent my house out. I am simple with my living and like peace and quite and privacy. I enjoy cooking, gardening, meditation and doing some yoga. I'm clean and tidy and have maintained my own properties for the past 27 yrs and this will be my first time renting as I've always been a home owner. I prefer to live in nature with birds and trees. Veggie garden would be great but not essential. Preferred areas are Tallebudgera, Currumbin Valley or bushy green areas of Elanora (I prefer some garden and space outside too)
I am a really fun, loving and inspiring person to be around. I work with children part time and have my own business on the side. I lead yoga classes, I love to write, hike in nature and have spontaneous adventures! I love learning about people, empowering others and traveling the world!
Hello! I will be moving from sydney to the GC for a semester of uni but possibly longer if i like it. I am studying herbal medicine and nutrition full time and also work part time. I spend most of my time studying, reading and cooking and am not looking for a party house. I do have an affectionate elderly cat who is very gentle and docile so will have her in my room with me and she is toilet trained and does not hunt/go outside. Thank you :)
SEEKING LONG-TERM HOUSEMATE Hi My name is Miron and I’m looking for 1 housemate to join me in a lease as soon as possible. Area: Somewhere within an hour south of Gold Coast. Currumbin Valley, Tallebudgera Valley, Bonogin, Tweed heads, Tomewin. Somewhere within that kind of radius. Rent: I can pay up to $500 p/w (although closer to $450 would be better), looking for someone who can cover around $250 p/w. The place: 4+ bedroom house, with a yard or acreage. Solar panels and rain water tanks ideal. 2+ bathrooms ideal. Porch and garage would also be a bonus. I also have a cat, so it needs to be pet friendly. My requirements: 3 rooms for myself (bedroom, work room and study/lounge). This leaves 2 rooms for you, entirely to yourself (lounge room counted as a room). We would then only need to share a kitchen, laundry and yard space. As the rent and room sizes may vary, we would decide how we split the rooms and lounge room as per amount of rent we each pay. I’m VERY fair, so this should be an easy process. I think $700-$750 p/w for a really nice 4 bedroom house in those areas is very realistic. Seeking: Someone who is mature, responsible, “conscious”, respectful, has steady work, easy to get along with, clean and tidy (I don’t mind what you do in your space, but if we can please keep the kitchen, laundry and yard tidy, that would be great). Also, ideally someone who likes gardening so we can grow some of our own veggies together. A bit about me: I’m 36, doing my PhD in medicinal chemistry at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast campus. I also work from home growing medicinal mushrooms. I am busy with uni most of the week and work from home 2 days per week. My schedule is fairly busy but flexible. I’m kind, respectful, responsible and REALLY easy to get along with. Overall, I think this would be a really great opportunity for both of us. You would get your own space (2 rooms), living with a chill person for very reasonable rent, in a beautiful great big house (I’ve seen some real palaces around those areas within that price range). Here are some examples of houses we would be looking at; https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425560870 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425639002 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425801742 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425502570 Please message me here or on 0408323774 to get in touch if interested. Thanks very much, Miron :)
Professional mature male, fun person, very domesticated, father of 2 independent adult boys, squash player, old soul.
hello! I am looking for own space to move into around early April :), must have off street parking as I have 2 cars (happy as to leave one on the street), preferably with garage but not a necessity just so I can tinker on my vehicle in weekends. a little about me :) I prefer a quiet life, very easy going, extremely mature for my age. "House-trained", tidy & respectful. Have always paid bills before they're due. absolutely dedicated to saving/ earning, and my main hobby is making a weekly video for my YouTube channel about fixing cars. Enjoy a good laugh and meeting people. I'm a qualified chef so am happy to cook a weekly meal for everyone else too.
Friendly and considerate student, musician, primary school teacher looking for a studio. I'm quiet natured, clean, tidy, respectful of space and privacy and I pay on time. I enjoy hiking, yoga, meditating, ocean time, reading and cooking. I am a non-smoker, non-drug user, and non-drinker. I'm looking for - a peaceful, quiet, happy and clean space to come home to, - furnished studio, - close to nature. Thanks, Ava :)
I'm a happy french girl who has been working in Australia for the past few years. In search of finding a house I can call my home Im a responsible person who have a pretty busy schedule with gym and work so I'm hardly home. Wake up early and go to bed pretty early. Definitely not a party animal. Enjoy living healthy lifestyle and enjoy good conversations.
Emotionally intelligent, I’m very easy going and practical. I’m always in a good mood and smiling. I already live in a really really great place, I have it so good. The only downside is my housemate... I would like to live with someone a little more all there in the head if ya know what I mean. He’s a lovely guy but I’ve just never felt comfortable. What I need is a gaurage to park my Ute with all of my tools on it, a remote control gaurage that I can drive in and leave my stuff safe overnight is ideal. Loading and unloading everything every day would get old fast. That’s the only thing I really need. What I would really like is my own bathroom, aircon in my room, and not a little tiney tiny Harry Potter sized room. Also wouldn’t mind some space to grow some veggies! And my dream is to develop a backyard food garden business idea where instead of lawns people have backyard food gardens. I’d like to live with healthy active people, People I can actually have a conversation with and who are funny and relaxed. I would like to be friends with my homies... get it! Homies! Hahahahaha Anyway I am very active, have my own gardening business. Eat healthy, train Muay Thai and lots more. Am giving up the Muay Thai for a while to get back into yoga and all that more chill stuff. I’m thinking about getting a dog too but there’s no real rush there. If you have a cool dog I swear I will play with it more than you. Just putting it out there, I am in no rush and will only be willing to move if I find somewhere equally as good as the place I am in now or better but with cool awesome housemates. Thanks for reading, merry new year 😜
Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live soon as we are currently homeless, staying with friends and family temporarily. Jarryd and I have been together for just over two years. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
Hey! Im a 25 year old male who is passionate about music and creativity. Im a jack of all trades, master of some, currently involved in the Hospitality and Events industry. I like to occupy my free time with a spontaneous adventure, a wander to the markets or a night out on the town shaking a tail feather with friends. I like to socialise but I also love my quiet time at home. I respect other peoples privacy and always pull my weight around the house keeping things clean and organised inside and out. If you think I would make a great addition to your home or are interested in getting a lease please don't hesitate in contacting me. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Mitch
