Non smoker, don’t drink or do drugs Pay bills on time Reliable, thoughtful, considerate and clean I’m an artist and I also work full time I’m a lover of nature, animals, sunrises, great conversation and love being around positive open hearted souls. I love and prefer to live in a quiet area. I would prefer to not pay anymore than $200 which is inclusive of bills I need to be in area where the wifi is good
Hi there :) I've been in the same house at Bilinga for the past 9yrs and have never missed my rent, always like to pay my bills on time. Sadly the owner is knocking this house down to build units so I have to move out. I have great Refs and solid work history, not into the party scene but do like a bbq or a quite drink every now and then. I teach music here on the Gold Coast, work in a duo some weekends, also do a little bit of lawn mowing..friendly,funny and outgoing, a respectful person looking for a cool respectful place to live. regards John.
I would like to move to the Gold Coast for a fresh start and change of atmosphere. I’m tidy, friendly and respectful of people and their space. I’m not a party animal, But will always be up for an occasional drink or two every now and then. I hope to find room mates I can have a friendship with. I am preferably looking for female room mates.
I teach Stillness Meditation. I love peace & quiet. I'm very respectful & Work in the Natural Health Industry. I love all animals & Noddy, my 6 yr old Jack Russell is my bundle of unconditional love. He's a real Zen dog cos he loves to chill out in the sun, he's very quiet & peaceful & friendly.
I am looking for a pet friendly place as I have a little elderly, quiet and polite mini foxy. I'm a nurse who is working full time and I love my job. I'm neat and tidy and although I love to get together with housemates for a conversation, I also value time to myself . I am into natural health, am vegan, and love exercise, meditation and yoga. I love nature and often go on short camping trips around the scenic rim area. My ideal housemate is someone who is positive and friendly with an optimistic outlook on life. I want to do the right thing by my current housemate and so would need to give him 1 - 2 weeks notice before moving into a new residence.
We have a 4 bed cottage newly renovated in Bonogin Valley. We are in the country, about 20mins away from Robina, the main shopping centre. There are no public buses that go to Bonogin so you will need a car. Rooms are $150 each, (includes electricity, water and internet). All rooms are the same and each has an en suite. There is a central living area with sofas, dining table, new kitchen and air conditioning. (Bedrooms have fans). It’s quiet and peaceful in this beautiful leafy, green suburb on acreage. We are looking for people in their twenties to share; preferably working full-time/part-time. There is plenty of off street parking, a swimming pool and 6 free range chickens. Eggs are complimentary!
Lovely quiet country feeling. Beautiful pool area and decking. We have two little dogs who loves cuddles. And a cat. Lots of space to park your car. Large spacious home. Your sleeping area separate part from us so very private own bathroom unles I have visitors.
lush hinterland oasis far from the madding crowd. the first time i drove up bonogin road, climbing up away from the coast, i breathed the rainforest air and got goosebumps. as i write this, the forest birds chirp and squark around the outside of the house, and I can otherwise hear only the occasional distant passing car. this place is mostly great and super chill and right in the rainforest. my housemate adriana is a mysterious environmental scientist who is barely home cos she's out delivering food. when she is home she is chill and respectful, easy to get along with. i'm a high school teacher who's just finished for the year so I will be lounging around the house like a bohemian layabout for the next couple months the best thing about the house is it's super chill vibe and that it is right in the rainforest, it's definitely not like living in the gold coast. it's also really convenient, it's like 6 minutes to the mudgeeraba shops and ten or so to robina megaland. it has an awesome deck out back that faces into the forest and we feed the birds and you've never seen anything like it. parrots and lorikeets and cockies and finches and kingfishers and bush chooks oh my. it's better than tv. speaking of which there's no shortage of tv, probably even a flat screen to put in yr room if you want. we also have foxtel but we barely watch it. internet here is a bit of a sore point. there's no broadband, so I'm paying mobile data rates til early next year when the nbn arrives sadface. also mobile reception will depend on yr network, i still hafta change mine. so it kinda feels like the edge of civilization in that respect oh did i mention that as well as facing onto the bird-filled rainforest, the deck also looks over our sexy-ass swimming pool? it has a lil waterfall and it even lights up green or blue at night and there's one of those big inflatable flamingoes if you wanna be instagram famous. but the other bad thing is mozzies. there's heckin lots of em, depending on the weather & time of day etc. the house is screened so if we keep the doors shut they mostly stay outside. im gonna try do something abt em but i dont like my chances. the room is pretty lush, super thick carpet and lots & lots of wardrobe space and the fridge has an ice machine. with all that and the inflatable flamingo you can imagine you're a washed up movie star. another downside is the 3 rooms are close together and the walls are kinda thin, so you might hafta be kinda chill and open-minded abt noises you might make and noises you might hear. adriana has an en-suite, so you share a bathroom with me. it's got a bath and the shower is awesome. kitchen's really nice, got a dishwasher & i've got a coffee machine that grinds the beans for you! we've both been around and are housetrained without being uptight about it. so yeah we want someone who's chill and good to talk to and who knows how to clean up after themselves. if you got a pet maybe we can talk abt it, but we're not fenced for outside dogs or anything.
I have a nice room in a private area of the house. Off street parking, own bathroom, plenty of room to chill. Good ventilation in room, with ceiling fan. High with views, wrap around verandahs, pool, close to Mudgeeraba shops, close to Robina Hospital, rail and Robina Shopping Town. I have wifi which is included in the rent.
This large house overlooks a suburban valley in Mudgeeraba, along with veranda's wrapping around the house, which offers a beautiful view for those perfect sunrise and sunsets. There is a pool and undercover parking for one car. I'm planning to rent two rooms out, so the first to rent will get the car space; there's plenty of street parking also. *Electricity, water and wifi are all included with rent.
This is a brand new freestanding small house with its own entrance and off street parking. It has a luxury fitout and is a one bedroom and seperate office. Has 2 air conditioners (split cycle) , fully tiled and luxury large kitchen It is to be completed around the first week of December Foxtel ready Looking for quiet people to live here that are employed and stable.
4 bedroom house, with on street parking. Each room has a ceiling fan and an aircon is being installed in the coming weeks. Although its 4 bedrooms, we use one as a study and the other is as a spare room (so only 2 rooms are bedrooms). We currently have a housemate however he is moving out of the 9th of feb the room in the photos is of the spare room and when he moves out the bigger room will be available than. We can supply photos of the bigger room on request. The room can be furnished or not - can do either! Big backyard and outdoor area. You will have access to your own fridge and bathroom. We also have a washing machine and dryer available.
With 5 minutes to the motorway, robina shopping centre and train station. Pool in complete. Air conditioning in combined living dining room. Very quite area. 15 minutes to the beach. To share with one person.
Hello I am Shani, a working Midwife at the GCUH. Im a quiet, non smoking, female looking for a peaceful rural/semi rural studio or one bed. I dont have any pets or children just me with a busy schedule :) Im a Christian, so mostly involved in church and go to the gym. Im looking to move anytime from January
I'm a super organised, respectful and open person :) I do aerial acrobatics and yoga, love nature, having fun and making friends, and am ready to live life to the full and experience everything the Gold Coast has to offer until I move to Brisbane for uni in Jan/Feb 2019! :)
Hi I’m tom , I’m easy going , love being outside , i have a little staffy with me , she doesn’t bark and gets along with anyone or anything , work full time head out on the boat most weekends and train every night so I’m hardly home
Looking for a new place to call home. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Prefer no pets please. Thanks
Neat, positive personality, quiet but actively social. Non-smoker. Originally from Sydney, I've lived on Gold Coast for over 2 yrs now. I work at Alinta Energy(and can lower your power bill as a bonus!), full-time, 5 days a week. I enjoy outdoor activities and adventures, bushwalking, out on the water, taking my car out for country drives and my dog out to the park or the beach. He's a 4 yr old Boxer with the best personality. Chilled out and not phased spending time inside or out. I'm looking to find somewhere as soon as possible, so I look forward to finding the right place! :D Don't be shy and shoot me a message so I can view your listing first! Cheers!

House is close to public transport and shopping - Mudgeeraba shops are 2 minutes and Robina Town Centre is 5 minutes drive away.
