This property is brand new and we are seeking a final housemate to fill the third room! The home is 5 minutes to town, walking distance (less than 5 mins) to everything you need (supermarkets, McDonalds, Subway, KFC, service station; etc..) Public transport is right out the front too, so no worries if you don't have a car! Fed Uni is less than 10 mins away ACU is just a 5 min drive if that. The house will have central heating so you will survive Ballarat in the cooler months... oh and 3 toilets! The house will be fully furnished (except for the room available), however if needs be we can easily furnish the bedroom and make it cosy and welcoming!
Hi, my friend and I are looking for one more person to move into a 3 bedroom house close to ACU. We are both studying nursing and paramedicine and are friendly, easy going and clean. Looking for someone likeminded who will fit into a relaxed and positive living environment. Message me if interested :)
Hi there, I'm a 3rd year nursing/para student at ACU. I like movies, musics and am easygoing, friendly. I currently work down in Geelong on the weekends and in Ballarat during the week. Would love the opportunity to meet with you! :)
Hi! I'm from Brisbane and will be moving down to Ballarat where I'll begin studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre. I have lived out of home for over three years so I have rental history through a real estate agent. I'm a driven young passionate, easy to get a long with person. Other than singing practice I tend to live quietly. I am very respectful of shared areas/others space and wishes in regards to how they prefer to live and roam in their home. In my spare time (aside from immersing myself in Music Theatre) I like to hunt down incredible coffee and regular visits to the pictures. I watch Friends and Harry Potter on a regular basis and I also enjoy reading and the occasional knitting project.
I'm starting work at Ballarat hospital and will be working full time. I'm tidy and conscientious about contributing to my share of the housework. Non-smoker, no pets but I'm happy to live with any. Looking for a place close to work.
Hi! I work in customer service in Melbourne CBD . I value all the things great housemates should value, in particular cleanliness, tidiness, a positive outlook and tolerance. My main interests apart from things like coffee and travel and running and good food, are in the arts and humanities. I'm a person who likes to talk to and get to know my housemates - communication is important to me and I'm the least judgemental person on the planet. I'm moving with minimal things and am looking forward to the change!
Potential embracers, I am coming down from Castlemaine for a course in International Studies ! You will not be bothered by me. I am the music-y type, but there will just be a banjo and maybe a few little gizmos (can play quietly). Looking forward to moving out of home and pulling my weight. I do not drink, smoke, get druggy, or party. I've got a whole bunch of brand new kitchen-y stuff if needed, or for backups if you're inclined to bend spoons into horse-shoe shapes. As well as that I have a framed hammock to sleep in (so no bed is required), a couple books, and good spirit. Will be looking for part-time work in Ballarat too. Don't worry about money--I can pay the bond and first few weeks straight-up if need be. Also, can move in a bit sooner or later... whatever works for you ! Keen to meet anybody interested. Give a fresh renter a chance. CHEERS :)
I'm moving to Ballarat from the u.k for a teaching job. I'm tidy and responsible. I have lived in a house share previously and enjoy the company of others. I tend to spend my evenings quietly to recharge after a long day's work.
Ben and I are two students at ACU studying Nursing and Paramedicine (2nd Year). We are looking for a 3rd person to rent with in the Ballarat area. Both of us have already spent time living together in our first year of Uni. We have clean and tidy habits and we are both very friendly. I work part-time and Ben is very involved in many extra-curricular activities with Uni. Ideally we would like to move out around late Jan to early Feb. We would love to hear from you to organise our accommodation.
Hello my name is Maggie and I'm a mature nineteen year female. Right now I live out of town but I'm looking for accommodation in central Ballarat. I have two part time jobs in my local town but am planning to move into Ballarat and pick up more full time work. I am very clean, doing more of my fair share of house work due to enjoying cleaning. My past times include reading novels, going to the gym, swimming, drinking wine with friends, coaching and playing netball. My personality is bubbly and I try my best to get along with others through respect and just being a genuine person.
Nursing student Clean and tidy Friendly/social but likes time to myself Looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom house, with myself and another nursing student. Preferably female and aged between 18-22. Please send me a message if you are interested or want more details :)

Hi! I'm looking to start share house in Ballarat! I'm a relaxed single mother of a boy turning four in April who visits his dad every weekend. He's a great kid who sleeps well and is toilet trained. Moving in to Ballarat to do my work placement for my online studies. I love to cook (and I'm happy to cook for the household) and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. Open to the odd house party or games night. Finding somewhere with good internet is essential and would prefer somewhere with a yard. Pets are absolutely negotiable as I do love animals. I spend my evening time playing games or studying. Max $150 for rent and bills per room (I would require two) and would need to live in a share house at least until I finish uni at the end of the year.
I'm very easy going, respectful and ultra reliable. I'm currently studying full time doing a Diploma in Community Services. I'm easy to live with and happy to give you previous housemates contact details. I'm currently staying in Creswick on family property as I've just recently relocated back to Victoria from up north. Now seeking out a house that has positive energy and happy people. I don't smoke or do drugs etc. I keep to myself a lot and pretty flat out with my course. In saying that I am fun to be around and love to cook and play music. Looking for anywhere from the Ballarat area to Daylesford. I'm open minded to other areas depending on the space. Gimme a holler! Thanks :)
Im quiet but dont mind if others in house party or anything so long as other peoples feelings are taken into consideration as I would do the same in return. I am responsible and pay my bills and I dont mind living with male, female or families. If I sound like someone you could live with then give me a call. My Name is Jade and im a 36 year old male. And I probably should mention im clean. :)
