I am a highly active person, looking for a nice place to live. I involved in walking, swimming, tennis, kayaking, and cooking. I am member of a number of charities, groups, clubs and societies. I have some regular evening commitments. I am into meditation, and like to begin the day with my Mindfulness practises. One of my goals is to train as a Mindfulness Teacher in 2018. I retrained as a teacher in Visual Arts and Senior English last year. As a teacher I have been doing one on one work for students who need a bit of assistance with their challenges. I am an avid bookworm. On weekends I will be participating in continuing education as a teacher, often up in Brisbane. I am working towards gearing up to be a Mindfulness Teacher, so this coming weekend I will be on a silent retreat. I love animals and have worked on habitat, as a zookeeper, for Wildlife rescue in NSW and done some work fostering puppies for the RSPCA. As I give out a lot whilst out of the house I value my quiet and solitude.
I teach Stillness Meditation, am a Hypnotherapist, Author, Business Consultant in the Natural Health industry & working full time. I love peace & quiet, live & eat naturally healthy. In my spare time I walk & play with my 6 yr old Jack Russell, Noddy. I love the mountains & the beach, being outdoors.

We have a 4 bed cottage newly renovated in Bonogin Valley. Rooms are for rent for $150 each, (includes electricity, water and internet). For a couple you can have two rooms. All rooms are the same and each has an en suite. There is a central living area with sofas, dining table, new kitchen and air conditioning. (Bedrooms have fans). It’s quiet and peaceful in this leafy, green suburb in the country. We are looking for people in their twenties to share; preferably working full-time/part-time. There is plenty of off street parking, a swimming pool and 7 free range chickens.
We are looking for a professional, full time employed person to share our house on this very tranquil acreage. This accommodation is on offer for someone looking for short term accommodation only - whilst they are settling in on the Gold Coast and making arrangements for longer term accommodation. The acreage is only 7km from the Pacific Highway, which makes it close to Robina Town Centre and Robina train station. A cleaner comes in regularly and the daily chores to run a smooth household are shared by all occupants. The gardens are maintained by the owners. The house offers plenty of outdoor "chill-out" space and a BBQ. This room accommodates single occupancy, male only - no couples. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets. This is a non smoking house and property and therefor will not suit smokers. If you are looking for tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, still close to all what Gold Coast offers, and you have the flexible to fit into an existing household - this short term accommodation is for you. It has worked very well in the past for guys transitioning from interstate, emigrants looking for a "soft landing" in a new country, or people waiting for longer term rental properties to come available. This is a fully furnished room and home, thus no storage space. Arrive with your clothes, your food, your car and your surfboard. :)
Attention nature and the quite life lovers The reason I like living in this home nestled within the rainforest , its quite , peaceful but close to everything the coast has to offer. The beach , Burleigh Heads 13 mins drive , Robina town Center 6 mins drive. With mudgeerabar even closer if you can't be bothered to facing Robina for those bits of shopping.. we have a great little coffee shop in Bonogin itself. Here at home we have heaps of living space inside and out with a pool to chill by. To make this work you will need your own car. We have a cleaner that comes once a week also the pool cleaner monthly.. Foxtel included-if you want your own box in the room there will be an additional fee for the difference. A/C we also have, Also log burner for the few cold weeks we do get here. The Internet I run through a pocket wifi which works for me.. The quality of reception does depend on your phone carrier. If you do Smoke , outside please. The cleaner , and pool bills that come we spilt 50% me and the rest spilt evenly between you and other flat mates. Look forward to seeing you.
lush hinterland oasis far from the madding crowd. the first time i drove up bonogin road, climbing up away from the coast, i breathed the rainforest air and got goosebumps. as i write this, the birds from the forest chirp and squark around the outside of the house, and I can otherwise hear only the occasional distant passing car. this place is mostly great and super chill. my housemate adriana is a mysterious environmental scientist who is barely home cos she's out delivering food. when she is home she is chill and respectful, easy to get along with. i'm a high school teacher who's just finished for the year so I will be lounging around the house like a bohemian layabout for the next couple months the best thing about the house is it's super chill vibe and that it is right in the rainforest, it's definitely not like living in the gold coast. it's also really convenient, it's like 6 minutes to the mudgeeraba shops and ten or so to robina megaland. it has an awesome deck out back that faces into the forest and we feed the birds and you've never seen anything like it. parrots and lorikeets and cockies and finches and kingfishers and bush chooks oh my. it's better than tv. speaking of which there's no shortage of tv, probably even a flat screen to put in yr room if you want. we also have foxtel but we barely watch it. internet here is a bit of a sore point. there's no broadband, so I'm paying mobile data rates til early next year when the nbn arrives sadface. also mobile reception will depend on yr network, i still hafta change mine. so it kinda feels like the edge of civilization in that respect oh did i mention that as well as facing onto the bird-filled rainforest, the deck also looks over our sexy-ass swimming pool? it has a lil waterfall and it even lights up green or blue at night and there's one of those big inflatable flamingoes if you wanna be instagram famous. but the other bad thing is mozzies. there's heckin lots of em, depending on the weather & time of day etc. the house is screened so if we keep the doors shut they mostly stay outside. im gonna try do something abt em but i dont like my chances. the room is pretty lush, super thick carpet and lots & lots of wardrobe space and the fridge has an ice machine. with all that and the inflatable flamingo you can imagine you're a washed up movie star. another downside is the 3 rooms are close together and the walls are kinda thin, so you might hafta be kinda chill and open-minded abt noises you might make and noises you might hear. adriana has an en-suite, so you share a bathroom with me. it's got a bath and the shower is awesome. kitchen's really nice, got a dishwasher & i've got a coffee machine that grinds the beans for you! we've both been around and are housetrained without being uptight about it. so yeah we want someone who's chill and good to talk to and who knows how to clean up after themselves. if you got a pet maybe we can talk abt it, but we're not fenced for outside dogs or anything.
Available Now! House and available room is very spacious. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-storey townhouse in Mudgeeraba (see photos). The townhouse is a part of a complex that includes a swimming pool. The house is furnished (you are welcome to bring extra furniture) except for the available room. I am wanting to keep the 3rd bedroom vacant for guests and for any other purpose. There is a large shared bathroom (2 separate toilets), small outdoor area, and a lock up garage for your car. The house is approximately 30mins from springbrook national park, 10mins from Robina town centre, 5mins to M1, and 15mins from Burleigh Heads. Bills separate to rent but works out to be $25-30 on average per week for all bills. You will have to apply with a rental application through the real estate but this is not a huge process as I'm already living here and they just have to accept your application. No bond or lease but I am looking for someone to stay until at least February. Any further information, please contact me, I'm happy to answer any questions that you have! If interested, when contacting me, please tell me about yourself. You are welcome to inspect!
This large house overlooks a suburban valley in Mudgeeraba, along with veranda's wrapping around the house, which offers a beautiful view for those perfect sunrise and sunsets. There is a pool and undercover parking for one car. I'm planning to rent two rooms out, so the first to rent will get the car space; there's plenty of street parking also. *Electricity, water and wifi are all included with rent.
This is a brand new freestanding small house with its own entrance and off street parking. It has a luxury fitout and is a one bedroom and seperate office. Has 2 air conditioners (split cycle) , fully tiled and luxury large kitchen It is to be completed around the first week of December Foxtel ready Looking for quiet people to live here that are employed and stable.
4 bedroom house, with on street parking. Each room has a ceiling fan and we hope to buy an aircon with warmer months coming up. Although its 4 bedrooms, we use one as a study and the other is as a spare room (so only 2 rooms are bedrooms). We currently have a housemate however she is moving out on the 18th of December and we are looking for someone to fill her room. Ideally we would like to get someone in before she moves out therefore, the room in the photos is of the spare room and when she moves out you would move into her room which is bigger than that in the photos. We can supply photos of the bigger room on request. The room can be furnished or not - can do either! Big backyard and outdoor area. You will have access to your own fridge and bathroom. We also have a washing machine and dryer available.

I’m 53 years young and am looking for a granny flat or a large room with my own bathroom, in a share house. I am in limbo until my friends granny flat becomes available in another 6-8 months so I’m needing somewhere to stay with my little moodle, Preston! He is fully toilet trained, non-shedding and loves people! I have a storage shed full of new furniture which I can bring with me or I can just bring what’s needed, I’m pretty easy in that area. I have numerous references if required, as does Preston! I’m currently staying with family and am available to move whenever, preferably before Christmas. Please contact me if you think I’d suit your current situation or if you have a granny flat available! Pleae message me and I’ll get back to you asap. Thanks, Deni 😊🐶
Seeking a housemate with a dog (as companionship for my dog), to go in together for a rental property. Location: I am fairly flexible with location as I work in Stapylton (near Yatala, half way between Gold Coast and Brisbane) and spend my weekends at Gold Coast beaches, so anywhere along that stretch (roughly Varsity Lakes to Ormeau) that has quick access to the highway would suit me. About me: 28yo female, working full time in environmental management. I'm a happy, chilled person who likes a clean, clutter-free space. While i'm plenty friendly and easy to get on with, home is generally my rest space. My work schedule means early mornings (get up at 5am) and therefore early nights, which doesn't mean you need the same schedule, just that we can be respectful of each other so it works. About you: I would like to share with a non-smoker, absolutely drug-free person who is working or studying. Dogs: My dog is a pointer x border collie and she's friendly, at times playful, and an all-round chilled and well behaved dog. She's mostly an outdoor dog (don't want dog hair on the furniture or in carpets) but I also like to have her hang out with me inside for a while in the evenings, so if your dog is also outdoors mainly and can keep to hard flooring indoors, that'd work well. If this sounds like it suits you, please get in touch and tell me a bit about you and what you're looking for, and we can meet and introduce the dawgs!
