I am a clean and reliable person. I am good with my money so I will always pay bills on time with no fuss. I have a bubbly personality and don't mind getting involved with things. I work full time in the wine/ logistics industry and have so for just about a year and 6 months now. I love my job and don't plan on leaving. I have my own car which I absolutely love so I will be looking for a place where I can at least park it in a drive way, preferably a carport or garage. I am originally from Sydney but have been in Adelaide for 3 years now and I'm planning on being here for the long run. I do have a partner but the room will only be for myself. He lives down south so I try to see him at least twice a week as I work full time and he does full time Uni and works nights. We do share the travel so during Uni times he will rarely be around. I like to cook and have no problem at all in doing chores and cleaning up after myself. I am pretty responsible and don't go out that often. I'm looking to move out of home. I have moved out before and only came back as the landlord wanted to sell and I sadly couldn't find a place fast enough. I'm looking at paying around $120 - $130 a week max in rent. It will be preferred that the bills be included but its not the end of the world if they aren't. I get 8 GB of data on my phone plan so I don't mind if internet isn't available. If you have a room available or are interested in teaming up to find a place. Please don't hesitate to message me and we can go from there. Cheers :)
I am looking for a new place call home with some easy going, fun loving, house mates (preferably female) who will be happy to share their home with me and my two furbabies. I currently work full time and also casually in hospitality so I come and go and fair bit and when I'm not at bootcamp or hot yoga I enjoy dinners and chats over a glass of wine and movie nights in with a glass of wine. Did I mention wine? I'm not looking for a party house but I do like to have dinner dates and the occasional night on the town. I come with baggage (dont we all) - two well behaved indoor cats who spend most of their time sleeping, eating or chasing each other around he house (well the younger one chases, the older one runs away). I hope that my new housemates can get along with my feline friends. If you are keen on teaming up or have a room to rent let me know. I am hoping to say out in the Western suburbs, near the beach or close to the city. Send me a message if you are keen! Happy house hunting 😸

Room for rent for 150 per week in Marleston with a fully furnished home. Very close to shops with a 15 minute walk and close to city. Really convenient public transport with frequent buses to go to the city (15 mins) and buses to Glenelg via Anzac highway. Rent includes everything (Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet). Room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.
I have a spare bedroom in this 3 bedroom place, but one of the bedrooms is a spare room for visitors. I think it's a pretty cool place. Located on a quiet street halfway between the city and Glenelg beach (approx. 6km each way). Somewhat close to local shops and amenities (1.2km walk according to Google). There's also a good Chinese takeaway shop down the road, which is important for any decent place to live. Huge backyard with so much room for activities, I don't even know what to do with it all. Past activities have included: inflatable pool, backyard cricket, backyard rugby tournament, hammocks and beer pong just so you get the idea. Possibilities are pretty much limitless. There is another resident in the backyard that goes by the name of Stella. She doesn't pay rent, but she loves bones and she has her own version of "fetch" where she finds the ball, but doesn't give it back. She's a 1.5 year old Labrador. House itself is not bad either. Super fast internet (with Netflix!), fully furnished (except for your room), washing machine, big TV, air con in main living area, BBQ, etc. Utilities are not included and are split 50/50. Room is not furnished. About me: I'm a professional 9-5'er, 27 year old male and can make a great chicken schnitzel with chips if you're wondering. I love to travel, so if you're looking for some travel tips too, they come for free. Available from the end of October 2016

The kitchen is nice and big and a lot of sunlight comes through the living room area. There is also a garage and big shed if you have furniture to store.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
I'm a clean bubbly happy person to live with. I love my food and cooking meals. I'm into my fitness but do like to have a glass of red from time to time. I am a social person but am not a party girl would rather a BBQ or a drink at a nice pub these days. I am looking to live with clean people that like to be social with you but obviously like there own privacy.
Hi, My name is Emma, I am 26 and a currently work as a Social Worker. I have lived in shared houses before and am fairly easy going and friendly. I am respectful and tidy. I love to travel, have a wine and socialize but also love my down time. Looking for some great easy going housemates to live with :)
This is a 2 bedroom house in Plympton, 2.5 if you include the office with a sofa bed. But this isn't just a house, this is a home, somewhere to chillax, unwind and live safe and stress free. These are some of the things I value. I have been renting this house a little over 6 years, it has character and a warm and comfortable vibe. Across the road is a sporting oval making for a better than average view. 6km to the city, 6km to Glenelg, great location for a great price. Oh did I mention the larger than usual backyard? Rent includes internet (half of 200gb), a gardener and Netflix costs. Bills are split evenly as they come in but I'm a conscious user of power and water so they are usually pretty low. A little about me: I am a 30 year old professional guy, working in the city, dedicating my time to helping others. I am pretty focused on my work so I love to unwind at home. I do my partying outside of the home but enjoy get togethers for a bbq and beers on occasion. I like good music, good friends and am generally pretty chilled. Happy to make a new friend and have a chat around the table or on my variety of amazing couches. Sorry this is not a party house. I have a 2yo female blue heeler who is 90% an outside dog, she is very friendly and loves to play. About you: If you are respectful, responsible, reliable and generally all round nice person, then I would be more than happy to hear from you. Email only at this stage please. Room is unfurnished but apart from that I have everything else you need. Looking for someone around my age and am not fussed on gender If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Cheers Reece
i am a young independent thinker and yet a community guy, I am easy going and pretty much respect privacy of everyone. I believe in live and let live philosophy Im Looking For * ducted or a very good air con cool place * has to have abit of a back yard * parking for my car a pool would be a bonus cheers luke
Hi I'm Fiona!! I am 26 years old, originally from country Victoria but have become acustomed to the Melbourne city life! I am really easy going and get on with everyone (sometimes a bad trait as I seem to attract interesting people when out and about!). I am a qualified primary school teacher and I absolutely love what I do!! I have the older kids so I'm definitely not an arts and crafty prep/kindergarten teacher! Although, I wish I had some of those skills! I am engaged and am getting married on the 6th of Jan!! :)) Oh god, I still have so much to do! If I get a housemate that is super organised that will be a bonus! :) The reason I am moving to Adelaide is because I have signed to play professional netball with the Adelaide Thunderbirds. So I am making the move at the end of Oct, without my fiancé! We have done the long distance thing before so it will be fine! I love going for brunch! So ideally I find a housemate that loves heading out to try the local cafes!! I'll obviously be very active and will be cooking pretty healthy meals while at home. I do however love a glass of wine and a good chat!! I have lived in sharehouse situations for the last 8 years. I understand share house etiquette and I'm not anal over small things! (I have lived with boys for the last 6 years, so I'm used to dealing with their messy ways!) Not sure what else you write here? But get in touch if you want a housemate that is a bit of a goofball, up for a laugh and is happy to do her own thing. Cheers!! Fi
*Only seeking a large room with ensuite. (Min 3.5x3.5 metres- i have a king bed 😀) Hey! I'm Lucy, Im a 32 year old, tour guide (i work away- home one week, away the next). I am looking for a friendly, modern, clean place to live..hopefully with a large bedroom, own bathroom.. i have my own bedroom furniture, and a couch, so space to put that would be great. Can spend around $250 a week if its an amazing place with lots of space! I'm a great housemate (if I dont say so myself!), I'm clean but not super crazy about it, I'm quiet but friendly and social. When I'm home I like to cook yummy meals, read, go to the pool/gym/yoga/beach and the occasional glass of wine. I've lived in a few share houses over the years and have just moved back to Adelaide and excited to be here! I love animals (but don't have any). Im open to any suburbs close to Adelaide or the beach. Let me know if you have a suitable room to rent. I look forward to meeting you. Please sms or email me-i dont answer calls from unknown numbers :) Lucy :)
Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I am into gaming, watching English/European football and play some bit of chess. Occasionally, I enjoy going out, travelling and exploring new places around me!
Work full-time in the city. I am a respectful, tidy/clean housemate. Enjoy hanging out from time to time but do like my privacy. Lived in a lot of share houses so I know how it all works. Pays bills on time. Would like to live with someone easy going, clean and not uptight! Someone who can have a good laugh every day!
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!
I am flexible, adjustable and adaptable to a new environment and make peace living with housemates. I am a working professional and often busy at work and self life. I am not always at home. I wish to live with someone who loves peace and privacy. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and no pets. Thank you friends to read my profile. More than happy to have a chat if you are interested. Cheers. Zair
Heya, I'm currently a visual art student looking for a place to move out too with like minded people. I'm quite easy going, friendly and like to have a bit of fun; such as going out and creating art, I'm also a bit of a nerd sometimes. I have a great for respect nature and other people's space with a collaborative mindset. Hope we can get along c:
Hi, I'm studying Health Science at the University of Adelaide, and work a couple of jobs. I'm super busy and rarely home, but I'm nice :)
Greetings! Very soon I hope to find a lovely share house with lovely people where I can park my van home. It will basically act as a granny flat in the backyard or side of a house with like-minded great people. I won't have wash facilities so will occasionally need access to the bathroom of the house, however I bathe from a basin usually so I will not need to use it that much! I am striving for a happy sustainable life, eventually moving from van life to tiny house life (a far way down the track). I study part-time and make coffee the other times. I am great to live with because I am fairly conscience, don't waste anything, I am respectful, light-hearted, plus a good dancer and a great hugger. This house may temporary or long-term, depending on what we all want and agree! 'Drive'-in date is unclear as of yet. Get in touch :)
Commercial cookery student, looking for a place to rent, preferably somewhere in Payheham, Norwood, Dulwich or Unley area. Looking for a furnished room, no bond if possible. I am clean and tidy, respectful and although I like my privacy, don`t mind occasional chat. Non smoker, part time working in a cafe, hoping to move to a restaurant working environment soon. I love animals, so if you have some, not a problem at all (I don`t have any though). Not a party person, pretty quiet, interested in hiking, gym, beach, healthy food, reading, watching movies, shopping...Hoping to find a nice, comfortable place to live.
Hi! I'm Tess. I'm 28 years old, currently working full time for the government and studying Nutrition (online, full-time). I moved down to Adelaide from Cairns in June of this year because it was time for a change and so far I am loving it down here, though it has certainly had its moments. I'm really outgoing and love to get to know new people and new cities and am always up for an adventure and a challenge. A little about me - I work hard with both my job and my study. After work I head to the gym or go for a run, I love to keep fit...but don't worry I hate Crossfit and I don't eat Paleo! Sorry if you do ;) I'm not a party girl (except on the odd occasion), most weekends I love to go to the markets and find great new little cafes to eat at. I like a glass of wine every now and then (hence the move close to the Barossa), you'll win my heart with a bottle of red and a cheese platter. I love to cook and am known at work for my baked goods, I'm an ex beauty therapist/make-up artist, I love to explore the great outdoors (though you'll never get me out camping). In Cairns I lived in a share house, we were all very clean and had no issues with cleaning rosters and all that jazz. I'd like to live somewhere close to the city, currently I'm in Camden park which is so convenient, my work is right in Rundle Mall . The unit I'm living in has just sold which is why I need to find a new place, this also means I have a unit full of furniture too! I have two cats that are still up in Cairns, though I would like to bring them down in the near future.
I'm Spanish and I'm going to study English in Adelaide at language school and also will try to find a job with my student visa. I'm a quiet, tidy and cheerful person. Now I smoke, but always outside, about to quit we'll see though ;) Please furnished private room with bills and internet included. I forgot ...love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, I'll be the happiest woman :)
Im a 27 yr old Teacher who is also studying my Masters in Edu. I enjoy good banter and like meeting new people and being social-yet enjoy me time too. I play netball, dance and like going to the gym and keeping fit. I have lived overseas, absolutely LOVE to travel, and have lived in many shared houses before so understand the respect and balance of living with others ;). I really would like to find a place thats comfortable, 'homey' and enjoy a balance between 'me' time and socialising with my house mate/s. I really would like to spend movie night/hangs/friendly banter etc with person/people I live with!
I am currently working 3 days a week in the city and looking to rent a nice house with one other female. I have a 2 year old son so looking for someone who doesn't mind kids or another single mum! Would be nice to have a bit of a backyard and our own bathrooms. I don't have any pets and non smoker. I have my own furniture. I like to relax in the evenings and am usually out and about on my days off and weekends, or at the gym. I am very clean, tidy and can cook and enjoy a wine or 2! Not fussy on suburb as long as it is Western suburbs within 30 mins from the city.
We think we are easy to live with for those who like to contribute equally to chores and enjoy a clean house. We both love food, nature, quiet times, listening to music, drinking tea and hanging out with friends in the backyard. One of us works full-time as a social worker, the other is at the tail end of a wine making and viticulture degree and works in the wine industry. We love having a peaceful place to hide out in and at the same time love going out with our mates for a drink.
Very central. 14 minutes from the city. Bus stop at the end of the road. Close to the airport. Double glazed. Very secure. Near new house, clean and tidy. Nice neighbourhood. Shop close by. Unlimited wifi, bbq, aircon.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me & I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying. I've recently moved from Brisbane & looking forward to getting established here.
Hey I'm Hannah, I'm currently living by myself but looking for housemate to get a new place with. I work full time as a gym manager and personal trainer and keep fairly busy. I'm super clean and tidy and also like the quiet so would need a housemate who was similar in that way! I also have a cat who is very friendly so would need someone who could live with him too! I enjoy company but also like my own space. I spend most of my spare time at the gym training! I rarely go out so not one to have parties etc. I'm hoping to find someone similar who I could get along well with, male or female.
