I'm friendly, easy-going, respectful and clean. I am studying counselling and wilderness guiding, work casually, and otherwise love to bushwalk, surf, sail, read, cook and write poetry.
Love to keep a clean house, will always respect the space I'm in. Would live to move closer to the city for convenience, whether that be with someone or by myself.
I will be coming to Hobart in February 2017 and starting post graduate study in UTAS. I am looking for a room/flat to share which is within biking distance from the university. I am a neat and tidy person, and could keep communal spaces immaculate. I am quiet and appreciate my 'me' time but enjoy socialising on occasion. I am from Malaysia.
Hi everybody, My name is Angeline, 21. (French, excuse my english :P ) I'm a happy person, seeing the beautiful in life. I'm relaxed and easy going and I can cook good food ! I'm working in full time in Glenorchy in a fish and chips taweaway. I'll need somewhere to live between January and mid/end may. I've been traveling the last year and a half so I'm used to adapt myself to new places ! I like playing with circus stuff even if I don't master any of these toys haha, I also like to read and spend time with myself. It does not make me an anti social person, I also like to share stories and experiences, conversations and games ! If you can help me find somewhere to stay, please contact me =D. Thanks you, Angeline.
Hello! My name is Chris and I am a dentist who is about to commence work in the Hobart CBD. I'm very outgoing and relaxed, and have OCD, so am a neat freak and very clean. Intimate knowledge of most sports, love the odd hike, and can drink with the best of them. Am also a very good listener.
I'm going into my last 6 months of university study and work part time in hospitality. I'm a pretty chill housemate, I keep all communal areas tidy and am fairly laid back! I'm keen to find somewhere reasonably central to the city so I'm close to work and study. Don't smoke and don't have pets but not opposed to housemates doing so at all :)
Two girls that work together in hospo, chef & waitress, and have lived together already. We both work full-time with a reliable income. We're both clean & tidy with respect for shared areas of the house. We're super laid back and easy to get along with. And while we both appreciate the need for personal space, we also like to be social and enjoy chilling out and a drink after work. Ella has a cat, George, who is no hassle at all, he does his own thing. She also is a smoker but sticks to smoking outside. We're looking for another housemate or 2 to make rent cheaper. Looking to find a house within Hobart area, preferably within walking distance to the CBD and Salamanca. Happy to move into a house with available rooms or team up. Our budget is a maximum of around $150pp a week. Looking for a minimum of 6 months lease, but opened to longer.
We have a room available in our large 3-bedroom share-house. The house is comfortable, sunny, and north-facing, with plenty of windows and skylights. It has a large lounge room, a sunroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, a modern kitchen, a bright bathroom with a bathtub and seperate shower, a big laundry room, large garden and LUG. Our house is 2 minutes' walk to the bus stop or a 6 minute drive to the city, and is close to shops and cafes in North Hobart, New Town, West Hobart and Lenah Valley. The room includes free NBN internet and use of the lockup garage if required.
Hola, Jess here, I'm currently residing in a small coastal town called Arrawarra (northern NSW) but am off to Van Diemen's Land for study, Adventure, friendships and enjoying all the fruits of nature(seafood, cheese and wine) that Tasmania has to offer. I'm hoping to find a home central and close to UTAS, as i will be studying full time come semester 1, 2017. I am camping around Tassie in my wagon from the 10th of December so id like to find a place from mid/ late January 2017. I love surfing, fishing, drawing, market perusing, cooking, camping adventures and i make the BEST pavlova on the planet!
Hi, my name is Paolo from Italy and I'm about to start a PhD at IMAS UTAS, I have experience in living with other people and also on my own, clean and tidy, I like to cook meal and having dinner with friends, hang out, MTB and hiking, talking about movies, series, music, I practiced triathlon and I'd like to keep training. However I'm not hyperactive rather really chilled out, a bit sarcastic I often like to say nonsense, and I can take care of cats. I'm looking for a place to share which is within walking distance of the uni.
I am a musician studying at the UTAS conservatorium of music, but I am happy to do my rehearsing at the conservatorium, rather than in the house. I am a singer-songwriter, pet lover and movie watcher. Quite chatty and get along with almost everyone! (at least I think I do...)
I'm an easy-going, friendly, clean and considerate UTAS student from Launceston. I am in my second year of a BSc majoring in Geography and Environmental Studies but am equally passionate about music, art and good food. I also love to skate and explore the outdoors.
We have a double bedroom available in a large house in South Hobart in easy walking distance to the city and uni. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms, a large yard and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is unfurnished but otherwise the house is fully set up!
Hi guys this is a beautiful spacious property with a large bedroom that has a beautiful wooden fire place (its just for show haha) ! You will be living with two super lovely girls who work in hospitality and are super welcoming! The house is so close to the city; to walk its 10 minutes and getting home you can jump on a West Hobart bus which takes around 10 minutes. You will be renting through the realestate and rent is paid however you choose to set it up!
I am Manuela (26) from Germany, starting to study (Psychology - postgraduate level) at UniTas Dec 1st. I have lived with students and others while studying in the US. I am moving to Tasmania end of November (between 25-30). I am active, doing sports, listening to music, cooking and socialising. I am clean, tidy and responsible. Happy for any messages.
Retired seafaring engineer, enrolled as a student at Utas, just for me. I own my own unit, so I'm used to living alone, handy, thoughtful, private. I no longer smoke or drink. I need a room (unfurnished O.K.), would prefer own bathroom and use of the kitchen. Off-street parking essential, preferably covered. The more suitable the accommodation, the longer the proposed stay.
I'm a friendly, clean and neat lady. I'm originally from Botswana. I have a cute kitty called Amy. In terms of personality, I'd say that I have a bubbly, easy to talk to personality. I am generally quite, and am an extroverted- introvert (in other words I can be social, but also enjoy my quite time). I am able to get along with most people.
Hi, I'm moving from Brisbane to Hobart to start at a new job in the city. Graduated from UTAS and moving back to Hobart but I need to find new housemates. I am a tidy person and can both hang out as well as give you your own private space. Please contact me if you are keen to look for a house together. Thanks.
Hi! My name is Georgie. I'm looking for some housemates to move in with me and my current housemate/cousin, Sarah, at the end of January. We have a house in mind already - Sarah used to live there and knows the owners. It's located in Sandy Bay and is big, sunny, has a great deck for entertaining and lovely views. It's a short drive to the CBD with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. I'm a barista/deportment teacher coming into my last semester of Uni in 2017. Sarah works in early learning and outside school hours care. Sarah has an outdoor cat named Pepsi. He's small, black and thinks he's a human. We're both friendly, easy-going and generally pretty quiet. We enjoy our netflix binges, espresso martinis and food. We'd like housemates who we could be friends with but we also understand the need for personal space. Our budget is $160 or lower per person, per week. If you'd like to have a chat to find out more about us, get in touch! We can't wait to hear from you!
I generally keep to myself, I don't drink, I love dogs, I have a full time job in the city, and I'm looking at getting a motorbike license. I love video games and tv shows. I'm looking for a place to move into so I can be more independant. Open to teaming up and finding a place. I'm on a pretty low budget.

Moving to Hobart from Brisbane for new job/lifestyle/climate. Will be working in CBD full time, commencing late January - I come from a corporate law background. Plenty of experience in share houses - very mindful of keeping communal areas tidy and considerate of others' privacy etc. Would probably prefer private bathroom but not essential. Love to meet some friendly faces and get to know some locals. Obviously love the outdoors/hiking and broadly enjoy most of what Hobart has on offer (hence the big move). Very easy going. Enjoy evenings out occasionally, movies, a cheeky drink, music etc.

I’ve just finished university and I’m moving to Hobart for a full-time job as a graduate Podiatrist. I will need a place from late January 2017. I am already familiar with Hobart as I have completed placement there earlier this year and I have lived with others before whilst studying abroad in the UK. I am a sociable person who is honest and tidy. I also respect the need for peace and quiet- we all need some of this. I love chatting over a coffee, music and just having a good time! I will require a place to park my car (on-street is fine). Please contact me if I sound like I would fit into your current place or, if you’re also looking to rent and wishing to team up.
