I am a young professional who is enjoys being active, getting outdoors, sport and cooking. I work full time as an exercise physiologist/workplace rehab consultant, and I'm moving to Ballarat to start a new job! I am responsible, reliable and pretty mature, and enjoy my own space, but also like having a chat and laugh as well! I am not looking for a party house (no smokers/drugs); just somewhere relaxing, tidy, friendly and fairly quiet where I can chill out and have some banter when needed too!
I’m a 31 year old teacher who currently lives in Queensland, but I’ve recently taken a job at Ballarat Clarendon College starting in January 2019. My husband is moving down mid-year so I’m looking for a room to rent until then. I have a dog, Penny, who is a 4 year old Curly Coates Retriever, but she’s able to live with my parents in Melbourne for the semester if I’m unable to find somewhere with her. Most of my time will be taken up between work/weekends in Melbourne, however I like to socialise in a fairly low-key way (dinner/drinks/movies/galleries/walks etc) when time permits. I’m a fairly relaxed and tidy housemate.
Hey! I'm Jess, I'm 25 years old. I work at St John of God Hospital as a nurse. I enjoy going to gym, yoga, going for walks, and of course enjoy a nice wine and platter an a good netflix session from time to time. I am clean and tidy and have a very bubbly personality. Moved to Ballarat at the end of last year so looking forward to meeting new people, I head back home to see my family on occasion. I'd prefer someone who is easy going and who has similar interests. Look forward to hearing from you.
We live in a warm, happy home that is very central to town and ACU along with hospitals and Super markets close by. We are on the bus route to the train station and is a safe quiet neighborhood. We offer a home not just a flat where we welcome and show kindness, respect to you.It is a quiet home generally as both of us are studying but do enjoy a good chat and perhaphs a shared meal from time to time.

Hey! My name is Danielle, I'm 21 and looking for a place to move in sept/oct for 12 months as well for uni. I am studying paramedicine/nursing at ACU, I am looking for people to share rent with/roommates. My friend chloe, 20, and I are looking at 3-4 bedroom with a rough budget of 130-180 a fortnight :) we have our eyes on a few properties and are organising open for inspections for a few houses.
Our home is a classic stlyed house with new updates and renovations. One of the biggest attractions about our home is that it is located in Ballarat central meaning it is only walking distance from shops, restaurants etc. You’d be staying in a comfortable sized bedroom with built in storage. You will require your own furniture for your bedroom however the rest of the house is fully furnished. Additional bonus features of the house include a spacious and newly renovated kitchen and a communal lounge with a fire place.
I am looking to move back to Ballarat due to University and starting part time work. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as playing netball on the weekends. I'm easy going and happy to be social but also like my own time too. Looking for a property close to the centre of Ballarat due to having to commute to University.

I have my licence and a car, am a very neat and tidy person, play a variety of musical instruments, so I could attempt to entertain you 😂 saxophone being my main though! Love to exercise and keep fit and healthy, love to cook up a storm, as well as bake sweets like brownies! Totally into smoothies too, I’ll be studdying the double degree of nursing and paramedicine at ACU (I’ll be 19) which I cannot wait to begin! I also play netball, hopefully somewhere in Ballarat next year too!
Hi, I'm Andy and I'm looking for somewhere in Ballarat to live for the next 6 months or so. I work full time on a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster. I tend to keep pretty busy on my days off. I'm extremely easy going, I'm big on keeping clean and tidy and I'm very easy to live with. I am extremely reliable and considerate to others especially in a share house environment. I have 1 dog. A Border Collie called Stella. She is toilet trained and gets on with all types of dogs. She hangs out at my parents whilst I'm at work as well. She is no trouble at all! If I fit what you're looking for then please send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you!
I live and work in Melbourne so I am just looking for a place I can stay whilst I am in Ballarat for Uni (BN/BP at ACU). I will be a second year next with large amounts of placements so there may be periods where you barely see me and others where you see me all the time. I am very social but also like to keep to myself and like my down time. I've lived with a few different places with different people so I know how to live with different types of people, I am very independent but also love to be around friends having a laugh. I'm super friendly and love animals as I have three family pets (none of which I will be seeking accommodation with).
I’m an easy going person who will most likely be working or studying. Respectful of other people’s space privacy and wants! I’m social but also like my alone time, possibly looking to get a pet later on but that’s not on the cards for a bit yet 😊
I am a chef, work full-time at a restaurant in city centre. I moved to ballarat about a year ago. I am clean & tidy, Iike to cook & bake cakes, enjoy watching TV or netflix during my freetime. The house has central heating throughout and as well as split systems to get through Ballarat in the both cooler and warmer months... and 3 toilets! The house is fully furnished throughout, however if you wish to furnish your own room that can be arranged too! We look forward to meeting you 😄

I'm a friendly, conscientious roommate, and like to keep where I live clean and tidy. I'm respectful of space as I like my own downtime but I'm also happy to hang out, watch tv, play boardgames/cards and cook together. I'm new to the area as I'll be starting a job full time as a paramedic, so if you ever need a band-aid I'm your man 😄 It'll also mean I'll work the occassonal nightshift, so if I move in you'll not only have those nights to yourself, but hopefully be agreeable to a quiet environment during the day 😊
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
