Hey All, been renovating this place on and off for the past year. *only the 300 p/w room left* Both Rooms are completely new - a full quality rebuild, including all new plaster, dimmable down lighting, blinds, carpet, Floor -EVERYTHING. Both rooms are fully furnished including heater, new linen, towel, coat hangers ect. Bills included in the price, that’s internet - fibre to the node), water, electricity. Due to the fact both rooms are furnished and bills are payed by me, I am more than happy with whatever term you need, whether it be 2 weeks or 6 months or a year - not too fussed as it can very much be a walk in and walk out type deal (I have an electronic door lock so you won't even need a key!). Currently a quiet share house, just me and another fellow - both pretty busy and out of the home a lot. We are not worried about noise, but its very peaceful at the minute. The shared bathroom has not been renovated, it’s not my dream bathroom but it is good. Close to everything (hill street, cafe’s, main bus route) and CBD. There is a lot to like.
Hey! I've been living in Brisbane for the past 5 years and am hoping to move back to Tasmania towards the end of the year. I work full time at Woolworths and have plans to begin studying in the new year. I'd love to be in a house with people that enjoy to socialise with each other and aren't afraid of having a few people around for some beers. So please shoot me a message and I'll look forward to hearing from you!

Hey! Im moving to Hobart from Melbourne for the next five months to study. I'm originally from Adelaide, but have been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years. I'm studying music (I play oboe). Around 90% of the time I like to practice at uni, but would occasionally need to practice at home. My hobbies include cooking, yoga, cycling, reading and generally keeping pretty low key.
Hi im Brad, looking to potentially move to Hobart from Launceston around july/september because of work. I work for the Cotton On Group so the perks to having me as a housemate is you can use my discount haha. I play alot of sport in my free time, im a social person i enjoy hanging out with friends and being outdoorsy. I also have a golden retriever Willoh, who is the sweetest most placid dog you’ll probably ever meet so please take into consideration that she will be moving with me 😄 thank you.
I am super clean and respectful. I am assistant manager at a hotel and work casually at a backpackers. I love socializing, travelling, outdoors and general good times. I also like my own space and am respectful of others too. I have a dog who would be moving with me so would have to be pet friendly. His name is Bert the American Akita, and is the best dude you'll ever meet. He's super chill and super fluffy, impossible not to like. My life is work, Bert, music and good vibes. If you like bears, respectful housemates and the odd chat and boozer then get in touch. We could make magic happen.
Studying Hons in Antarctic marine science at UTAS/IMAS. Looking for a fair-priced room in a lively house.
i am full time worker, i am working as a chef in mother india restaurant, and my wife is working as a casual. we are very pretty family. we are non smoker and vegetarian family, we don't have any pet.
Hiya! I'm Lauryn, I'm looking for a short term rental with my partner Hugh from the 10th June - August (flexible end time). We are both Marine and Antarctic Science students nearing the end of our degrees who have been house sitting throughout the year. Hoping to find somewhere with or without a new house mate. We both enjoy the outdoors, consider ourselves gardeners (sort of) and generally enjoy all the good stuff (yummy food, coffee, wine etc) I guess that’s it, hope to hear from you!
Easy going, good listener, ethical, understanding, respectful, trustworthy, community minded, loves dogs ( have two of them that would come with me), good cook, likes watching movies and walking.
